4) No cleanliness
5) No GST bill. They don't have GST itself

I recently had an unpleasant experience with the manager at this hotel.

The manager was rude and unprofessional, with a condescending attitude towards guests. When I asked for help with my room, he brushed me off and made me feel like an inconvenience.

Throughout my stay, I witnessed the manager speaking disrespectfully to other guests as well. It was clear that he had no interest in making our stay comfortable or enjoyable.

To make matters worse, there were numerous issues with my room, including a malfunctioning wifi and tv. Despite my repeated complaints to the manager, nothing was done to fix the problems.

It's clear to me that the manager at this hotel is not interested in providing good customer service or ensuring that guests have a pleasant stay. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else where you will be treated with respect and your concerns will be taken seriously.

Such a pathetic experience. Stayed there for 33.5 hrs. Faced with the water shortage problem, electricity went off, my room lock can't be unlocked with the key. I needed to call one of the staff persons to unlock the door using a screw driver. Most importantly there's no lock for the washroom from inside. Now, think before staying over there.

The photos for this hotel are deceiving, and were probably stolen from another hotel. The hotel is old and choppy, there's water leaking from the taps, no hot water available, the bed sheets are dirty, unclean floor, everything about the washroom is terrible and unhygienic. Would not recommend staying here.

There is no zero that's why I give 1 star. Worst hotel I never seen before. Very bad behaviour staff. No one answer our questions. All cable wires comes outside. Even 200 hundreds Lodge better than this hotel. Don't believe oyo rating. Worst customer service.

Worst hotel in Hyderabad. Please find the below premises and book the hotel. Don't book hotel in online by seeing ratings in Goibibo apps and another apps. They will take the mobile and they will submit the Rating.

The good and cheaper option to stay near lakadi ka pool. However, they have a centralized solar water heater, so good luck with getting hot water in time. I had to waste almost 5 buckets of water for the hot water to come, but still it didn't come. I had to shower with cold water. Anyways one staff here helped me by giving a heater coil to heat the water. Not all staff here are friendly.

Very dirty pillow, sticky room, bugs, dirty room and uncleaned room, the shower was broken and there were spider webs.

This is the top worst oyo that I booked ever. Rating for this on oyo was above 4.5 but I not even suggest 1 Rating out of 5 for this place. The room is worst in smell and placing of things. AC don't work at all. I don't why oyo take this kind of places and put themselves in trouble. I not at all recommend this oyo.

Even zero rating also waste. Maintain Municipal slum area houses better than this hotel (water problem, arrogant peoples, minimum they don't know the responsibility, AC not work). Don't book anyone.

Worst hotel in terms of service and staff behaviour. They're not flexible even with minute things like intercom not working, wifi with no internet, check-in and check-out policies etc. If you just want to spend the night with no option left, maybe you can try this hotel on your own risk.

They won't provide towels or proper bathrooms and even after complaining they won't be taking any initiative to improve it.

As per the photographs I booked this hotel but unfortunately it was very painful for frequent travelers, they offered me to take the brackfast from a street shop which is operated by themselves, room was extra large but it's not maintained at all. Lift is too small, overalls staff behaviour was not professional at all. Only good things is it's very it is located in market area and road side building. But I never recommend to any professional executive to stay this hotel.

The worst property that I have ever stayed in.the room was too too dirty and the receptionist is arrogant.even after complain the room boy didn't appeared to clean the room for next 3 hour.there was dust in all the racks.the sofa was torn, bed linen was dirty like the previous used ones.

Worst Hotel-Full of Cockroaches (&) No Supply of Cold Water During the Supply of Hot Water. I Experienced Very Bad Smile When I Have Started the A. C.

Hell on earth. Worst rooms I've ever seen in my life. I booked ac room but they gave me a non ac room that's worst than a lodge. I booked for 700 online but they took extra 200 from me saying taxes. And the room was ghostly. Full of bugs, insects, cockroaches. Bathroom was filthy.

TV was not working for 2 days. No need to book breakfast or lunch or dinner. They are anyway getting it from a small shop outside. Got coffee with sugar when asked for tea without sugar. Cleaning facilities are also not good. Even after cleaning there would be sand particles on the floor.
Looking forward for better facilities when you are charging this much. Reception staffs were behaving good. But overall facilities are poor.

Very very bad, worst experience. Flush not working, water all over in hotel, dirty shabby room, no food in hotel, no one interested to help. Practically drove us out. All money gone.

While booking the rooms seem to be Soo clean and hygienic. But, it was not so great. Rooms were not as shown on the website, no proper customer service. Staff was not Soo good and we're being too casual to the guests.hated it

Worst place to stay staff is very irresponsible and many security issues during stay. Room was not higenic and even washroom as wel. Window has no lock. The hotel staff will ask for phone at the time of checkout please don't give they will rate your stay as 5star without ur notice i have personally experienced this. Please don't choose this for stay not safe at all.

TV not working and wifi also very slow. Have to wait for 15 min for check in and check out which is worst in case of emergency!

Horrible, don't go please, atleast with family, hotel is average, but main concern is with staff and manager, totally fraud, unprofessional, always will try to fool you and cheat you, do go.dangerous staff.

How to reach.
I stayed here for 1 night on 19th Dec 18. Landed at Hyd airport and took a pushpak bus ride at 2100hrs on payment of 265 rs upto the Hotel. Other option of OLA & UBER are very cost eating.
The hotel is situated on the way on mainroad, so reaching here by Pushpak bus service is not a big issue. By bus it took us 1hr to reach here.

The Room.
I stayed in a Delux room & the room allotted to me was on 5th floor.
Lift service was available but only upto 4th floor. Lift is very small, can accommodate only 3 ppl at one go and it is of old types, manual opening and closing doors.
The room was not properly maintained. Linen was looking dirty, like it was not washed.
While booking TV was shown available in oyo app, however no set top box/cable/entertainment available.
Wifi was Available
Laundry & Iron not available in this hotel.
Solar geyser was available.

Complimentry Breakfast.
I was told to reach the reasturant for Breakfast which is at the groundfloor. The most amazing part was that breakfast available was Dosa/vada/poori sabji and it was totally outsourced from a small vendor (Thela) standing just outside the oyo.

At last but the most shocking part, while checking out the staff at reservation table asked me to show my booking id on mobile. I showed them the msg on my whatsapp from oyo but this chap asked me to give mobile into his hands, i thought he himself wants to have a look & i was in rush so i gave him my mobile.
I observed that when this staff took my mobile he slowly shifted his hands position under the counter in such a way that i was not able to see my mobile.
I asked "let me know what are you looking for but instead of giving my mobile he connected my mobile with hotels wifi saying "sir your internet is very slow" without my permission. Then he started looking for something by turning pages & icons but he could not find it so he asked me to open my email & show him the booking mail.i did the same.i turned my mobile screen towards him but this time did not handed over my phone to him completly. It was under my control and he asked me whether the email of oyo checkout has come or not.
I understood that he was looking for the checkout mail from oyo where he himself was looking to give ratings & review. Fortunately, no mail came from oyo and i asked him to give my mobile back coz i had to rush from my commitment.
I think for most of the things except breakfast i was told not available.

Overall
The hotel is ok if u r looking for less price and short period. It is in middle of the market so food is not a issue.

Hot water available only in the morning for a few hours.
Had to ask for water bottle in the room.
No soaps too in the washroom which is a basic service that should be provided

I stayed for 4days following issues are highlighted
1) ward robes are not clean
2) hot water problem
3) breakfast they are offering from road side shop
4) not worth for the money paid

The room is not as seen during the booking. While booking images of the best room available for the considered price is shown.

Also the shower in the toilet was continuously leaking and no one came to rectify it.due to the same I was not able to use toilet properly.

Location wise the hotel is superb. Good connectivity.

Building is an old one with lift frequently not working.

Located in Main road, however tough time find restaurant nearby.
Costly for the services provided - No cleanliness and room staff response very poor that you need to follow up for things to be done
TV connection was poor that noise was higher than actual volume.
Our bad luck AC too did not work. Oyo review are good but it's not the case.
