Got amazing hair service from Ms. Sirisha. The layer cut was amazing (hehe got step cut like layered hair) truly suggested.

They just had to give a straight cut which was not done properly, nor did she set the hair and the fringes were cut so bad

The quality here depends heavily on the stylist, sometimes the haircut they provide is really nice but other times the stylist just messes up your hairstyle and beard.

They don't have constant stylist and they are changed quite frequently making it impossible to guess what kind of haircut you are going to get.

Not happy with the experience being a member. I walked in without an appointment and they turned me away citing appointments starting in 15mins and they are not able to tell the wait time. It is not at all welcoming as the customer is clueless to wait or leave.

Very very bad expiernce. They even did not complete facial. Worst expiernce i will never encourage any one this location and waste your money.very much dispointed with facial outcome too. Zero value to their high chargers on services. Ruined the brand value.

Poorly trained, Not well equipped, very surprised with bad service for the expensive prices they charge. Facial left scratch marks on neck, only one steam machine for the entire shop and even that is faulty!

Hii guys have done my hair colouring and highlighting 2 and half months back from naturals salon janhavi was the one who did my hair colouring this was my first experience with this salon and i still regret why did i go to this salon she suggested me red colour on my hair i insisted that do brown but she said red will look good so based upon her suggestion i did red but it's a total waste still now whenever i wash my hair it's like colour comes out in my wash it's been more than a month and within 2 and half months my whole colour got fade now it's like my previous hair they charge me 8000 with GST and all but it's the worst salon which i have experienced it in my entire life I'm new to Hyderabad so tried here but it's all waste. Wont be able to comment on any other services but hair care is the worst which i have experienced not worthy of 1star also but that is the basic option so selected that.
