Visiting naturals was a blind decision and I had a bad experience tho coming to my fiancee's hair cut, they ruined the leveling, he chopped off more hair than instructed. Then tried to cover it up by spraying. We had to attend a professional shoot and were so disappointed that we ended up paying and falling into loss.

No hair stylist available at business hours, we have faced this thrice and we gave up forever with this Center

Although the staff and treatment were good, the waiting area and treatment area was too hot as their was no ac facility. It should be maintain according to the climate.

Not at all satified with the service and the money we paid here. I had choosen fruit facial, literally in 20 mints she was done by 5-clean, 2-3min scrub, 2-3min massage and then pack…and for which came out paying 944 and she told they do service based on time instructed for their packages.better we choose small parlours to avoid taxes and they atleast do service to retain customers.

They are providing excellent service. The way staff receiving the customers and listing to the customers are very polite. Nice experience

I visited today. Anu was so friendly and she suggested a very cute hair cut for my daughter in which she looked so pretty. Thank you dear Anu.

The best Naturals Salon branch in Hyderabad. The staffs are very humble, welcoming, very polite and amazing service.

Yesterday I have visited the salon, They are providing excellent service. The way staff receiving the customers and listing to the customers are very polite. I want to specially the appreciate the guy Satish, his work is excellent

Not always open on time. Call before you get there. The service is good. I have become a regular now even if it is a little far for me

The staff is mostly nice. But facilities for female customers aren’t really great. Last time I was there with my sisters, they did not have any staff at the outlet and we were asked to visit their branch in hi-tech city for all the services together but the other branch did not have any staff either. Both beaches either said that the staff is unwell or not available today. However, this branch is also always understaffed with just one male employee for the services and one female at the counter.

I visited yesterday to this branch for beard shaping. The service they have provided is the worst.
1.) They have assigned a new person to do beard service for me, who is not even in proper dress.
2. I showed the exact beard design picture to the so called professional. He saw that pic multiple times. Even after looking at it he couldn’t do it properly and completely ruined it.
3.) After that mistake I told him to change the shape to french style because he screwed the previous one. While doing the beard shape, he spoiled the second as well by not trimming equally on both the side.
4.) After 2 fails I told him clearly to trim the complete beard and mustache leaving the soul patch. Even After listening to me he removed it and said he did it by mistake.

I don’t understand why the management is keeping the underrated staff and newbies who’s not having proper training or experience.

When u are assigning a new candidate u have to tell the customer that he’s fresher and are u alright to go with him.

I’ll never ever visit this branch. Worst worst worst service and staff.

Samhit has applied facial to my face without washing his hands as admitted by him. Absolutely disgusting place. When I used the restroom there was no soap or handwash. The staff searched for 5 mins to give me handwash and that is how I found out he didnt wash his hands. He then later admitted this to me when I asked him. I am reporting this as a health hazard and filing a consumer complaint immediately in the district forum. Absolutely unpardonable during covid.

Also, one of the worst haircuts I have recieved in my entire life. That is after paying Rs. 1000 for the cut and the clean up. Just disgusting. Will certainly take action.

The lady is really friendly and helpful. Felt the taxes are high yeah that's okay. Need to book an appointment to avoid waiting in queue or else visit the place early like 10-11.

The stylist was very unprofessional and showed us lot of attitude. We came to take a service but they were acting very wierd. They were acting as they are doing some kind of favour on us by doing us a haircut. Very unprofessional way of dealing with customers. I have gone to many other Natural but never have I experienced this kind of behaviour.

Awfully unprofessional people. We reached the place by 8 and they said said it was closing time and send us away when their website says closing time is 9. If it wasn't the owner who attended us, I strongly suggest for him to change the staff as he wouldn't really be of much help in getting you any business

Best at the work and quality of work. Specialists at hair styling. Its a tidy and decent place.

Few of the hairstylist are good, but don't trust all of them, they might not be upto the expectations

Very good parlour and salon for women men and kids. It is worth to get a membership in naturals as it has discounts and offers for members only. Ambience is good and place is maintained very clean. Very polite and understanding staff
