Receptionist don't know how to talk with the customer. Even though we have the member she don't know how to check and worst behaviour.i have ever faced.franchisee of naturals have to look into it

Fact that they charge 18% gst at billing and don’t inform this while mentioning the charges of services is disappointing.
Otherwise, the salon is spacious and clean.
Got a haircut from Anas. He did a good job as per my requirements.

I’ve never had a dedicated barber till I met Rupesh. I have an OCD and Rupesh is one of the finest, but THE finest I’ve come across. Important suggestion for hair colouring: I'm happy with the overall service, but i felt that the hairstylist was not willing to do what i wanted rather he was insisting on his idea, added extra 4 streaks which apparently doesn't even make any difference XD.it's good to have an expert advice, but at the end of the day you're supposed to do what the customer actually wants.dunno if it's in general a problem that everyone faces or just something specific to this place.so next time you actually want a hair colour so badly, make sure the stylist is willing to do that for you rather than forcing his suggestions, if not just leave the place. Thank you!

Worst experience. Me and my wife has went for haircut and colour (Shades) on 25.12.2022. They mis guided us and provided worst service ever. Fully dis satisfied with their staff. Not punctual and irresponsible. Making money only from misery services.

The experience has been amazing as it was my first time taking a step towards body care. The hair stylist, Thiru was amazing and very professional in terms of execution and advice. A naturals salon in Karkhana. The waiting time can be a bit too much at times. The service is fine. Prices are higher than normal salons. There is a snooker table here to kill the boredom while waiting for your haircut.

I’m extremely disappointed by the service, this was my first ever time to get my haircolour done. I did explain the sentiments involved in getting the hair colour done for the first time, my wish was to get burgundy done on my hair, but the main hairstylist their without my knowledge applied two different colours on my hair. Regardless I was still positive that the output might look good, however output turned disaster, it looks as if I just applied henna (slightly) on my hair. I’m extremely disappointed, I wasted 5.5 hrs on them and good money. Walked out with disappointment!

Literally waste of money.hair spa was really worst, no idea which product they used. Tried root touch up and lost the colour in a week time.not professionals.better to try Toni n Guy, though expensive they show up the result.

Great Service from Naturals. Specially "Shubham" from the Men's team is wonderful to work as he provided great service and style recommendations. I recommend to go to Naturals Kharkhana as it is one of the best places in Secunderabad for Mens and Womens Saloon and Styling.

The staff is very experienced. I went for nose piercing, waxing and eyebrow threading. One awesome thing about them is they aim for 100% perfection! None of the services were done hastily. Very well done. I was very scared for nose piercing but the professional helped me by increasing the music, explaining the process and maily, did it painlessly! The reason why I did not give 5 star is there was a lot of waiting. But one advantage is it has a pool table. So if you are coming with a man here who has to wait.he has something interesting to do!

Have been coming here for quite some time for hairstyling and other skincare services. When I dropped by today to get a haircut I wasn't unsure of what I wanted.but then this new Girl Bhanu- Hairstylist did an wonderful hairdo and I'm absolutely amazes by her styling. Very very bad experience

I'd asked for a hair cut with reduction of 2 inches max and they've cut more than 5 inches and db both sides are not equal! So disappointing with their service. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go there!
