Went for a lot of services together at the My home avatar naturals salon and the lady assigned to me Parveen was very good with her services.
The facial and bikini wax was very comfortable with her.
Her manicure and pedicure was great too.

Service was good, hairdresser will understand the requirements properly and then they start the service as per our choice.

Charging money to customer according to there will.

The stylist did not have time to style and cut as I requested. He just took the mechanical trimmer and cut all my hair short.

I had to remind him to wash my hair as he walked away after cutting. Horrible service! If they do not have the time why take an appointment, why do things in a rush hurry without listening to the customer.

At the end he has the audacity to tell me that since it is summer this is the hair cut I ought to get! So I no longer know what I want!? !

Can’t make a short tempered guy put blade on your neck. Very bad experience with hair cut too

Really bad, the hair dressers don’t really care about the final outcome, they are just hurriedly getting the job done.

Better to find some other saloon outside.

For men at least, don't choose this saloon.

Changing my rating from 5 (2019) to 1 (2022).

Their service drastically felt down recent times.
Their barbers are in too hurry to send the customer out. Like competition. They cut in 5min without any care. Road side saloons are much better.

Can do so much better. Cleanliness is fine, front-end staff is good. Some service staff are good (Arpan and Yamini). Some are useless (don't want to name them). Pedicure and head massage are worth it. It's convenient for MyHome Avatar residents, so that's great. They're flexible with appointments and will give you a reminder. Ear piercing for my kid was perfect and they gave great after-care tips too.
Now the bad part- most of the time, they're out of the starting range services and they'll tell you that you need to spend more money to get good products. They're always up-selling to the point that it annoys you. The water is very hard, and will ruin your hair. Some staff are bickering back and forth, which is annoying. Many people will get condescending in criticizing you just so they can sell you a service. I would want to go to a place where I'm made to feel good and they offer services to enhance or improve. This place will keep telling you about how rough your hair is, how bad your skin is and how you must be using bad products at home. They also make comments about Telugu people (and their inability to speak Hindi well) because there are a bunch of non-telugu speaking staff. I found that rude, especially since it's a salon in Telangana. One fellow (from the North) kept passing silly comments on how bad Hyderabad is to his colleague and kept criticising her work in front of her client. She was so calm and patient until she said, if you don't like Hyderabad, you don't have to live here. Claps to her grace. Sad that I had to listen to this conversation when I wanted to relax during a salon service.

I use to get my waxing done from Sheetal & earlier front office receptionist can already speak, the new girl Praveena is so slow, give you wrong timing slots & make you wait unnecessary. Plz keep a non localite for customers who are not from south!

Hello everyone, I am Dr Keerthi. I have been taking service from Natural’s Salon (My Home Avatar -Narsingi Branch) since a period.
I have a very good experience and service in there.
I love the hygiene protocol & caring staff.
Today specially I have taken a pedicure and waxing service from a staff name “Eshwari” I have got the best pedicure ever. I loved it. Amazing service ️
And secondly I have taken a Hair Spa too from staff name “Rizwan “ so relaxing spa.
This is what I experienced from this Salon. Hope my Review will help others to get a good decent spa to relax.
