Have been a customer of naturals from so long, but here I have experienced the service without any pain for eyebrows and upper lip. I can say Shailaja is an expert in the services she have done. On an overall my experience is great here.

I'm delighted to share my positive experience with the salon service. The staff was exceptionally friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The service provided was of high quality, making it an enjoyable visit. Highly recommend!

They don't know what they are doing. I Went for a haircut. Irrespective of what I said he did the haircut in his own way. He did not even touch scissors. Just trimmed both sides of head and claimed that this looks best. Never going again.

I got Moroccan oil hair spa done here. I was told that it is Moroccan oil spa but he used all loreal Paris products. I was cheated on this. Not even considerable massage. I later realised it after coming home. It costed me 3500 but not at all worth it.

Experience was good. Just that it's bit expensive than before.

Good place for quick salon exp, however there is lot of push from the staff for unwanted and costly services. You can recommend when customer asks but not always the service recommendation is advisable.

Srilatha has been fantastic providing excellent service. She is very patient and friendly and most importantly not pushy to purchase anything

First visit in May 2023:
The staff is very courteous and the service was good for pedicure and haircut+styling. Will come back again!

Update:
2nd visit in July 2023 - pedicure and threading. I would have appreciated if pedicure nail colour is applied along with a base coat and top coat. My nail colour got blotchy as the drying was not even after applying 2 coats.
I took the membership card that says 10% off on "select services", but I did not get exactly 10% off on my bill. My Rs. 1400 pedicure costed Rs. 1300 as opposed to Rs. 1260. It is a pity that keratin and straightening treatments that cost a lot cannot avail the 10% discount for a member.

The facial service provided by Mahalakshmi, as well as the hair spa service offered by Nadeem, are both highly appreciable. They are excellent and highly rejuvenating, effectively minimizing the onset of pimples while providing valuable skincare and haircare suggestions. Highly recommended.

Went for hair spa. This guy removed a percentage of my hair just by pulling it hard. Not all hair is strong. Didn’t handle my hair smoothly, he tried to remove excess water after hair wash using towel and pulled it liked anything. And I paid around 4K for that. Even after telling that I had hair fall and to handle hair properly they don’t listen.

Maha lakshmi has done pedicure, threading and she is has done an excellent job and my mom loves her, and manjula has done facial and manicure and waxing she was lovely and very nice and has done a good job, thank you

I got my haircut done here. It was decent. My wife got vaxing done here she was not happy as the vax was too hot and it burned her skin a bit.

The staff at this place are the absolute worst, all of them are unfriendly. They don't provide for the haircut we ask for and do their own thing. If we complain about it they reply by saying "We'll do it next time"
The barber who cut my hair gave me a buzzcut as opposed to the normal haircut I asked for and they charge more than other naturals saloon

Lovely experience. All your requirements are taken care of by the staff politely.
Do book an appointment on weekends as the salon gets crowded.

Quality is bad. The wax that is being used is not up to the mark. It is very sticky and harsh on skin. When they are charging more than 500 rupees on wax service, they should use good quality wax.

Very bad experience despite giving high charges. The lady who did facial doesn't know how to apply facepack also. If some one is very fortunate they will get good experience person else mostly unexperience girls are there giving worst service. Very disappointed. Hair cutting is good though.

Bad customer handling, asked to wait for 15 mins and after 30 mins also requested wait for another 15 mins and that with out guarantee, has to walkout after waiting for 35 mins

I was not satisfied I used to be a regular person when I was in coimbatore due to the services they provide but here its just a name sake was not satisfied with the service.

Pathetic service Hairstylists have zero knowledge on hair volume and way to cut the hair. Hair cut done in total rush! Like he wanted to get rid of the customer. The typical salon where they want to rub the task onto other stylist and avoid to do work. Charges are more than premiere hair salons and services worse than local salons. Totally dissapointed.

I have visited for first wash and threading. Was a good experience. Fast and neat services by chetty. My friend recommended this place, who is their regular customer

Services offered are good, place is clean and neat. BUT very sloppy scheduling & managing! Even after booking appointment, they make upi wait very long for your turn. One time they cancelled my appointment very last moment & I had to attend an event the next day! I was so shocked at the poor accountability!
Go only if you're not busy & you don't mind last-minute cancellations.

I visited Natural to have my hair cut. They have taken utmost care and did pixie cut. It's really good and superb. Thanks to staff and Manager.

Place looks good, but the staff are more of interns who work in ur hair, very inexperienced barbers, I’ve seen people walk infront of my eyes two times complaining about their bad hairjob. Price is now double of what they charged before. Guys out there definitely avoid this place!
Price - 300₹ - men’s haircut - and we get some worst haircuts!

They increased fares after the lockdown, I asked them why, they're like, "it's pandemic times, and we have to sanitize it time to time" which I appreciate but when I visited them, they didn't even sanitize the seat first. One thing to appreciate is that they don't use the same cloth for every customer.

I have been using naturals in Nallagandla for over 2 years. The best hair stylist Shiva has left and not worth it anymore to go there. The hair stylist i had today didn't even know how to do a fringe. Asked him to do layers and at the end of the hair cut there wasn't any layer visible. Had to get my hair cut don't again by another stylist who was OK ok. My hair is half the length I had before.

Please don't visit. AVOID!

Service is good. Preferrable during this Covid period as the place is very clean and service providers are taking proper safety measures.

Just a normal saloon. If you don't need air conditioning etc, better go to a small n decent roadside barber. There is nothing spl here. Don't fall for their anti-dandruff, anti-hair fall etc.kind of stuff. Its waste of money.

Don't go if you are looking for professional, better you can go-to PONY besides it. Third class service, even after taking money they will save in applying cream, serum and etc

Apart from hair dressing there are lot many services in terms of salon n spa.

Over all ok, but still there is lot to improve in terms of the way hair dressers communicate with customers.

Waiting period is there even though you have pre appointment.

Before I went to them, I read some mixed set of comments about them and was slightly skeptical about visiting them. However, when I called them up, they were so polite, courteous and helpful, that I decided to stop by. On my visit, I found their service to be amazingly comforting! My hair stylist was Shiva. He is an extremely talented artist. He not only helped me get the colours right on my hair but also helped me shape up my hair with a good haircut to go with the new highlights! Very insightful of him to bring it all together! If you have read bad reviews of the place or the people who work there, just go and ask for Shiva to assist you! Both Shiva and his Manager (forgot to ask her name) were very courteous.
