Called them multiple times as they kept me on long hold and the only point of contact is pallavi asked her what's the hair setting price - Just Hair setting no other thing - she said it's 1050 bluntly.

Worst saloon.we have been here more than ten times and have always had a bad experience, staff is very negligent, rude they don't have clients but still say they are busy.they choose customers as per service.

I have a bad experience that I went for hands waxing and stochmach waxing Keerthi she did the hair was like that only realy they have train or change the employees

Worst experience Money waste they didn't cut my hair properly. For U basic shape cut they charged 470 for me useless salon and time also waste. Done your requirements at another salon don't approach this waste salon

Just now I did eyebrows trimming by Sujatha Garu
I didn't even check in the middle of her work but she made perfect shape of my brows.

Asked them to use the blowdry to get me off the hair i got on my pants, took them less than 5sec and charged me 50₹. It's nothing much if they let me know beforehand but all i can think of now is how they ripped me off. So long

The services are really bad. I am always dissatisfied and disappointed.the staff doesn’t respond clearly nor trained properly. I was not provided with the bill and the staff member denied to accept the card payment. This is unacceptable and not a customer friendly place to reach out.

Extremely satisfied with the service. I have done my clean up and pedicure. Mrs Renuka gave a good and quality service. I am dully satisfied with her service.

My friend suggested this salon its amazing service by renuka and she is explaning everything in detail and i suggested to my sister also and we became regular customers.

Service is Worst than ever. They will give appointment but will not maintain time. And some times you will heard that their Trimmer is not working for Zero cut from many days. I experienced two times I.e. On 14.08.2021 and 03.09.2021. In both the cases I took appointments at 2 PM and 3 PM respectively.

The person at reception is very old person but not capable for managing this activity. Gives wrong appointments even after explaining our requirement over phone. All of a sudden he will give surprise to us.

The overall experience is very bad and not professional. Out of my 4 visits and I faced 3 times issues. Finally I chosen Himayatnagar Nagar, Naturals and surprisingly they only suggested to go to other saloon.

This is Very Genuine and experienced review. Please consider it.

The services are great. Professional staff and they use great products. Been coming here for 2-3 years now, one of the best services available in the city. They also have some good better services.

The service which i have got from this saloon is really very good. They take very good precautions during this pandemic. The haircut which i have got done is By USHA PATEL and she have have really good haircut.

Service is not good.staff are unprofessional. At any time if you visit they will give excuse of lot of appointments.they will ask us to come later but always they will tell same reason. I will not reccomend this branch.

People here are so unprofessional. Not even trained properly. I don't suggest anyone to go to this branch especially. They cant even do the basic things. Pathetic services. Staff here they don't even properly respond. Horrible experience.

Makeup and hair cut given by "USHA" is the best n vry professional.
Also i would recommend others to visit d salon.

Saloon was good.but the staff were'nt any polite even the service was not professional. They do not use anu gloves or even a sanitiser before starting the facial and they will not let u rest relaxed and undisturbed while ur facial is going on. No privacy, unprofessional attitude and behaviour.

Take appointments from individuals who work there rather than management. If you go through management you have to wait for 4-5 hours. Only one professional rest all are basic trained.

Would have recommended this an year ago but not now, prices have gone up and GST is neither listed on the Menu card/mentioned to the customers. Fake hospitality by the staff. They treat you differently before and after payment of Bill. Not a Good one for everybody
