First if all I bow my head to doctors, who make delivered to my babies thanks to them, when I asked or enquiry staff didn't given me some reason, surrendering was unclean, watching and attenders asking too much money (2015 and 2020) sorry for telling too much late, I passing through the this hospital thank you niloufer Hospital

Housekeeping and Security Staff are very worst, they are demanding the money. To go inside the hospital. Every day they are asking like this. Please take it seriously. Very worst.

The name Nilofar Hospital is very worst the service is very poor.doctor does not have the courtesy to talk and they consider patience as an animal. It's just a problem, something, what is it, a problem, nothing, just whatever has to be done has to be done quickly. It doesn't even occur to a person that hey, brother, he is stitching without injecting of numbness injection. Is it possible to have an operation or is it just a normal delivery? Don't even hear how the stitches are put on it numbness injection. Those people are talking about injections, but are not able to understand. What kind of doctor is he? There is no such thing as Brahma-humanity. All the new doctors talk like this. If I say something on time, then take it to your patient from here and this is what I say on time. The incident happened on 8/10/2022 (Saturday) my son was admitted In SNCU, he was the duty doctor after morning doctors rounds

I was asking him since morning about my baby test report till evening 5 but he was not even responding, there was no serious case inside though he was pretending that he is very much busy and atlast I called him by his name, Dr.m. A khader can you please listen me, the moment I called him his name he was shouting on me rudely and asking AM I YOUR FAMILY MEMBER?

I request to Sri Dr. Alimelu madam don't rely on him sply SNCU the place where you putting your all efforts for saving the precious babies life

I repeat I don't feel call him doctor so please mark his name Abdul khader very rude and irresponsible doctor

Very very unhygienic hospital, every time they ask money, all nurses and doctors are very rude only one dr. Madame was nice others have no manners of talking they only misbehave with attenders bathroom is daily maney ladies slips there and got hurt, sick kids are there in serious condition but they dot care properly if we ask about our child condition they talk rudely with us there is no hospital like treatment, it is government hospital that's why they are doing as per there moods this is very bad impression. In niloufer hospital I asked the doctor that the bedsheet on the bed was so unhygienic she replied me that this is Government hospital we know that you did your previous cessarians in Fernandez so don't expect vip treatment but iam saying to the hospital that I don't expect any vip treatment but I expect some respect from such qualified and dignified doctors towards their patients we suffer a lot so we deserve their respect and love

We go to the hospital for free treatment but the doctors are not doing our treatment for free our government is providing them salary and many facilities on behalf of their people

Worst experience. I took my child of 10 years for treatment of dengue. Lot of formalities before admission. I have to stand in que for 25 mnts just to get admission case sheet. I was refered to Unit 7 for admission. Again standed in que, doctor advised for blood test, duty nurses while taking blood don't have serenge and I was told to hold ready with the tubes, then from the needle of castula she poor the blood due to which lot blood leaked on the floor. It's worest part of I'll treatment in government hospitals.

Security Staff and Cleaning staff are worst always demand for money for everything. Everyone here fed of these things still management not having strict actions on it kindly help poor people and KCR kit is only for the Telangana State resident but there are many people comes here in hope of the same if they will also get the same they will be happy also because they are also financially disable that's why they expect the same

1. బయట గేట్ దగ్గర చాలా చెత్త మరియు మురికి ఉంది. (లోపల బాగానే ఉంది.)
2. సెక్యూరిటీ సిబ్బంది అస్సలు బాగాలేదు. (ఊరికే అరవడం, పాస్ ఉన్న కూడా లోపలికి పంపడం, లోపలికి పంపడానికి డబ్బు అడగడం).

కావున రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం గమనించి నీటి సౌకర్యం మరియు బాత్రూం వసతులు కల్పించగలరు

The treatment is good but hygiene and behavior of doctors and nurses are extremely pathetic and moreover there are no beds available for pregnant ladies in 1ANW ward and they are sitting at chairs all the day, how pathetic is this. Management need to check and resolve this ASAP.
