Kavitha was the one that did my facial and waxing. The facial felt so good and the massage was very relaxing. The waxing was done quick and easy without any hair left. Had a very good experience!

Geetha is such patient service provider to customers. I’m always satisfied with her. Very excellent and good job done️

Shalini did a excellent job. She was very calm, listening and as well as suggesting as per request.

My wife got a haircut done, however she was not happy with the service,
The stylist named Alisha kept on saying that the hair is short hence unable to set properly.
While cutting hair she said my wife's hair is dry she should get a hair spa done however while blow drying she kept saying hair is very silky unable to set that.
I am not saying the haircut is not good I am just saying that the staff should understand that if the client is not happy then should try to make them happy.

Nayeem is fantastic with haircuts and Alisha n the other staff were courteous as always. This place has never dissapointed me.

4 Sep 2023: The staff has changed and looks like they have appointed trainees at the same time revised the rate card n increased prices. The service is bad. Customer service is also gone down. It was my go to place. So unfortunate they are not able to retain good staff.

They suggested one facial of 3500/-, when asked for an instant glow facial for attending function the next day.the facial failed to give glow but skin became more oily and dull.facial services are worst at naturals.better to buy online or go to some local parlour for instant glow facial.
This is not the first time facial experience from Naturals.hope they improve their facial services.

Great work by Vinay. I went with a bush on my head and after an hour of attentive and careful haircut by him, I came out with a great haircut that suited me.

Horrible! Despite taking membership. Inadequate staff. The staff available are not ready to do services. Third time I am returning without getting any service. Will never come back for service nor recommend ppl.

Visited for the first time and the experience was great. The lady who gave me the service is very good and friendly. Her name is saha. Her work is very neat and good. I feel fresh and relaxed thank you saha. You did a great job.

This salon does not have enough employees to serve. Whenever you call these guys, they wont be available to take the services. It is not that the shop is crowded, when you visit the shop people are seen chitchatting on the stairs. These guys are not on time. The people providing services are not worth enough to the amount charged. I recommend not to take services from this Salon. The local barbers are far professionals compared to these beginners.

Mahesh did a great job with the haircut. Got a graduated layer cut with curtain bangs, truly a professional. Highly recommend him. Additionally, I got second ear piercings, which he was really patient about. Listened to all the queries and did a perfect job.

Vishal's service is excellent.i have done my pedicure and face cleanup. He is very professional and excellent.

Hair care services are good and professional but faced issues during billing. They charged me for membership card and then in the next visit say that it's expired, accuse me of giving a wrong number instead of correcting their mistake. Also the waiting period is high and never take the words of reception seriously when they say another stylist will be there in 10min.

Mahesh is the guy, he is really amazing I really loved the out put of my hair cut and also He gave good tips to maintain the hair. By mistakenly additional amount was deducted, they called me and returned. Genuinely happy ith there services.

Natural Suncity staff are doing fraud business by taking money for yearly package without giving any confirmation or acknowledgement receipt and then saying you are not having any package without any intimation, they are directly telling the customers to do phonepay to individual accounts.

The managers are trying to fool the customers

I request to don't take any package or prefer Suncity naturals and raise complaint in ps for further action.

The staff is very good especially Arif. He is very cool guy and also suggests the best hair style as well as shape of beard which is suitable for our face. Really loved this guy.
