Do not recommend this hospital for orthopaedics, during my revisit with my grandfather within 8 days i was charged a consultation fee when i tried arguing with the staff they said they already wrote payment slip and cannot do anything about it? What logic, and thats not all waited more than an hour and an intern took our report to show to the doctor and came back to give doctors opinion, no ethics at all
I feel that instead of paying for a revisit, and on top of that the doctor wont even see us after an hour of wait keep in mind not talking about the doctors credibility but the ethics shown by the hospital it will be much better showing somewhere else

My experience at Nirmala Maternity and Orthopaedic was good, they took care of me very well. The Dr. Ram Pradeep he was very nice, he treated me as a friend. The hospital environment and cleanliness was very nice.

Dr. Nirmala is one of the best gynecologist surgeon in the city. The staff in the hospital are very supportive and helpful.

My sister in law was admitted in this hospital had a C section. Staff kept asking for Tips the whole time. Gave over 3000 INR, if the service would have been amazingly good we would have not minded giving another 1000 INR more but it was pathetic.

After her C section doctor came to see her only 1s. Patient kept shivering for about 1hour 30 mins after delivery. After alot of follow ups on floor sister came and gave her an injection.
Sister didn't inform us anything (AFTER CARE), when the doctor asked her why were we not aware about the food and etc. Sister lied on our faces and said I have told them everything. They didn't bother to check if the patient is feeding the baby or not. Now she has issues to breast feed the baby.

The only good thing about the hospital was the sister who was the incharge at night.

Patient was discharged on 3rd day. Hospital doesn't have sunlight, nor anyone bothered to tell us to keep the baby in sunlight. Apparently they discharge the patients and call them to get the jaundice checked and ask them to get admitted again.
When we were leaving we asked the sisters to ask someone to do a full checkup of baby. Which was not done.
Now after 5 days they have called us and took blood test of baby for jaundice. She is diagnosed with jaundice. Pediatrician checked the baby for not more than 30 seconds. It is a shame that we actually trusted this hospital and the doctors. We thought we were in good hands but unfortunately we are really disappointed with the service.

So much to complain but I feel it is useless as the feedback might not be taken seriously as well!

Would never recommend this hospital to anyone!
