The staff at the front office are all great they all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

The best hotel I have ever visited before
Especially the lobby ambience was amazing service of front office staff was very responsible for the guest stay and comfort.

The hotel is strategically located and good amenities but the managerial staff needs to improve on their hospitality skills. They don't make you feel like home or even a hotel. They need to really pull up their socks. Beacuse of inspite of having world class amenities in hotel once doesn't feel like staying. Really need to improve on hospitality.

We were here to attend our brother wedding last week, the front desk team is very helpful and well mannered, Ms. Rithika have rooms to our entire family on time and the concierge team really works hard, Mr. Prashanth at night was very helpful as he help my parents with wheelchair assistance. Great show team Novotel.

I had a very comfortable, Happy and peaceful stay in Hyderabad Novotel Hotel. The customer service is great and I would like to thank everyone from hotel staff especially "_Hussain_" from house keeping department. He is excellent in his job plus very helpful and soft spoken. A very good person by heart, Novotel is lucky to have staff like "Hussain" I guess. ️

Rooms and dinning service are good and hygiene employee are trained in well manner and food was good but little drop south indian food not available much for all three meal and cooked south indian food also not proper south india taste and chef Mr. Vignesh support us to provide proper south India food with his smile but this will not be solution for all time.thanks

The front desk is very courteous and they work really hard specially the concierge team, I am visiting this hotel for last 4 year Ritika and Neha at front desk are very welcoming, Prashant at concierge and I see that the team has changed and lot of new faces. Anyways the service is still good.

Excellent Service by Bikas from the bell desk. Every event that were conduct here, he is always present to assist with everything. The entire baggage, the decors, the gifts and everything which had to be moved from one corner of the hotel to another and everything happened with perfection thanks to Bikas.

We are here for a wedding and the lady at front desk MsRidika was very helpful, and made sure that all the guest request for rooms are accommodated, she was very helpful, Even the concierge Prashanth assisted us with bags without any hesitation, Novotel has a really great staff.

The reservations desk is totally useless. They can’t take a dinner reservation for 2 people on a Tuesday evening without needing more than 3 hours for a simple yes or no. Avoid this property because it seems they have no need or importance for business. Seems like they have too much on their plate. Won’t be dining or staying here ever. The restaurant manager doesn’t seem to have time to talk and the person answering calls (Manusha) is not equipped to give any answers out.

Went there for a wedding. Property is fine but rooms are very far from the banquet hall. Rooms are not much spacious also. Location of the hotel is very near to the airport. Stayed there for 2 days and 2 nights. Overall an ok experience. Food is good.

Novotel Hyderabad is one of my favorite since 4 years. No matter how short or long my stay is, each and every staff here is so kind. From your check -in to hotel cab by the time check out, everyone is so kind, humble and professional. I would like to express my gratitude to Ms Kavita from Housekeeping departments. I was at Novotel on 12-11-2021 for my work trip and she assisted me so well at all the point. She is very quick with her work. Also when I checked in last evening i.e. On 27-11-2021, she was there near my room. I was so happy to meet her and once again she assisted me. Also she was working with her colleague Pooja from the same department. These girls are very sweet and very hardworking. I wish them lots of luck and success for their future!

Hotel is hi-fi. But no sign boards for restaurant, beverages etc. No one available to guide. Hotel specifically for stay and big functions Not as restaurant to celebrate small events as walk in.

Services and everything was okay. Only thing wasn't not much okay is room conditions which is quite old.

Good place to stay near to airport. Surprisingly found good occupancy despite less flight operations. Good spread in buffet.

Unfortunately Novatel standard had gone down. It is set in the beautiful woods but inside it's another story. May be a 3.5 star would be more appropriate, for the condition it is in, instead of a 5 star. Accor hotels need to prove what real 5 star would look like.
PS. May be, Covid could have caused this.

I and my husband had an excellent stay here. First of all the biggest advantage is just 5 mins from the RGIA airport. Services are excellent. I would like to particularly appreciate Mr Rajeev from House-keeping team. I requested for a hard mattress for my room but all were being used in other rooms. Next day, without me reminding them, Rajeev remembered that I had requested and the moment he had one mattress free, he brought and placed it in our room. Overall really happy with their services.

Very good wedding arrangements. Shiva has helped a lot with all luggage requests, a lot had to be moved from one room to another, very patient and helpful staff.

Attended a function.parking was not available. Place where food is served is very small. Food was not at all good.

Some renovation work going on. Had to walk round the hotel to reach the room. No complimentary drop or pickup from Airport available. Hence inspite of being close to airport for 3 km I had to shell out 400 bucks for taxi. Room was spacious, clean. Mattress was great. Food was classy.
