My husband, daughter and I went for haircut at this salon. My husband had his haircut done neatly and quickly while we ladies had to wait despite the place being empty. Hairdresser anil did my haircut, he can do a decent job but talks unnecessarily. Continuously giving advice on haircare when not asked for, he had an opinion that the haircut I wanted wouldn't suit me while I have had that most of my life. Worst part was the blow drying, he put the heat on high n my hair n entire face was extremely hot. When asked to reduce the intensity he had more excuses and even put it on my face.
He claimed that I had a headache on my own n not bcos of his lousy service.

I have been to naturals in many cities but never experienced such pathetic service and staff attitude.

Pathetic staff. They tell to come after an hour or so even though salon is empty. They even don't do haircut properly. Worst salon and definitely worst staff. This salon is degading the naturals brand

Worst service by Anil. I have come for hair spa which costs 2k a week ago. Not worth of the work he done. I am not happy with the service of naturals at Rajbhavan road.
Last time when I go for Alexander at film nagar they charged me the same cost. But satisfied whole heatedly. I really don't want to approach again

Excellent service but very much overpriced than any other Naturals Salon in the city.

Service is not good as they are taking about.give you a bill which empty your pocket.

Expensive, inexperienced staff. Higher prices than other locations. Definitely one you can skip. No saving grace on this one. Avoid.
