Worst service and Staff not cooperating and makes wrong promises, MANGER IS illiterate, DON'T how to talk with customer

Exquisite collection of lehengas. The lehengas which I liked were in the range of 20 to 35k. Best suited for brides who has this kind of budget.

One of the flagship stores in Hyd. Has very good collections for women/girls in all kind of styles… the stock is always updated based on the season/festival around. The staff are very friendly and has enough patience to show the stock…

Hell pathetic store management/sales personnel, not interested in showing material, dresses etc just faffing around doing nothing, avoiding work, passing time by doing nothin

Zero value for money (super expensive clothing) with zero discounts and if by chance theirs any credit card offers (not adhering to norms /rules listed)

No network coverage nor Wi-Fi facility in such a big so called emporium

Very bad experience. The staff doesn't care about the customers. No one attended to show suits and all even after asking many times. Totally waste of time and energy.

Collection is good. But staff not really helpful. Body shaming. Didn't let us try my size saying that won't fit when the suggested size was clearly loose.

Not only the dresses are overpriced to at least 5-7 times, the service is the worst you would have experienced (will not return altered dresses on time). They don’t respond to complaints once payment has been made. Expect dresses returned after alteration to be spoilt and staff will just say that the spoilt look is the design itself.

This is more a review of a particular staff member at this Neeru's than the branch itself. I was helped by Mr Rajkumar one of the store employees. Rarely does one come across such a professional sales staff. He was patient, pleasant and highly cooperative - even though it took me a long time to decide between choices. When I had network connectivity issues to connect with the person I was buying for, he helped me with the store wifi. I also had an issue with my car parking (my fault) which he was also very patient with. At the end of the hour I spent shopping, I wasn't confident about any of the choices so I ended up picking nothing, wanting to sleep on it. He was admirably pleasant throughout that too! No 'we can't guarantee it'll be here tomorrow', no disappointment, absolutely nothing. He knew that if the stuff is good and if a buyer wants to they'll come back. All of this seems so basic but I have seen my fair share of pushy/unpleasant/impatient sales staff and so wanted to write this review to praise and thank Mr Rajkumar. I hope as a store you value him and share my appreciation with him.

I am a very old customer of Neerus starting 2003 when we use to stay in Begumpet. It was nice experience yesterday. Good collection. But one thing which stopped us from booking 2 gowns beforehand was.they don't allow to take pics. I can understand that but in video call it's not possible for customer staying in another state to choose the design.

Had a bad experience with this store. Even at 12.30 in the noon, there’s no tailor or store manager. The sales person has no idea when the store manager and the tailor will come and has been requesting me to wait for some more time. The alteration done was not right size and the finish post the stitch was like a roadside tailor made. Zip wasn’t in line, no hemming done, threads were hanging loosely.

Had an amazing experience shopping for my cousins wedding. The BEST staff. So helpful to my entire family coming from USA. Highly recommend.

I've been buying from Neeru's for the past 12 years. From casuals to wedding clothes and accessories everything is good.

Gaye tha hum udhar apne friends ke sath unko kuch pasand hi nahin aye kyunki price itna jaada jai pasand aake bhi nahi aa rahi thi. But it is so proudful to us that getting this type of dress here thank you so much for selling this here and also and suggestions I will give for you people please don't take it badly. Some cheap product also can you keep for middle class family people bcz it's help to them also to purchase products. Thank you.

Good place with variety, there are clothes ranging from the low range to high range here and every piece is beautiful.

Today i had a great experience on purchasing dress at neerus. Got a dress for my wife and the guy who showed the dress had lot of patience and he opened every dress we wanted to try. Guy even recommended a great dress and he did guess exactly what we need. I finally bought the dress for my wife that he suggested. Great service. Now i am not done yet. I have no intension to purchase for myself but i just wanted to see whats going on at the mens section. Guy named Satish from men's section did a tremendous customer service. He did recognize me and I have no clue when I a made a purchase last time. Don't even remember his face but he some how remembered what I tried last time and he suggested what would suit me this time. At times it's not only customer service that makes you happy, but this guy did beyond that. It's not always to sell, its all about having the right behavior to sell. Very great customer service. If neerus had to recognize their employees, I would recommend this person. Good job Satish! Way to go!
