OYO 24062 Hotel Rajmata

I had the worst experience staying here. The rooms were not clean and there were small cockroaches on walls, in the wardrobe, floor and even in the washroom. The room service was not good. Overall this hotel was not a good idea

Very much satisfied with all aspects of this hotel.staffs are cooperative, well mannered and supportive. The rooms are also very neat and clean.

Total experience of this hotel is too good, now I am staying in this hotel at room no 903, entire hotel, staffs, management is very cooperative as well as supportive

Room survive is very bad rooms are very bad conditions every time seeing cocroge, toilet and bathroom very veek condition, no clining every day

Easily accessible but for food kindly use apps like swiggy & zomato don't rely on food supplied by the room service guys, and for people who get a bit high at this places kindly check the seals for water & soft drinks as recycling is at it heights in this kind of places

Don't fell good rooms must be have a good interior design and come good services we found rat on room

There were so many issues that I stopped reporting them at a point.
The worst experience. Room service was pathetic. Room was having to many problems, and I personally had to get all those problems fixed. As if it was my own house.
1. Tub light was fluctuating, I reported this problem on day 1 and the electrician came on the day 3 just an hour before we checked out
2. Hot water tap is there, but now hot water.again had to keep on following up for plumber.they asked us to keep the keys at reception so that the plumber will come and fix the issue.but nobody came while we were out. Again had to follow up personally at the reception and got it fixed.
3. Drinking water, had to call multiple times for drinking water, they never served us water in just one call. And the jugs they provide have only 0.75 litr capacity, and if you ask them for one more jug they say we are not allowed to keep 2 jugs in same room. Finally I asked him where the cooler is and then we helped our selves. Because Hyderabad is not easy in summers, you have to keep drinking water, so its better to go yourself and get the water as per your requirement.
4. Cleaning: No one comes to your room for cleaning or changing bedsheets.we were there for 3 days and no body came.
5. Privacy: Since there are too many issues with room, you have keep calling someone to get those issues fixed.
6. At a point I started feeling like I a cry baby, so I stopped reporting issues.

Conclusion: Don't even think of checking in here, you can get many other options.

Great Hotel, Great Service, Good staff, Centre place of the city. Near to Nampalli Railway Station.

The hotel has become old, they need to do the renovation and painting. Bathrooms are not comfortable to use.

And location is at a good place from there every thing is near.
