Don't go this hospital, continues emi should be paid to him, waste doctor, please don't waste time n money, my grandfather is patient, he didn't hv mail id so iam giving review, is it required to review only by patient in ur hospital, NO CURE at all, monthly high dose tablets only no proper treatment
Hi, I am writing this review on chemist lady who is just not understanding if want to ask anything. A lady in chemist which is inside the Neehar Neuro clinic is simply billing medicines once after doctor has prescribed it. If trying to ask or request to explain about medicines, then just ignoring questions and answering queries who are attending the chemist people. As I wanted to know medicines quantity value and later if possible then could purchase after few days. The chemist just wanted to sell medicines I believe as there is no way to do conversation or talk. I would suggest all of you, that if you are trying to buy medicines or have any questions then please talk with chemist clearly. Or you may purchase from your local store as well. I simply happened to spend 2152/- inr. But amount spend should be worth to explain in detail, though prescription has been given so that customer can understand their budget. But should not do simply billing and hand over to the customer. Further more I happened to have injections, in which doctor prescribed to take. So when I asked the chemist to give the injection, then said "no we don't give here! ", Can take outside! Is this way of answering? I am disappointed with clinic answers and services. It is not so great experience with the services provided. However just want to thank the Doctor. Neehar who is very caring and respectful person. I would request sir to please take this review as concern and try to improve services of staff. Once again thank you Neehar sir, respect for doctor. Regards, Karan
Trust me, you won't find a better neuro center than this in Hyderabad. 3 members from my family were treated by Neehar sir and I consider him as a god because he doesn't scare patients by writing some unnecessary tests. Honestly speaking "even he is worth of charging high consultation fees, he is charging less for consultation so that poor like us can also visit him" "Think neuro, think neehar"
Doctor is awesome and treatment is perfect no words to say. Undoubtedly he is best neurologist in state I can say with my eyes closed but no doubt he will go down because he has employed illiterate staff and unprofessional. Yesterday we happened to go to this clinic and staff was impolite and said only patient is allowed inside and people who come with patient should wait outside the clinic only in hot sun with no tent no shade provided to visitors. Everytime they keep changing their rules and staff act as if we are taking free treatments in dharamshala. If visitors are not allowed then they should inform while taking bookings itself on mobile app so that patient can plan to come alone. One of my family member visited this hospital yesterday along with patient and the lady in ppe kit in reception is so arrogant and all staff over there only does show off. They have no respect towards patients. We believe that hospital is like temple but here the staff treats people like you did big mistake by coming here. What if visitors waiting outside spoil their health in sun? There are other clinics who r allowing patients and visitors with required care else announce before only so that if patient is ok to come alone then only they will take appointment. My family member fell sick waiting outside and if they do not recover for xyz reasons then I will take it up with respective authorities. Neehar sir if you change staff then your hospital will be in top. These days nobody will take arrogant attitude because your also sitting their to earn money and we are paying you for treatment. If your staff can show arrogant behavior then some or other day this will land your hospital in big trouble sir. They only get into arguements with patients. We understand covid situation is bad due to which only patient is allowed but last week one person with patient was allowed in ur clinic, there is a way to explain to customers. Everybody can speak rude like your staff but it will only land into trouble for you and patient.
Though doctor is excellent, the staff is worst. No complains against the doctor. He was great. But the staff there is very very arrogant with the patients there. Use of filthy Language with the patients, rude behaviour and very careless. I saw a mother and daughter coming to show the reports. The staff was very rude to the mother double her age and was notlnot her in. I know they have their problems due to covid but there's a better way of treating not to just throw them out. The parents were helpless they need their daughters treatment at the cost of their self respect and ego.
Doctor is very good.dr welcome us with smile. He listen our problems very careful n he treat the patients like his family member. Dr never prefers unnecessary tests. No words to say else. Awesome Dr. Neehar sir
Doctor is good. He listen clearly what patient says. Best doctor. But I have to tell some thing regarding pharmacist. Please change pharmacist. Her attitude is not good. She can't even explain about how to take medicine to patients. She is full of attitude. Finally you guys not provided me stick file. It was so embracing for me to carry prescriptions by hand. Please provide stick files.
Due to non compatible medications as per my father condition he’s no more on this planet. I went by seeing the ratings but experience was worst in terms of treatment and I never expected. The moment my father had drugs for neuro problem he was unable to digest the heavy power because he was sugar patient as well and on same day he started facing heavy breathing problem and result was end of my father’s life. When I checked with doctor he said not due to my drugs and giving execuses.
