The worst place to go for any service. The receptionist thinks she is royalty and has zero sense of customer.service. Her name is Nambeela and knows nothing about managing customer experience. Pros: The two stars are for the Doctors (they're amazing - especially, Dr. Supraja & Dr. Srushant) and their treatment. Very effective!

Cons: There's no point of an appointment. Whether you go in time or 10 mins prior, you'll be kept waiting no less than 30 mins. This is completely unprofessional. I am a working professional too and have commitments. Adhering to schedules, is being respectful. To me this is disrespectful, unethical and unprofessional. The service in itself takes no more than 15 mins, but everytime I end up spending no less than 2 hrs here.
Feels like I am stuck until I finish rest of my sessions. Very poor ethics!
