Waste of time coming here, there are no experts, they had spoiled my face. Thanks God I just came for beard bloody if I would had came for hair cut they wo had made bald.

It was my 1st visit after 12years after the inauguration of this salon. Pathetic hair cut done by Mr. Prasad even after explaining what haircut i need. Rather than apologizing he just disappeared as he knew he screwed it up. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Very poor customer service. They don’t want to provide any service and just want to quickly finish and get the next customer. Very poor experience. Don’t recommend it again. Action to be initiated by the owners against the service staff.

It's known that they charge high, but the service provided is just not worth it. Had gone for a facial and hair spa. Hair spa was good, the service provider did justice for it, however, the facial and other services were an utter waste of money. They talk big, but are much below the mark

I got small pimple on my face my skin become darker after dounga facial then they say it's not facial product harmed u after 2nd day my skin become darker and I started getting pimple on my face when I complaint them they say me seeks to skin specialist who will fees for skin specialist who will pay for it I don't have money tree to pluck the money and start spending here n there don't do any facial with them

The service provided by the shop is awesome. It's really hard to get a quality service now a days. There are couple of folks "Sai Ram and Mahesh" who are exceptionally well, polite, humble and kind. Its because of them I like to visit a store.

Worst customer service and lier staffs. Only looting all the customers. Shows different price on menu cart and misguide clients with add on service and charge you bomb while billing. All staff will only offers the costliest service. Only looting the clients and no service. Very basic and average. Staff is not trained at all. Only wants to have big big bills.should not visit this place to get ourself looted. I was shown 1700 service and charged 3000 when gone for billing.

Overcharged and bad service at Maredpally salon. Staff just interested in making money not customer centric

I took my wife to this saloon for simple tasks.
1. Eyebrow task: Cost Rs 35. This was fine, however they said that there was some defect in my wife's eyebrows. Making such a statement on a customer left us dejected.

2. Next we thought of having a hair cut for my wife. The stylist who was assigned to this task, made a pretense of being highly professional and experienced person. However, after few minutes of theoretical explanations, he spent just 1 minute cutting my wife's hair and said it is done, that is it, this cut is like this, we do not cut anything more. He finished by asking, isn't it fine? We just silently came out and paid the Rs 200+30 tax and decided first thing to write a review on this saloon.

Poor massage service steamer is not working properly for 1000rs only 5 minutes massage.charge more money n giving very bad n less service. No worth to money. Really bad

I m regular customer of naturals Sindhi colony Secunderabad.they never treated me like customer, they treat me like spl guest. I feel v homely atmosphere. From security to staff and management, all looks friendly.the person who does all my treatments is mr Sai ram. V V gentle person.soo caring and soft spoken and his work is excellent.

They try to push for hair color, other services, to buy their products. They won't listen to what you want. They do what they want.

Avoid this place unless you have tried all the adjoining salons and had an equally appalling experience. I clearly explained what I was here for at the reception (to the store manager) and was guaranteed just that. But I was least thrilled to know later from the hair stylist that they won’t provide the service I was after and even suggested to look out for another salon nearby. As shocking as that was I continued to trust the stylist for his honesty and went with his suggestion which was an alternative to my original request. Guess what I was let down again soon after - I was even asked to wash my own beard since they weren’t equipped to do so. It was a poor experience overall and I’m certainly not going to go back.
