Hotel Maintenance Very Good. Food quality good and Daily Different type Of Food Available, Yoga, Wellness Center and Swimming Pool available there. Very Nice Management, tq

They should include more staff at the dining area, as existing staff is not enough and struggles to fulfill each customer's demand, reason the customer has to wait for long.
Rooms are really good, cozy and comfy.
They should work to get the hotel as kid friendly as well by adding some amenities for them.

Very nice place for staycation.
Pool, gym, breakfast is complementry. Food is good as well.

The valet parking is not available, parking area is not clean and there is some liquid leaking from roof. No proper signages. Edit: (in parking lot)

Edit: i dined at the restaurant, had salmon steak and choclate mousse. (This is for the management guy who replied that they didnt find me in their property.
I am happy to share my timeline for that day if they cant find me there.)

Excellent in every way. The managers Mr. Shukka and Mr.vinit definitely deserve a mention. Only place where I saw that the covid norms being followed diligently in Hyderabad. They made our stay very comfortable. Staff was good and rooms clean. Breakfast buffet was very good though a little more variety could be added.

Well secure and beautiful building. Lots of space for parking, food court also here but little expensive.

I travelled with my family and my pet. This hotel is ideally located, 5 mins from the express way.
Rooms are spacious with all amenities, bathrooms could have been a bit better.

I have stayed in Hotel for 15 days, For first week I have in one room and in second week I shifted to other room.

For the first week, I found a cockroach in a bathroom in night and informed to service person, he brought some spray and said, it will not come again! But daily at night i use to find some cockroach in bathroom, and I don't report them. After a week I found few more cockroaches in kitchen on vessels and some in kitchen stuffs, I felt to bad and immediately reported to front desk team, they arranged some other room on the same day.

About the service: - I felt bit slow service response with compared to first two days. We have to continuously call them and remind for service and ask for stuffs like water bottle and bath kits on daily basis.

Cleaning was done good

About the Food: - Morning complementary breakfast was good, and serving is good.

But still need a quick response from the team regarding the service. When ever we call they are forgetting to inform to respective team

Security guard is never at the gate and only when you reach the gate he comes running to let you in

Good place to stay you will get all the facilities that you will feel you are staying in your own apartment

Oakwood is an amazing hotel residence, compact design, and customer friendly hotel, superb ambience and hospitality!

We checked in at 17/3/2021, one of the worst experiences in my life.terms and conditions was not explained properly. The way they answer to guest is reticulous. We asked the price differentiation for the room with and without breakfast- thee answer was it’s the same. And in kitchenette the utensils given are not sufficient to cook any item. The receiving at the time of checkin was worst, the hospitality was horrible, the shift manager in the evening (7pm) we requested him to come and speak regarding the issue, but he hasn’t visited the room and asked to speak over phone. They did not bother the guest etiquette’s. We requested for amenities and towels it took them 1 hour 30min to get to the room after 4 reminder calls. We have stayed in all the 5 star hotels in Hyderabad, but this is the only hotel we don’t like to stay once again and we don’t recommend to others as well. We are regular customers to ITC Kakatiya, Hyatt place, Radisson, Marriott hotel, one of the best hospitality we received from Marriott. Just for a change we came to oak wood residences this time. We regret a lot for visiting this property. Due this review, nothing won’t effect the oak wood resistance property. But guests please make sure before you visit the property. I bet you will regret after visiting this place. So please make sure and go for a better property guests. Finally the food experience was yuck. No options at the time of breakfast. Food was average and I bet it doesn’t lift your taste buds. So my humble request is to think a bit before you visit this property. After going through this review also, if you visit them, don’t regret.

Excellent, affordable, luxurious place. An amazing get away at very affordable price tag. Hospitality and staff are amazingly good. Food at the restaurent and drinks at the bar are little over the edge.

Hotel room ambience is very good. But food is bland. At breakfast they end up serving cold coffee always, took 20 minutes when asked specific that coffee should be hot, still ended up with somewhat warm coffee

Food was not food on a Friday afternoon. We went for having lunch as a team and we regretted badly as the price was expensive.

Friendly and welcoming staffs. Reception staffs could have been better and more friendly. I stayed for 14 days here while I relocated to Hyderabad and restaurant staffs took great care and made food as per preference.
Possible improvements- housekeeping can be better as they keep forgetting towels/coffee/shower gels and almost daily I had to call them for someone other missing supplies. Selection and availability of wine/liquors can be improved.

It has been simply an awesome residence to stay. Food service, room service, staff behaviour and ambiance everything is just amazing.any one looking for business stays are highly recommended this place.

One such hotel for family. Very warm ambiance. The rooms are spacious. Good thing is that they upgrade your rooms if available.

It was good, facilities were much better than other 5 star hotels. Good big rooms, washing machine, microwave, kettle, crockery, toaster, etc. All available in single room.

The rooms are good esp the ones with a kitchen for family.the staff is polite and helpful.there are few restaurants just at the backside.offices are located just across the road. There are no play area for kids or any garden area.else I found my 1.5 month stay very comfortable.

Ambience is great and all, but the food in the dinner buffet wasn't great, and the choice of dishes was quite less.

Excellent buffet place. Many people don't know that they have restaurant at 3rd floor. It is awesome place for quiet luxury buffet. You get awesome view from the corridor. Food is great. Not too much options for starters but still enough for the buffet meal. Dineout app has 1+1 buffet offer.
