This is one of the worst ENT hospital I have ever been to. Doctor doesn't know what test to refer they don't even have Pharmacy for the prescrptiin.

The staff working there is the worst. Cause no proper care and attention towards the patient. When we call them they are gonna come after half an hour.

Very Very Commercial Hospital. Though Dr. Mohan Reddy is a good doctor and infrastructure is good, they ask you to take so many unnecessary tests with high charges.
Especially while buying hearing aid be careful. Prices are on higher side and you should be good at bargain skills.

Don't go this hospital, waste of money, doctor constant very poor. They charging seperate separate bills. Really disappointed.

Went for throat irritation, Worst experience ever.doctor don't have patience to listen to the problem. And not even listening to past medical history and medication taken and not seeing previous reports. Without seeing anything they asked to go for PNS CT which costed 3000 rs, I already told them that I have done PNS XRAY twice in last 2 months and no issues were seen and after CT scan they told the same that no issues and given same allergy medicines which I am using from past 2 months without any use.i said that I already used this medicine and no use but doctor said to use again for 15 days.
Money minded people, it's a business centre not hospital. Money waste and time waste. Please don't go.

Very Poor Response from all the Departments. I have paid 16000 Rupees for Investigations Before surgery though i have had an Insurance from Maxbupa. I underwent Septoplasty on March 30th 2021. Till date i didnt receive my money back. I was keep on texting messages to the administrative department.
Post operative care is worst. Being a Doctor i cant suggest this Hospital anymore. Its not because of Money its about the care of the patient. Beware of this people. Thank you.

THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER HAD IN A HOSPITAL!

I booked a consultation appointment with Dr Mohan Reddy which was scheduled for 3pm in the afternoon. Me my mom and dad were are the hospital at 3: 00 pm and were told to wait for the doctor as he was performing a surgery, we waited for almost 2 long hours and there was no proper communication as well with the employees available at the reception.

We went over to the receptionist and asked how long is it going to take, the receptionist replied "depends upon the patients some patients converse with the doctor for 5 minutes and some do it for 1 hour". You'll have to wait for another 15 minutes was the casual reply we got from the employees available at the reception.

Finally we were at the doctor's desk, to my astonishment it wasn't Dr Mohan Reddy whom we came to meet, it was an assistant sitting in front of us. She told me what's the issue you are facing, I then explained her that I was suffering from Sinusitis and severe nose blockage. She asked me is this the first time I'm facing this issue? I replied I had the same issue an year back from now. She asked me the medications and prescriptions I was going through now, I handed over the recent doctors prescription slip to her. My mom asked her about Dr Mohan Reddy whom we came to consult with, she replied he isn't in the hospital. We were shocked, as we were told our consultation with Dr Mohan Reddy is scheduled and now the assistant says he isn't available and if you want you can have a talk with him on call.

THIS WAS A VERY CASUAL REPLY WE GOT!

She then told us that I'll have to undergo a surgery, prior to that some tests and scans. We then expected her to write down a prescription for the issue I was into, she never did so instead she told us that surgery is what you'll have to undergo.

My parents inquired that we came here to meet Dr Mohan Reddy and you say he isn't available in the hospital, we hear different replies from different staff's of your hospital one says the Doctor is into a surgery and you say he isn't there.

Very soon this conversation turned into a HEATED ARGUMENT BECAUSE OF THE ASSISTANT DOCTORS RUDE AND CAUSAL REPLIES.

As my parents are aged between 63-65 they couldn't bear this casual attitude of the assistant, the assistant started shouting and called security.

THIS IS THE EXPERIENCE WHAT WE HAD IN NOVA ENT HOSPITAL, THEY CHARGE YOU HIGH CONSULTATION FEE AND DON'T LET YOU MEET THE SENIOR AVAILABLE DOCTORS.

EMPLOYEES IN NOVA ENT HOSPITAL DON'T HAVE BASIC ETHICS OF HOW TO SPEAK AND BEHAVE WITH ELDER PEOPLE AND PATIENTS!

I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL TO ANY ONE AS THE EMPLOYEES HERE WANT TO GRAB MONEY AND CHEAT WITH THE PATIENTS, PROVIDE AN APPALLING AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TO THE PATIENTS!

Doctors are treating patients as a task and hurrying to complete the tasks rather providing appropriate solution. There is no appointment procedure, no sequence, no systematic. It's all their wish.

Dr Mohan Reddy is a great doctor but his hospital is most unorganized institution. If you come for OP consulting they make you sit for 3-5 hours. There is no concept of appointments and they have no idea when the doctor will be available. Just because doctor is good they behave as if they are doing favor to the patients. This is very unprofessional behavior.

Dr Mohan Reddy is good, but the staff is highly unorganized. They don't care a bit about the time of patients. No order of sending patients in to see the doctor. The reception staff just sends anybody who is waiting at the door, ignoring already waiting patients. We were made to wait for 2 hrs, while people walking in after us were allowed to see the doctor first. Highly indisciplined staff, I was told that the doctor went into a meeting after we came in, then how can other patients were done with the checkup and left too? I was asked to come at 5PM, and we finally saw the doctor at 7PM, and that too after I had to argue with he staff of not following any order. If you have lot of leisure time, then come to this hospital, else you better go to a more disciplined hospital.

I was diagnosed with a vocal cord problem in early 2017 and got operated too. Even now, I come here regularly for follow up and always got sound advice from Dr. Mohan Reddy, for whom I have great respect. I like this hospital for their transparency and honesty while dealing with our medical condition. I never found any unnecessary tests nor charges.

Dr. Mohan reddy garu is a fantastic doctor almost i referred 5 to 6 cases to him all are operated with 100% results i am verymuch thankful to him in one case my friend got 3 surgeries done at some other hospital, but no result, but 4th time surgery done by Dr. Mohan Reddy sir which was succesfull and results are very good.
