Nightingales Home Health Services

Took 3 days just to tell me that they can't arrange someone. I was a regular customer or Nightingales but now they don't even have my data in their system as there was merger with HCAH. The sales rep Hemendra will give you a great sales pitch but failed to deliver and later didn't even pick up calls.services have become pathetic

The worst experience from a so called renowned home card service. Absolutely no professional and absolutely no respect for patients and their time.

Physiotherapy and the physiotherapist Madeena did a great job my pain and stiffness relieved better and the physio excercise she suggested helped me to improve my knee movement. Thanks to team

Very unreliable. Don't keep all ur faith that the caregiver will come at the comitted time, they can ditch you at the very last moment.

Worst service. I booked a physiotherapy appointment for 11 AM. There is no update from them until 3 PM. Finally, they said the doctor was not available.very unprofessional company.

Well trained and professional nurses. Punctual, well mannered and courteous. Although a bit expensive but if you are looking for quality service at home then you can bank on Nightingale nursing services.

Although a little pricey, the treatment offered by them is good.

Sheeba Florence (Physiotherapist) treated my elderly mother for lower back pain. She was very clear with her diagnosis of the problem and her treatment method was effective.

Absolutely terrible and callous. They promise the moon and are therefore unable to cater at the ground level. I sent a complaint on the 16th and no response till now.

WORST SERVICE WITH RUDE & ARRAGONT CAROLINE & OBNOXIOUS MASTANA leading the crew as if they are the owners.
THEY DONNOT PROVIDE TIMELY RESPONSE & VERY OFTEN DONNOT TAKE CALLS.
MOST OF THE ATTENDENTS ARE PAID VERY LATE & POORLY & ALL GOOD CAREGIVERS HAVE ABANDONED THIS COMPANY.
NOW ONLY FRESHERS WITH NO INTEREST IN WORK LEFT. CANNOT CALL THEM CAREGIVERS! 1 VERY UNTRAINED.

Very costly for intramuscular injection there pricing is 600/-per visit its more than the injection value so bad for the one who cannot afford

Ms nishu sahare had attended my mother for assessment she had done very good assessment and planed the treatment, i liked her very much and i would recommend her to others also

I underwent physiotherapy sessions from August to December this year from nightingales for tfcc injury under the supervision of Dr. Sheeba. She is a very good physiotherapist and is good at her work. She was able to diagnose the problem very soon and gave the right treatment. She taught me few exercises which have helped me to improve muscle strength and flexibility. She was on time for all the physiotherapy sessions and I would highly recommend her.

Very professional and effective service from Nightingales for physiotherapy for my elderly mother. Sheeba physiotherapist did an outstanding job.

Mr Ramesh, phlebotomist is a wonderful man. We are from Bengaluru, came for a SASH project camp in hyderabad for Act companies and nightingale had provided us two wonderful phlebotomist. Vijaya and ramesh.
I really need you guys to keep them in services. Ramesh is not only fast in his job, hes clean and professional in what hes doing. He's a wonderful worker nightingale has. The way he interacts with the patients during his job makes the patient confortable more than anything. I thank him personally for being with us and not only helping us but also creating wonderful memories. I thank vijaua from nightingale for the same and finally, i thank Nightingale for providing us these good people.

With regards to catheterisation, Excellent professionalised services provided by Ms Hyma, of nightigale home health care services, Begumpet. Her sincere and punctual services rendered to the deceased are highly appreciable.

Ramesh Gugulethu, service is excellent. Hyma's services are also very good. Overall Nightingale services are extraordinary. All staff are also very cooperative.

On 06.05.2019 I called a Nurse for removing the cathedral tube and urine bag Female patient (70yrs). For this assistance these people charged ₹800. High charges are collecting. This is very bad. Please go for any other services.
