Awesome service,, So many things are going on in my life, so busy schedule, when I visit here.thx to Manager who told me abt ode services.firstly I was little bit confused but whn I tried, it relaxed me so much. I took head massage and foot massage and I felt so energetic and regenerate myself for coming faces of life.

Spa is excellent in ambience and service. Sangie therapist is giving very nice therapy. One can really feel relaxation for muscles. Mr. Yonis at the front desk welcomed me in a very polite manner and spoke very well. Please give necessary benefits for both employees if possible. Happy to be there.

A shoulder and head massage costs 1950 for 45 minutes, it is written on the plate, but they asked me more than 3000 rupees, supposedly this is a fee. 1000 rupees taxes? I was laughing

Never ever take membership from O2 or Ode spa in Hyderabad Airport. They are using this Airport spa to increase their membership but not for servicing the existing members. People should not encourage such practices.

If you already a member please DO NOT EXPECT it here. If you are paid customer, you will immediately be given massage, however if you have a membership you will be asked to provide your number and they will call whenever the slot is free, which is never free for existing members.

In short, no massage for existing members. Please do not go there or plan to go there if you are already a member. They will lie to your face.

The guy who sold the membership itself will lie with out hesitation if you visit next time. Please never ever take membership. I really regret for taking membership here.

Wrost experience in terms of receiving customers. They will not give slot to existing members. They give slot only if you are ready to take new membership or ready to pay money for massage. I will never entertain O2 again

Got a head and shoulders massage. It took around 20 mins and was super relaxing. Price was around 800. Really loved the overall service. Recommended.

Highly recommend Ode Spa if you want to treat yourself during a long layover. I had a wonderful foot massage here, I left feeling like I had new feet.

I stopped by this spa at Hyderabad airport for a 45 mins head and shoulders massage. My masseuse G Ramya was great. Highly recommended if you are waiting to board your flight and want to relax before the journey

Finished off a '45 min' massage in exactly '33 mins'. I know the time because I sent a message to someone saying that now I'm putting my phone on silent coz I'm getting a foot massage. When I told the therapist that it has not been the complete duration, she told me I entered the spa 45 mins ago. Apparently, the time during which they make us sit on the chair while they go and get the towel, and cream etc, is also included in the 45 mins.

I've been a member at Ode spa since almost a year, and have taken their bulk memberships twice. Been to their spas in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Hyderabad (other locations), Mumbai, etc. But never experienced this kind of short service.

Giving three stars because the therapist was ok in terms of technique and pressure. Had it not been for this short service issue, I'd have given her a top like I always do.

Pathethic service. Today they took my name at 6.30 pm for foot massage stating there is a waiting and when i come back at 8.40 they say that the spa is under maintenance. In front of me they are taking new appointments and registering their name. The shift manager changed and all the previous appointment sheet he took. Sheer non sense and pathetic service. Please do not book or wait for them it seems they are doing us a favour such is their attitude. They deserve a zero star and not even 1 star.

The gentleman at the reception today was pathetic. His way was conduct was inappropriate he used fowl language and was harsh in his conduct. The gentleman is not suitable for a appointment at reception.

Had a very bad experience with the manager, who said his name is Tarun Sharma. On 15th oct 2021, around 6pm. Very unprofessional and rude behaviour.

This was before monolith spa and salon know hording changed to ode all same infrastructure and staff even monolith was not good and ode was also not good comparison to other spa cost also very high treeza was not good in massage therapist

I am a member of O2 and regularly visit Jubliee Hills Branch. I happened to visit the airport branch today and absolutely love the service. Miss. Asha is a wonderful therapist and also fun to chat with. Had a great experience overall. Thanks Asha.

Professional place with well trained masseur's. I generally reach well in advance and I find it a nice place to relax. Try out their "Nirvana" massage.

As a employee of this organisation I faced very bad experience over here having said during this lockdown time we have not received a single rupees from company. This is worst company ever I have experienced. Even the company had not paid our own money which we had earn at the month of feb and March.
There is a huge salary issue in this company forever.

There is no one to take care over here at reception counter in Hyderabad Airport. We were told that our service will start in 30 mins since 1AM and now it's 2: 45 AM. Still they r telling that it's not possible. How can be they so ridiculous.

We were traveling from Hyderabad to Tirupati and our flight was delayed and I decided to go for a 45 min massage. It was a very good massage, one of the best I received in India in fact. Because of the airport the prices are higher and so are the noise levels.

I am looking forwarded to my next flight delay and an O2 opportunity.

Not worth the money. Way too expensive just because it's at Airport.

Recommend not even to try this place as you'll be dissapointed unless you are rich and don't care about money and service.
