Absolutely rubbish. Me and my sisters went there for a hot oil massage. They massaged for only 10 mins and steamed for 5-7 mins. They are unprofessional at best! They refused conditioner and refused to set my hair.
The massage didn’t even include the usual neck and shoulder massage. All this for 1000 change. Worst place. Don’t ever go there. It was not at all worth it!

Had a wonderful experience here, the Hair cut, styling and setting was done professionally as described.

I regularly get my haircut and hair colour done only by my Favourite and the best Hairstylist Rizvana!
Of course when it comes to Facial and Pedicures, who can be trusted, it’s my favourite the only one Aasma!
My daughter too loves and believes Rizvana and Aasma are the best!

Parlour maintenance is very good.
We will plan some budget, but they will convince us for costly services only to End up with a huge bill. They will keep on telling in this rate, you don't get this/that. Also the rates mentioned in the bill chart will differ after service. On top of this 18% tax. Overall not budget friendly for my case.
And also depends on service person. Few will waste time by leaving us after applying pack for long time and manipulate.
But few are sincere in the work they do.

Went in for a facial and pedicure, and was attended to by Aasma. She was very helpful and efficient! Will surely be going back!

I went to this Salon for a full body wax today, upon reaching i was introduced to Aasma and she was my esthetician. Right in the beginning i was told since i have short hair on my body, only "white chocolate wax" would work, which is 1000 extra than the regular wax. I was okay with it, because i trusted her judgement. In the beginning only, she told me that full body would not cover bikini line, and i would have to pay 500 extra for it. I was hesitant in the beginning and did not agree, mainly because i was terrified of the pain. Aasma told me to "check her reviews" and see that she would do it completely painless. I was still not convinced, so throughout the wax, Aasma, in the nicest way possible convinced me to get it done. In the meanwhile she also got me a menu and pushed me to get a facial or a haircut also done. I said no to all of it, but went ahead with the bikini line wax in the end. AGAIN, this was supposed to be 500rs and she told me VERY CLEARLY that the total would be 3000 for the ENTIRE WAX. It was THE MOST PAINFUL experience of my life, and Aasma had the audacity to comment, saying "my hair was as thick as a man's beard". AGAIN, she said this in the nicest way possible so it did not hurt me as much. After everything was done, we went for payment and i found that the total was 6200/-, twice more than what I was initially told. Upon questioning that and telling the receptionist what i was quoted initially, Aasma started saying i was lying, pointed to another service on the menu worth 2500 and said i opted for that package. Upon saying that wasn't what we agreed on, Aasma had the audacity to tell me i was lying and said, "poori gandagi saaf karwake cheat kar rahe ho". These were the exact same words she used and i have never felt more humiliated in my entire life. The service and the attitude in this place is disgusting. Would have given 0 stars if i could. Choose literally any other Salon. And if you do end up going here, don't be fooled by their niceness. My friend called up later to complain and Aasma lied to him and told him she apologized to me, i want to make it clear she did NOT.

This is a really good place but the guy who cut my hair was very unprofessional, he was the only one available at 9: 40 am. That’s very sad. I go to this once in a while. But not anymore I guess…

Mens hair cut was done by a professional and the service was decent. I would go back again for that.
Womens services were mediocre yet high prices were charged. For Hair color and cut, I would rate the service to be poor, given I specifically asked for a particular color and was serviced with another color with out my approval. Hair cut was just bad. Waxing was mediocre and I was charged premium price for a wax option. Threading was mediocre as well.
I probably will never go back again. But this place is ok, if you are comfortable with average service.

I did keratin treatment.but within two days my hair become normal for that They charged 13000.waste of money no use.they put one pack just applied some cream on face without washing and peeled after 15 min later they didn't cleaned it also.for that they charged 1000.

Asma did my body waxing and eye brow waxing and she made me very comfortable. She is really good at her work and is very friendly.

This Salon is highly recommended, perfect ambience and good arrangement for all the beauty needs, Avinash the hairstylist did beautiful hair cut for my wife and was very patient in dealing my 3 year daughter haircut too, Suriya did very good pedicure too.

This is my first visit for head massage. They charged 500 + 90 (taxes) = 590/- for 15 mins head massage. & the service which they gave me is worst. He should be a fresher I guess, just dumped oil on the head & started rubbing on me as if like on an animal. It’s not at all worthy. Waste of this money. I would like the management to look after this poor services & the poor behaviour of ur staff

Good ambient and Best location hygienic maintained well. 2stars missing for their acting.skills. There do 100% to manipulate. For example, the general haircut is 300 if it's used by a shaving trimmer it will cost 600 by stylish there tell you at billing time it's kind of forgery. I seen other cust their told for hair color and hair 1800 and made 2500 of bill. Just be careful

On 2.10.2021, I took the service in this branch. The person accompanied me is Mr. Shaifq, he is having talent and he is professional in hair styling.
The branch is following all the covid-19 protocols. It is very clean. I request the branch to maintain same cleanness and hygiene in future also. It is also requested to kindly keep some combo offers on the services.

One terrible experience with the salon today. Called up salon and enquired for their availability. Upon consent, Went for facial, full wax and lot more services. A lady started off with hand wax. I went for Regular wax. She just did the front facing of my arms and left the sides without waxing and said it’s done. When I questioned she was not so happy and waxed vaguely. And said I have short hair and should go for rica wax and only then this will come off else it won’t. She also said their regular wax is bad. I said okay just try once. She said no we won’t. And let insisting on rica wax. I said doesn’t mean you won’t do at all and say normal wax is bad. I don’t know why she called her manager who again was forcing me to try rica. Then after hearing to the entire situation manager called a replacement staff who was in between facial of another customer. She came finished half hand and vanished to the next room to handle her ongoing customer. They left me idle for good 20 mins. Then she finished up in the next room and came back saying sorry. I said just finish my other hand and I’m leaving. Altogether they did so called incomplete hands waxing for nearly 2 hrs. Waste of money and time. Don’t hold branches with big names and brands if you can’t handle it. Don’t take appointments if you have limited staff who are on top of their anger levels for nothing at all. Don’t have regular options in the menu if it’s good for nothing. Such a terrible experience would never ever go back!

I have been going to this salon for more than 10 months now. I have got good service from most beauticians here, but I want to write particularly about Asma. I have a particularly sensitive skin, and it takes a skilful expert like her to do things like threading, waxing etc.without causing intense pain. But her skills help me dread these things far less. To add to that, she is pleasant, courteous, respectful, and professional.

But the prices of services are extremely high. And almost every time their billing process takes way too much time. It's a long wait before they figure out things & finally hand the bill. They need to work on their speed and professionalism in this respect.

Recently renovated with new chairs and equipment, the Naturals Salon at road number 5 (after the PS) is the go to place for my haircuts. They keep it simple with no extra or hidden costs. Do take an appointment before hand if it's on the weekends.
The salon also provides other services such as manicure, pedicure, hair treatments, dandruff treatments, makeup etc. All reasonably priced for the location.

Loved the service! Staff is sweet. Prices are a bit too much though. Hamsa was really good and spoke nicely.:)

I’ve been visiting Naturals for a number of services over the years. I find them to be efficient, professional and reasonably priced. I especially make an appointment with Asma for threading and pedicures. She is polite, professional, hardworking and most importantly, skilled. I have been struggling with my eyebrows for years and she has finally given them the grooming they needed.

The one stop salon for all my hair and skin grooming needs. The staff here is well trained, very professional and polite. Would specially like to mention Ms. Asma from whom I usually get all the services done. She's a perfectionist at her job and has a very happy and positive persona

Pleasent staff generous towords customer with skillfull work, worth every penny you spend on saloon, had to travelled all the way from Manikonda to bhills for the saloon services, play area (pool) for pass time.

They should improve their hygiene in all the rooms which are used for waxing etc, otherwise service is good but they charge a bomb, and the number of taxes they put is quit a lot, its definitely not worth going there fir any small thing because of the price, when compared to other parlours its very costly.

I am getting services fr Naturals since last 5yrs preferring Mr Yousuf every visit. He is excellent in his profession I colored & got my hair cut, Its fantastic. Last week 1st time I met Mrs Asma also got facial at naturals I m fully satisfied with her work she is very well behaved polite & takes care of customers very well. I want to recommend her each visit. Hope to see them both at next visit

Haircut was really really poor.no skills for the employees at all. Inspite of that, they charge you a lot! I would never ever go back there again.

Very very very costly, but not even satisfactory result. They cost me nearly 4000 for skin lightning, earlier they show a different price and than they charge you the taxes of 18%. Buy although I didn't get satisfactory result from the facial I done there. Better go to YLG on Thursday which is opposite to natural, they give 50% off on Thursdays costing me just 1700 for skin lightning facial and result also were satisfied previously. Now I wasted my money in naturals.

Only the name of Naturals. Now Naturals is not pocket friendly. You can find lots of good options in the area with better services.

I got facial and body Dtan done & Trust me this was one of the best facials I ever got.

The services were done by Asma (Ayesha) I could definitely say she's got hands on experience in whatever she's doing. Her skill set on suggesting what is right for our skin is helpful in deciding the facial and so on.

Very good place & I highly recommend.
