They made me wait for more than 30 minutes and finally said there was no expert to cut my hair how I wanted.

Is it a Naturals Professional salon, when no experts are not available?

One Of The Worst Maintained Naturals Outlet. The Hair Stylist Took Ages To Complete Simple Haircut As He Almost Ran Everywhere For Comb, Scissors And Water. Swiping Machine Was Not There, No Change Available Even For 1000rs (Bill Amount Is 900) Didnt Issued Any Bill But Collected GST Without Any Mercy, Instead Of Maintaining Salon In Such A Pathetic Condition, Better Close It And Save Your Goodwill.

Worst service, I had oil massage & hair wash. But my hair become so oily & fizzy after the hair wash. I completely left with dissatisfaction & after returning home, again I washed off the hair myself.

I came for a trim. My hair is really short. So my guy friend (who has the same hair length as me) and I came for the haircut together. For me it was 900 + taxes and for him its just 200. Mine was 900 because it was a female haircut. I dont understand this. I asked for a normal trim like a mens' haircut similar to his cut. Shouldn't the haircut price depend on the length of the hair? Why should there be gender bias?

Private cabin.
Spacious.
And the best thing is the barber will take enough details before start and he will ask you every minute details and as a customer, you feel involved and satisfied once the haircut is done.
I got many information related to hair and maintaining the beard and other stuff.
If you also don't prefer a fancy place for a haircut, I recommend this place for once.

This is my 5th time visiting this salon and I am satisfied with all the services I have taken till date. Raaji is good at what she does. She has got some really good massage techniques which helped me relax.

Fu.king waste of time they give you confirmation about slot for service but they don't give service to the client all fake assurance we have to beg again they won't confirm that they not providing the at this particular time and they will say it's not our fault some one given you the confirmation.whole F.k stuf not at all satisfide stupidity.

Not all the staffs are professional! One or two understands English and Telugu, I mean the basic English! And the majority are from the deep north, and very poor with communication and styling! Management has to look into this. This may affect the brands reputation!

After Rehan left there is no value to this branch. Less knowledged staff. And disrespectful receptionist/manager. Staff needs to listen to the customer and work accordingly but not with ego. Over pricing. Even if it is over priced staff should atleast work according to customer requirement but here it isn't the case.

Very sorry to say, but I had a hard time with this haircut. I visited Naturals assuming experienced staff, high level of services and a great look.

At the end, I realized a ROAD SIDE SALON can do 10X BETTER HAIRCUT than Naturals.

Waiting time is too much. They said 30 minutes and it took almost 1 and 1/2 hours for simple threading

This place offers you with a very good haircut at a reasonable price. People are very friendly and coordinate with you for the style of hair cut you want. There is a guy named Balu whom I usually prefer for a hair cut.

I had a very worst experience with it. I went for hair cut and hair spa. Hair stylist made my hair short even I instructed him not to make it short and it was not at all good. Hair spa was completed with in half an hour. Hair spa dint smoothen my hair even a bit. I bought a shampoo even and it increased my hair fall. Waste of money. Don't dare to go to this place.

I've been getting a hair cut from Natural's almost an year never disappointed with the service being provided.

Had been to this place for the very first time and here are my impressions:

locating itself on the premium side in terms of pricing I just wanted to see what would be the level is service and skill they offer. As it was my first time visiting this sort of salon I had just opted for a simple haircut.

So the price for the simple Men's/women's haircut is Rs 236. The price for the same service in a normal salon would be anywhere between Rs 70 to Rs 100. A good service is what you expect when you pay a premium for a simple service and to be honest I wasn't really satisfied with my interaction with the staff. It's not the time factor that dissatisfied my however it was the way interacted/spoke to me. The Barbar who was assigned to me wasn't really happy when I had to ask him to correct a small portion at the end because that part of my hair didn't really cut well. So I have to say that the service is okay and nothing special.

Taking about the skill that the staff offset. The way they've carried out the service that I've requested was just according to a thumb rule. See this has something related to aesthetics of a person. So as a hair specialist you got to be a little creative and you gotta carry the skill in the job that you do and that legacy of yours will surely reflect. Just a little deviation is needed and that will take you to great heights. The presence of so called 'Attention to detail' would have been above to see factor in the service.

All in all, it's okay ish in terms basic stuff. Probably their servicem must be better with the services on the higher side, that was just my assumption.

Final verdict, a 'No' for basic services, a normal salon that you see here and there would do a much better job for much lower price. Stuff like hair colouring, treatments and etc would be a better choice in these places, may b me I'll try them soon and will come up with a review.

I really had a bad experience with hair color. I went there for global hair coloring. They applied the coloring mixture thicker to scalp and lighter to ends and that is making my hair to look like henna applied grey hair

Horrible experience, she denied to do my cheeks waxing and told me why I'm doing my threading at the age of 24. I think I know my body better than anyone else. One star is also too much of a rating for this pathetic place.

Had one of the worst experience at a salon in my lifetime. Firstly parking was a pain, Secondly they gave me the worst haircut possible despite me explaining it multiple times how I would want them to cut it and the most painful pedicure ever.

To give even this one star is too much I’d say. Recently visited this place and they suggested detan facial for my tan removal on face. I ended up with more dark spots. Wherever the lady used needle on my face, there is dark spot now. Worst facial experience ever. Ladies, better don’t visit. When I complained on call, they apologised. And we spent 1300 +taxes for the facial they suggested. N now I’ll have to spend more to remove the dark spots.

Unprofessionals. Asked for body massage after my hair spa. Guy denied and told it will be closed at 8pm. Liers. Guys in reception might not know his employees behavior with clients. Atfer going out of salon i called them for asking body massage, for which they told please come. Take care of this fraud employees. Fire them to sustain ur business
