Rude behaviour, even if they are sitting idle they are declining customer. Unclean, Unhygienic too.

The guy was trying to upsell more services than focussing on the service i went for.

I wanted ear piercings. These people are not professional.previously I visited for hair styling which was done ok.but ear piercing was a blunder. Firstly he miss pierced then he removed it which was very painful and again he miss pierced.never visit this place for ear piercing.

I got facial and foot reflexology services done today from Pramila and the service was simply outstanding! Her facial strokes were very professional and soothing! The facial massage was sooo relaxing, I literally dozed off in the middle of the service:). Foot reflexology was equally good! She is amazing at her job. From the start to finish, apart from her wonderful service, her calming presence and professional etiquette are certainly worth mentioning. Loved the overall experience.

Unless you have professionals, don't mention it has a professional service
Do better train them properly before dealing with clients.
