Got my haircut done from Hussain, love the way he guided me and did what suits the best for my hair type.
Loved my haircut!

This place has a membership offer which doesn’t apply to all services,
The staff doesn’t respect your decision on hair color and I was cheated twice back to back about the hair color I wanted and the color they applied.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for hair color.

Sam has done the service. He always is perfect at his job and makes sure to satisfy the client. The haircut is on point. Would refer him to other clients also.

They hear patiently what you want and deliver exactly what is asked for. But they do take longer time than usual.

I am a customer of naturals at a different branch, i have been to diamond point naturals for the first time. I was received well by Fatima, who did all my services, she exceptionally put in all her efforts to value my money for the services I paid for. On the other hand Sam - Salman, my hair dresser was very polite and gentle, he carried a smile on his face all through my interaction with him. He exceptionally handled my hair. Good job Sam and Fatima. Keep up the great work. Keep valuing your customer's.

I went for hair cut and even after saying to allote professional.they didn't. The cut was the worst.

Always have less man power. Everytime you visit, they ask you to wait despite the fact there are 1-2 people in the queue. Even if they close at 9PM they are not welcoming at 8: 30 PM in the night as they are in a hurry to rush back home. Alternatively, they are ordering me to come over weekdays. Should I be looking at their convenience or mine?

One of the employees bluntly informs at your face that they are busy and walks away. Not at all customer oriented. Very disappointed! I felt like visiting a third class saloon. I'm at least expecting a call back to apologize for the rude behavior.

The reason behind my one star rating is they are forcing the customers to do the services of higher cost.

Had head wash and hair cut in here and Hussain is fabulous person who guides correctly, and gives fabulous hair cut with accupressure on head points. Good job Hussain

Bad bad bad! Don’t go to get permanent straight hair they don’t know how to do it. Don’t go for just hair styling. They have outdated tools that don’t work. Their wash basin for hair wash is horrible! Your body will be in weird position!

I'm not very satisfied with the sevice. I asked for curtain bangs but i got regular bangs which makes my hair look very bad and it is very pricy. You've lost a customer.

Each and every staff is so polite, smiley and warmth. Everyone gives their 100% in whatever they do. The hair dresser name Tulasi. She is really amazing. I like the way she did my haircut. Nice team work.

I have visited here 3 times for same haircut, first they have charged 200,2nd time 315 and 3rd time 413, always they will change prices, no fixed price for any service.

Service is good didn't find much differences as compared with other Naturals where I visited.

Hussain is the best Hair Stylist. I always go to him, and no matter how long or short or different styles I want, he always does an exceptional work at it. Can blindly trust him with his work. Thank you so much for the lovely experience always!

The prices keep going up every now n them and that too ridiculously & in the most silliest way. Earlier, (cut, file, nailpolish) service was 100/-. Now they have made it 220/- by separating cut and file =100/- and only nail polish =120/-. New ways of looting people. From the last 5 yrs, there is NO CHANGE in services nor equipments not products. Same old drab facials with hands, same old wax strips, same techniques. When they cannot innovate they should not increase the prices of EVERY SERVICE. This is blatant looting. I’ve been with them for more than 6yrs but looks like this will be my last year with them. Except for the familiar staff and my relationship with them, nothing is worth going back to this sub par place anymore.

Had a worst experience. First of all the customers have to wait for the service like almost for 20-25mins. At times, inspite of waiting, they say "time lagega". Either hire more staff or take all services through prior appointments & make it mandatory. This has to be told to every client at the reception desk itself if they can/cannot get the service done for dat day. I've been their client since 8 years I guess. But, completely dissatisfied this time. Fortunately, now am looking for other good parlors in that area who has better service and can provide less waiting time.
My daughter had to wait for her hair styling for almost 1 and half hr. But instead of attending to her, they started arguing among themselves loudly. This sounded very rude. After all this even, I still waited but they dint provide their service. Then came my turn for hair styling, I waited for another 10mins, but they dint show up. Irritated n frustrated had to leave. Bye Bye Naturals.

Neat salon. Fathima has been amazing at providing salon services. She would be extra careful during pedicures and I love that about her. Hussain is great at hair cuts. He would listen to what customers want and does his job nicely. Staff keeps the place clean and hygienic. They also serve coffee and wifi services to enjoy while pampering ourselves.
Fathima and Hussain, both are professionally qualified and well behaved.

Completely unprofessional services, it's all paid promotion, Worst attitude by stylist Salman, very arrogant nature and he didn't even done hairwash after haircut and behaved as if he is doing favour.don't trust their paid promotion reviews

Giving one star because there is no provision to give negative marking.
It's after multiple visit to the place after which I'm rating the service.
I have been here for hair cut, there is head wash post hair cut (by default). But employee here never say or utter a word about it.
If u ask them.they will do with the heavy efforts.
I have seen this with every employee.even I have seen this with old known staff Hussain also.
Don't know what's wrong with them.
If service is there to the coustmer, why to skip every time.shouldn't they ask clients?

For the first time i visited this place and the response as service and receiving was really good. Salman is the one who has done the styling and was awesome in getting the style you wanted and was disciplined.

Today was my first visit to naturals for my hair cut, ambience was very good and staff was well mannered, today my stylist was Mr Shiva, he has done a fabulous job with my hair, thq so much for the great experience
