Worst management.especially the owner suggests us unnecessary services for making money herself.

The worst service i have ever experienced till now. Unprofessional, un trained and good for nothing idiots are working here

Before going to do the work, they should give information of new products, also, after taking, they should advice how to maintain

Not satisfied! The Ac was turned off even after told him he was just beating around the bush. Charged me ₹560 just for a haircut and trimming. Even After using naturals membership card i was charged ₹507 and charges for hair wash is separate.

Over call they mentioned a price but after starting the procedure they said there is a variation in pricing.

I had an worst experience here. I got a heat ball because of hot wax, the service girl dint even check the heat level of wax. I went at 8pm and she is very hurry to leave home, I seriously hate this naturals now, I’ll never ever visit again

Service depends on the person whom we choose. For this we should be aware who will use time perfectly without chit chat or just acting to pass time. Choose wisely.

Worst experience I had. The receptionist doesn’t have any responsibility and had no idea when their staff will come and kept me waiting for almost more than an hour. And I never gonna go here again

Good and Decent Service.
My Hair Stylist Mr. Ajay was Professional and Courteous. He did my Haircut, Beard Trimming and Hair Wash as per my Request and Instructions.
Overall a Good Salon in this locality.

I have went here for Threading. They don't provide soft face tissues instead they give hard tissue which we use for wiping hands at restaurant's. When i asked the lady at the counter she says these r facial tissues much disappointed that they donot know difference between soft facial tissues n other one. Kindly donot get the hard tissues n wipe the face immediately after Threading with the hard tissue bcoz d skin will bcom sensitive after Threading n it burns wid those hard tissues. Threading was good and nice

Aayasha does a wonderful job. She did eye brow threading, facial. The staff and way of operation of parlour is well organised and hassle free.

Services done by Durga are the best.
She is good at her work.
Facial, waxing done by her are very awesome.
She is well mannered and does great job.

This was my second visit in a span of a month. They are very friendly and professional. They give their suggestions in every step where you need a help. Durga was my beauticiaist how took care of everything and they also maintain care for covid regularities. I loved their hospitality.

I visited naturals salon for the first time, and i had taken services like facial, waxing, eyebrows, I really liked the service of AISHA who treated me very well and did all services fantastic. She had given very good massage while doing facial also she was so polite and fun loving in nature. Best according to me. They not only provide good service but are also helpful and friendly. 3 hairstylists have taken care of my 2 yr old who doesn't like cutting at all and was crying like hell, patiently and very nicely. Thanks to them and Naturals. ️️️

Worst service by inefficient staff.they can't even do a basic threading.totally disappointed.local parlours are more better than this.

Near and clean place with prices comparable to other parlors of this range. They have a separate ladies and gents section. Both have trained professionals. If looking for haircut, Salman gives really good haircuts.

Worst experience i ever had with the beautician.please dont opt their bridal makeups.they ruined my face with all that worst makeup products.i dont look like myself at all. It all happend just yesterday

For a chain like Naturals, to have such poor facilities in their Salon is indeed surprising. I went for a massage and was asked to wait for 15 mins (this after I was told that I could visit them right away when I called them up for an appointment). 15 mins turned to 40 mins. The staff was arguing with each other on who should do it. After one of them was literally forced to do it, I was led to a room, that had a table (not a standard massage table). The masseur used ' Navratan ' oil for massage (their idea of ' Aroma therapy '). That he was not qualified became obvious in the first few mins. At the of the ordeal, I was led to a bathroom/Sauna which was very basic. And how much did I pay for all this? 2000. Not worth the money.
