Doctor is too good and hospital also good. But I have Bajaj health emi card which offers emi on treatment at 0% interest. But at Neo vision Bajaj cabin that madam is telling that she will charge 8% as processing fees. I have asked in Bajaj customer care but they are saying there is no such charges. And neo vision hospital Bajaj executive is saying that she is charging 8% processing fees from behalf of hospital itself. If I need to pay 8% extra then what is benefit of Bajaj health emi card?

I suggest evryone if you want treatment on emi then go to another hospital. Here Bajaj person will eat your money and also they don't allow you to speak to doctor who is owner.

Staff and doctors are very cooperative, my mother was unable to visit their hospital so they offered treatment through WhatsApp without charging any fee.

Surgery is excellent thanks to dr.praneeth garu and his commitment towards treating a patient is excellent, i recomend to please visit neo eye hospital for fastest treatment.

Excellent infrastructure too.
But there are issue with scaling when the hospital is full house.
Had gone for a cataract check up only (no surgery) and it took around 3 hours from entry till retina check and buying medicines at the pharmacy inside the hospital. The number of appointments should be limited or hire more doctors.
The only reason we still end up spending huge amount of time here is for the doctor. Otherwise prefer a different hospital.
