Factory Mall Aka Brand Factory is a good place to find a variety of brands in one place. They always have offers in any given time but at the festival seasons, noticed they increase the MRP prices very drastically to appeal as a great discount. Cheap marketing tricks, but on the usual days, 40% discount can still get a cheaper price than brand stores.
Keep in mind the clothing and fashion were a older stock.

I came here for Vaarahi Convention. This situated at first floor of Brand Factory building.

Easily accessible by common public transportation viz.auto, city bus, cab, etc. No multiplex screens inside. Mall is not fully occupied by stalls.
Limited number of stores. Mostly of Reliance stores viz.footwear, clothes, electronics, etc, Food stalls are available on the outer side of the mall.

Having brand factory, reliance digital and trends, and pay less shoppe for footwear, quite good to shop in offers time here.

Mall is nice and it is having good showrooms for electronics, apparels and a pub also. Very nice to be there. Food court is not that good.

Visited the brand factory. Clothes here are great when compared to other stores.
The styles are huge with nice collections.
It's a nice point for the one's staying in and around Kukatpally. Definitely a place to visit for quick shopping.
Would recommend it for girls and women specially.
You'll find food joints here where you can hang out post shopping.

I am giving 2 stars as per my experience. I faced a lot of issue while driving because of metro rail construction. Traffic is not in proper control. Roads are in very bad condition, holes, too much traffic.

It's a commercial complex. Here we have Brand Factory, Reliance Trends, Digital, fotware store, furniture show doom, Electronic gadgets store and many more.

Not your typical shopping mall. It has good options for apparel and footwear shopping. The food court below is decent enough for a quick bite.

Reliance digital @ ground floor. Brand factory @ first floor.there used to be a paid play area for kids. For some reason it is not available since 2 months.

Mall will have lot of different stores. One stop place for multiple shopping spaces.
Ample parking space and very good shopping experience

Perfect place to buy reliance products. Convent place for food after shopping. Really great parking facility

It is a big Shopping Complex. Brand Factory, Restaurants, and several other shops are situated in the complex.

It is not big place for shopping. But this reliance trends shop is bigger than other branches in kukatpally.

U have 3 stores here Brand factory with boring old stock, reliance trends with more new trends and reliance foot print. And some eat out outside to have a quick bite.

Just Reliance Trends, Brand Factory, Reliance Footprint are most frequented. Parking is available but people think it's too difficult. Park on the roads. Security tries but can't do much. New restaurant called Ragaz has come up. Slowly picking up.

Good mall with all reliance outlets and the banquet hall is simply super. Very good one for crowd of 100-200 people

Its a shopping mall that's not too busy. The main store was brand factory. I Think most of the people are here for that only.

Good place if you are a brand factory fan. But clothing is very old. Maintainance is bad.
It is entirely different story when it comes to Reliance. Trends will have many choices for ladies and new fashion designs. Reliance Foot wear is also a good place for more brands
