The worst experience with this store. We selected one lipstick shade, the sales girl is so busy because she has to go out, she has given us wrong shade and I regret believing in her. They do not have refund system too and all my money in vain. I would not recommend going to this store instead buy online as you don’t find most of the products anyway. They just only have trial products not the stock. Not experienced. Not professional and definetly they want you to exit as soon as possible.

The staff requires to have more product knowledge.most of the time tester is not there and if one finds a suitable tester then fresh piece is not there.my personal experience with the sales girl has been very poor.if you visit store more than once they make fun. Ayesha needs to me d her behaviour she seems to be very casual in her approach.gezture like scratching your ears when customer is asking some thing does not speak high. The staff needs to beittle more professional and friendly. Fhey get irritated very soon andre rude in their suggestions especially Ayesha

The beauticians or the people assisting have their knowledge. They had given us options as per skin and alternative suggestions. Don't fall for all the products as they all nice.

The staff were very helpful and helped me learn how to do eyeshadow and they were so helpful in my purchases. Harika and Shalu specifically. Loved the experience

The store is good. For now they have only three brands products huda, nyka n one more brand which I forgot the name. There are no hair products available. Since the store opened recently (November 17th). It may take some time for every kind of products to be available there. But overall experience is good. Staff helps you with your requirements. Visited this place twice with my daughter and loved the service. You can find various products, especially those from the Korean brands are really good. The Korean face masks are always on offer, and love the shades of the nail paints. Most of the people are in an impression that the products may be expensive, but one can get quality and original products at the best prices here. This has indeed become our go to place for beauty products. Will keep visiting.

Must visit … good to hav nykka store near by my hom. Prices and offers are same lyk online but you can try products and buy. It’s quite costly but few are worth buying.
