I recently had the pleasure of visiting O U colony manikonda NATURALS for a long-overdue haircut, and I can't sing their praises enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, creating an inviting atmosphere.

My stylist MONIKA was not only talented but also incredibly attentive to my needs. They took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered insightful suggestions based on their expertise. The result deep feather haircut on my long hair without reducing the length of my hair that exceeded my expectations and left me feeling confident and refreshed.

Not only was the service top-notch, but the salon itself was clean, modern, and stylish, making for a truly enjoyable experience. The attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident every step of the way.

I highly recommend NATURALS and MONIKA to anyone in need of a haircut or styling. Their professionalism, skill, and friendly demeanor set them apart, making them truly stand out in the industry. I can't wait to return for my next appointment!

I have been visiting them for the last 5 years and their service is exceptional every time. Special mention to Seema - she is extremely good in her facials and massages. Did hair cut during my recent visit. Nasser does a beautiful haircut and styling. Must visit.

Sanjana/Chitti: Every time I step into the salon, my eyes automatically search for her. I'm impressed by her exceptional customer service and the consistently top-notch quality of her work.

For my 3-year-old daughter's haircut: The stylist who handled my daughter's haircut demonstrated remarkable patience and skill. The final result exceeded our expectations, and we are grateful for the excellent service.

Have been going for regular haircuts here. Nasir- new recruit gave me a refreshing look on a regular step-cut. He was not only polite and delicate in handling my hair but also did a perfect job! Super happy!

Id like to mention that Mrs. Monika has been extremely patient, carefully examined my hair type and has carried out the process very smoothly
i came for a haircut and she helped me beyond that by assessing how my hair is and suggested me with the best tips for my hair.id highly recommend taking service from as she customises the method of her service by examining your hair type specifically!

Worst salon I’ve ever visited. Would strongly advice against visiting this place. I got a pedicure done and the product was very bad and of a very cheap quality. The product left a reddish pink colour on my feet. The staff is highly unskilled and probably they have not been trained at all. Nail paints were also dry and sticky which mase the feet look really bad.

Comparing to the other products, this product is very little allergic to skin,
This branch should have improved the quality service for which they are charging. Their charges are very high for its current services.

Recently I went to try waxing service the result is My skin got burnt due to wax which was being used n the staff is very poor in performing service. Bill is not generated it’s just hand scribbled note they give as bill

I had unpleasant experience twice here, the staff (barber) doesn’t know anything about personal hygiene, they smell disgusting I couldn’t even breathe properly during my haircut, staff should be briefed about grooming and having some commonsense.

Hi I have did red in colour i sad only for hair but he did totally to scalf also it's very bad service to me total cost 4072 for me it's not worth to it. Very bad don't go for parlour

Worst, they don't ask membership number, Even if we have.they are not generating the invoice. Rude behaviour.

Service is average.there is no proper communication. If telugu people only didn't communicate properly and explain the services whats the use of parlour.i went to so many natural salon parlours.this is one of worst parlour.i have visited parlour two days before.i am new to services.i just asked the difference between detan and bleaching.she (receptionist) didn't communicate with me properly and she started raising her voice against me.she told that she is having 4 years of experience in salon.who cares? We should always work with dignity and should treat customers as customers. I thought to complain to the owner but it's my waste of time

They show some price in menu, when we opt for the service they say this combo offer is not available today. Could have given less than 1 star.

Disappointed.
Too much GST. And they don't clear in the brgining before giving service. At the end simply inform us that including GST, this s the amount.

Never wanna visit again.

This is the 2nd time i have visited the same branch thinking atleast people will be experienced. Looks like they have hired random people with no knowledge.

Great prices and very customer friendly behavior from the staff i was there to just quickly set up my hair and the staff were able to provide me with wide varieties of styles i can choose from.all in all a good salon experience

It's too cost and as per my experience I gone for facial, they charged too much and the service was gud but they not even taken 30 minutes for facial. Not a valid service as per my view.

In natural salon there is very clean nd with sanitizer and there is a services are very good services I had hair cut with sai its so good nd facial with swapna with good massage super experience️

Priced little high when compared to the quality of service provided. Hair styling is ok but apart from that.not upto the mark.

I have taken hair cut service today and really had very bad experiance. Hair stylist (Hassan) is not at all aware of what style he is trying to make and no edge cutting skills he have. Today I paid 313 rupees but of no worth at all. I request not to visit this saloon. Such a careless behavior recieved. I am damn sure this will not be taken up by any manager or supervisor which indirectly going to show their customer response too.

Poor service, skills, waste of time and money. It is not good for haircut at all. The charge they take for hair cut does not match with the output at all.

The service provider is unprofessional and the buticien who are suppose to be professional I think are inexperienced. They spoiled my eyebrows shape inspite of giving thorough instructions they still went ahead and ruined my eyebroe shape and instee of accepting their mistake they were denying, more over were not even Acknowledging.

Pathetic service and unprofessional and inexperienced staff. Its better to shave your head by yourself before going to this pathetic salon. They spoiled my hair cut. All good reviews are either paid or written by themselves.

I've been coming here since ever Sai became my hairdresser. It's like he knows what look you'll be able to pull of perfectly. He does art with hair! I'll continue to come here as long as he stays here!
Can't wait to have him help me explore my hair journey.:)

Sai hairstylist is very good at naturals manikonda bench and he spends lot of time on a customer untill the customer gets satisfied.liked his work very much

I am big fan of Naturals Salon but mu experience was not good after coming to Hyderabad. I have been to Chennai and Bangalore, Naturals store, the experience what you get is just awesome. Right from the moment you step into the store, they will ask for water at least during summer and generally also, this is basic courtesy which now a days most of store doesn't have. Anyways but this store has brought that memories again when I visit the guys and store owner was nice and polite. The service was as always awesome but it was pricey.

When I was waiting for my turn here, a lady was arguing for a refund with the owner of this place as her hair treatment was spoilt and they were not ready to agree with it though she was showing her hair as a proof.

After my haircut, I went for billing and gave my phone number for discount and the lady said that the number is not registered. The reason she gave was that this is a franchise. Who cares! As a customer Naturals is Naturals for me. I have been a customer of Naturals since 2006 and have been actively using my membership number every month for the past 5 years in Chennai and Bangalore for discounts. This lady at the counter was however not ready to accept what I was saying and made me pay the full amount.

Anyway, just go to this place at your own risk. I have told you an instance of issue with their service and their payments too. Decide on your own.
