This hospital was waste they r only earning money if u want to earn then beg the money doctor saying different this mother in low say different they r kidding with patience waste of time and waste of money.government hospital is better.

Experienced doctors both Dr. Farida and Dr. Tahera. My friend delivered after 10 years good maternity care provided by doctors. My sister conceived after infertility treatment I vil definitely recommend others also for any gynaec problems to visit nisa

There is no skin to skin touch or breastfeeding trial given by the gynecologist to the patients.
Because of the doctors I was not able to breastfeed my baby as we as a family were not aware about the FIRST MOTHER- BABY BOND happens by skin to skin immediately post delivery and no doctor visited to try for breastfeeding and help the poor mother.

Highly disappointing experience they ask daya and nurse to see the patient and don't take the charge of baby and mother bond within the GOLDEN HOUR! I will always remember this! Mind you MOM'S don't lose your precious opportunity to breastfeed by getting delivered at such hospital were they don't give you the knowledge and experience of true MOTHERHOOD!

Facility is ok, but there a big issue here, doctors are very arrogant, bad behaviour with patients, they don't like to reply to patients queries and concerns, and also the staff is arrogant.doctors and staff should be humble and helpful, hope they will try to change their attitude.

Every thing is perfect except the staff felt us embarrassed asking repeatedly for tips, management clearly mentions not to pay tips but rather they should train their staff not to ask tips to any patient or there attendants.

It was excellent. It was looking like a home not a hospital. Even staff was also excellent

Every delivery is done with operation. I personally saw women coming with high possibility of normal delivery buy operation was done and family was not given a chance to speak. I won't suggest this hospital to any one.

Very very bad experience I had in this hospital. Especially with doctor Farida arasthu. Basic quality of a doctor is good manners and empathy with her patients which she is missing. I request the concerned incharge of the hospital make a note of her arrogant behaviour towards her patients. Else in long run it will b a black stone in the progress of Nisa hospital. People plz don't accept her arrogant attitude.

Very bad experience, so dis respectful and rude doctors, i never expect they will treat like this with patients as doctor tbrough papers on face of a pregnent lady and un necessary yelling on her so we left without consulting as no need to consult such proudy and rude doctors as they are spoiling such a noble name docotor.and iam forced to give one start in fact they even deserve a single star i gave one star as there is no choice.andi dont recemmend for others too.

Have visited the hospital for the 2nd time but they maintain such cleanliness and even the que was very less at the reception area. Even the Dr's are so professional and humble to let u know the details of your condition in a polite manner. They even mention monthly result with branded medicine.thanks to pharmacy for giving Discount as it's rare attached pharmacy those give discount priorly.

This hospital has worst receptionist.der workers (Aaya's) know how much a pateint may get charged for scanning but not the receptionist.she asked me to pay 2400 at first for my third month scaning then when I confirm again how much? She said 2100 then the worker lady came and said only 1800 I have to pay bcz it's just a scanning and not a monthly check up.then receptionist noticed and secretly scolded the worker why did you say that. Worst receptionist.don't know how much to charge from a pateint. And when will this hospital repair their lift.

My daughter was born in nisa now my daughters son born here very nice faida doctor and even tahera madam very nice my daughter had normal delivery. Good staff and even pharmacy inside gave good discount. No complains my all family relatives show here

Dr fareeda gynaecologist has been found very rude with the patient

First she need to learn discipline how to speak with a patient and later tell her to treat the patient

Mangament need to ensure the behaviour of the doctors.we come for our treatment and not to get insult.

As she is being paid for her job she is not doing social service
If she can't treat tell her to go to any other hospital.

The The overall experience in this hospital is very satisfying. We have started consulting this hospital from the first week of my wife's pregnancy. The doctors are very helpful during the pregnancy. We have admitted to hospital after water discharge and the staff supported us very well. Even attached pharmacy help us with good discount. Doctors mainly tried for the Normal delivery. The nursing staff are very helpful and very patient during labor. Luckily she had normal delivery and both mother and baby are healthy. Thank you DR TAHERA ARASTU AND FARIDA ARASTU

Good Ambience and the way of treatment is excellent. Matter of fact I was born in this hospital back in 1995 and even my 1st son born here in Nisa hospital in 2020 also our second is ready to born here in 2022.great service with proper treatment with the decent amount of expenditure. I would prefer everyone to vist here.the doc's and faculty staff is adhere to there work.best way to vist here

Its better not to give permission to any hospital unless adequate staff is there. It should be called as maternity clinic. Please don't mention as hospital if still mother, daugher in law and son is managing it all alone. When we went on Sunday due to some problem of delivery, they gave glucose bottle and went away. One day and I lost everything and mental agony for us. If any emergency comes, be ready to go to Nice hospital

Worst third Class hospital they don't understand the critical condition of patients and consider as normal. They give lot of medicine in initial stage which is not recommend as and make money.pathetic. Worst.

Sisters and aya's ask for tips frequently
They dont even give the baby without money
They ask seprately from maternal and paternal grandmothers to give money to take the baby
It feels very guilty in front of inlaws
They dont even leave the room without taking money
Please take a serious action on them
This is the only thing we feel bad about

Allhumdulliah still hospital same even after long time visit. Dr. Tahere n Staff are too co-operative and they recognise they Patient too.

This is the first time I have visited the Nisa hospital and my experience was great, frankly to say. I am very pleased with the environment and support staff from sister, aaya to reception staff. My special thanks to Dr. Tahera madam who always be upfront for any kind of clarification / doubts with lot of patience.

Even pharmacy owner and staff are very nice, supportive and well versed with the medicines and they do offer good discount.

same words repeated in 2 to 3 hospital. Finally I tried in Nisa hospital when my sister met with Farida madam, she came out went for reports and started treatment. Alhmdulilah my sister and my cutie baby doll fine.

Doctors at Nisa are excellent, a man at reception gives proper response, all staff good, attach pharmacy gives proper medicine with good discount then other pharmacy.

One of my closed family members underwent some treatment in Nisa Hospital in January and was discharged the same month. Dr. Fareeda is one of the most unprofessional doctors we ever came across. Doctors are so rude and arrogant that they do not even talk to patients or their family members once discharged from the hospital. The most important thing for them is not patient or his/her health but Money. No matter how serious the case is, they ask for money to be deposited first and only after this the patient will be attended and served. Every counter you go to, every staff you come across during service/stay, the first question they have for you is "Have you paid the money? " Even the doctors will always keep reminding the patients and family members about bills to be paid. For the hospital, patients' health does not come first but what comes first is money.

Absolutely amazing hospital, doctors are very friendly and give you the time to explain and understand the problem. Most recommended.
