Loved the haircut, Salman was very precise and made sure he made me comfortable and did it just the way I liked!

I just visited naturals mehidipatnam branch… excellent service and trained staff… done a nice hair cut.

Please don’t go to this parlour, I did a facial from here, which cost me around 6.5k. Made my face colour dark that to for my special occasion.

Went for a hair wash and blow dry. The only good part of the experience was that they accommodated my appointment within a short notice. The lady who did my service started off with super hot water. After the hair wash, she applied a conditioner which I appreciated. But she washed it off immediately. I even asked her why she didn’t let it stay in the hair for a couple of minutes at least to which she replied, “we use products that give instant conditioning. If I leave it even for a minute your hair will appear greasy”. Yeah, made no sense. And next, there was no heat protectant serum used before the blow dry. She didn’t even care to use a wide toothed comb to de-tangle my hair before the blow dry.
Also, I think any salon would want to ensure the place is clean before the client is attended to. But where I got my service done, it was littered with short hair everywhere. I don’t think I’ll be returning here ever.

I took this service on Monday, 26th December 2022 and I received a call from the salon asking me to delete the review today on Friday, 30th December 2022. The lady who called me said that her name is “Zaina” and I think this is enough to prove how unprofessional they are. I never authorised them to call me but after 5 days, they figured out who left the review and kept on asking me to delete the review. Stop this bullying! People will leave reviews as allowed by Google as per their experience. Utterly disgusting!

Service is ok, average. No place for parking very rude Watchmen and they charge more than any other best salons.

Had a horrible experience yesterday at Naturals Mehdipatnam branch.
Looks like naturals is losing its charm as they are getting inexperienced hairstylists and portraying them as experienced senior hairstylist.
I went for straight haircut and pedicure and they recommended I do layered cut (because it’s double expensive) by saying it looks good. They recommended a expensive pedicure instead of what I wanted, but the pedicure was normal.
The hairstylist did bits and pieces of my hair without any proper pattern and put a hell lot of heat that my hair was super dry after styling. They are not using any hair products, just a inexperienced hairstylist and a scissor as any local barbor can do. Total wastage of money.
The same hairstylist did my pedicure saying she is a all rounder. Pedicure was very normal as any local small parlor does. Why waste more money when you can get it done for less price at any small parlor.
HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND NATURALS MEHDIPATNAM BRANCH

I have done my cysteine treatment by zaina she did wonderful job amezing experience at naturals thanks to zaina she has amezing talent extremely happy with my hair guys learn from my experience

I went thinking they’d know what they are doing - after all it is a brand name. Unfortunately that led me to consider getting a manicure and pedicure done ‍️ I could have done so many better things with the money wasted there.

I won’t take names but the staff who served me did not know how to do acupressure massage; it felt like she was tickling my palms. Her own nails were big and it wasn’t pleasant to be served by her. She didn’t know if she should be sitting or standing during the treatment. She leaned over, blocking the light and ended up giving me fine cuts on 5 of my 10 fingers when she cut my cuticles!

Truly shameful service and to make it worse the lady was pushing me to top up my selection and waste more money & time there.

PATHETIC!

The lady by the name zaina performed really well. She knew exactly what she was doing and had a lot of knowledge of each and ever thing. Helped me decide what would be good on my skin and what would irritate it too.
