Totally disappointed on how the Doctors of Nova hyderabad Banjara hills, plays with their patients. Right after you pay the contract amount everything changes, their is so miss management. 1. Miss management in trigger injection. Not properly conveyed message that money needs to pay for that although it's including your package. 2. Suddenly in middle of the process they increased the amount of everything - no prior information, no email, no calls nothing. 3. We have total 3 embryos out of which 2 is little weak and one is very good - No communication nothing doctor decided herself to implant the weak embryos so that she can hold the good one and take more money for 2nd transfer. 4. When we entered the procedure they said an amount of 1.75 lkh it crossed to 5lkh. Still they want more. We are desperate to conceive & even though we have did sign a contract they shamelessly put weak Embryo without consulting us & put me through tension & mental torture. Now they are suggested for Hystroscopy (cost- 43k) and then again second transfer (cost -50k), total around 1 lakh. Management & doctors all are playing with emotions & money. They even don't bother about patients emotions & financialy problems. Doctor did not ever thought of how a women goes in such a procedure. Mentally, physically, socially. I'm sharing my personal opinion after your wife get tested negative it's very hard to handle the situation. Without thinking without consulting how can a doctor can decided which embryos needs to implant. Just to know that better Embryo is available which can be used with more cost even though we have a contract. I would suggest everyone to avoid this place by any cost. Worst experience. Never ever refer to anyone. Nova is concerned only with success. They don't suggest us pros and cons of the treatment. In my case two embryos were transferred during embryo transfer which became three which is very pathetic situation leading to many health complications. When we ask them why this has happened they told its alway suggestable to have single embryo during et which they need to explain in the beginning. They are least bothered about patient once et finishes once success comes they just increase their success number and least bothered after pregnancy confirms. So please explain all pros and cons of the treatment as you are playing with emotions and health of the patients
