Rooms are nice but there is no tv and AC remote, also no dustbin in the room when we asked for that than they provide it. But they didn't provide AC remote and TV remote. When We go in this hotel walking than receptionist say there is no room available, but WHEN I SAY ON MMT ITS SHOWING AVAILABLE THAN HE SAY YOU CAN MAKE ONLINE BOOKING I WILL PROVIDE YOU ROOM. But overall i can say it's good
Worst experience ever they charged me extra money when i was leaving, the room was not clean, bathroom was dirty, shower and hot water tap was not working, rain water was lagging in front door, bathroom light was flickering, overall loss of money and they are charging extra without any prior information
They charged me extra when I reached there.even though I paid on app.when I showed them that I made payment on the app, they said the amount is low you have to pay extra for room and also they told to complain on app.
The receptionist isn't professional. The guy simply asked for 30 rs when I requested a bottle of water - for the room where I'm staying. Even the smallest of hotels provide atleast a bottle of water per day as complimentary, but not these guys.
Zero customer service, no basic amenities. I had to check in early at 5 AM and the hotel staff demanded INR 2300 where the room only costed me INR 1500. I was shocked to hear the number and had to wait for an hour at lobby to check in at 6 AM that costed me INR 300 for the checkin alone, very disappointed with hotel and staffs response on this insane early check in charges. No way the hotel was booked to it’s capacity, when checked the earlier night it has 20 rooms available. Hoping the rooms are good, shocked again to find the basic amenities like soap, shampoo and toothpaste were not provided. No batteries for the TV and no remote for AC. Very disappointed for the price I paid.
Rooms are not clean.service is most worst i ever seen.corridor rooms bedsheets not clean.water will stop any time.better skip this hotel.they provide the room in which geizer and flush not working.they told they will provide other room next day morning.again next day they r telling rooms is cleaning we will provide like that.later they told rooms not der.even so many rooms are vaccent.i seen so many vistiors complaining about there rooms in reception.
It's really bad. Please never choose.they really don't have any manners to talk to the guest. Charging almost 2k, but they don't even have the basic facilities. Apart from this, if you ask something, they don't even give any answers
Management says every visitor needs to provide Id proof even if it's just 5 minutes. I don't know what they do with all the collected Documents. If at all they are conserned about security they need to maintain a visitor book and in that they need to write the visitor ID information. I think they might sell all the collected Xerox copies to the people who needs sim cards or they wanted to waste Papers to spoil environment.
Rooms and corridors are not clean, its so much dust.telephone not working in the room and fan getting more sound not able to sleep.maintenance of room are not good.
The behavior of the members at hotel is worst They dont know how to talk to client Would suggest to prefer a better hotel by paying slightly extra And this should be a last option to opt
Disgusting guest house, unhygienic rooms bedsheets & towels. Zero percent service Manager Shivam very arrogant and unprofessional. Not good for families even they are not taking the mandatory precautions for hosting guests during this covid crisis. Not recommended.
Very bad no room cleaning for 5,5 days, no room service, no response, vessels lying in the lobby or near lift for 5 to 6 days waste food stuff dry no change of bed sheets and other stuff for days accidently give one star rating, so when you planning to stay or book room think 100 times no body give proper response on the recsaption.
Overall experience 1. Breakfast is good but no variety only you will get local food idly, dosa and bada. 2 Room service.they only clean the room not washroom. 3. During check in they don't provide basic thing such as oyo face wash, cream and water. 4. During booking from app it is mention that mini fridge, hair dryer stuff are available but you will get nothing when you check-in. 5. Tv limited channel available no use.
Hotel quality is average. STAFF US not much Co operative. They provide service too late and the owner is rude. As booked online they assure you breakfast but the breakfast quality is so poor that you have to spend money outside hotel. Overall i will not recommend this hotel for you if travelling with family.
Worst hotel or service by Oyo. They don't how to treat with their customers. If uhh booked this hotel from Oyo then trust me uhh are doing very big mistake. If uhh pay from Oyo for two days, and in case in any emergency uhh didn't stay their a single day, they don't refund a single rupee.very disappointed and rude behavior of the employees their. Please don't book any hotel from Oyo. Worst service ever seen.
Good flowing water, hot and cold at bathroom. Centrally located near Metro station. Safe place for family. Very Good Quality south Indian breakfast. Staff needs to be trained for room cleaning. Towel, soap is not changed daily.
Classic hotel for a quick stay for interviews & training for youth. No choice in the breakfast. Neat room. Not much of amenities. Supportive staff. Can extend stay till 5pm at 30% extra - very useful offer when catching an evening flight or train.
Brand new hotel. Approachable road. Surrounded by residence and amid busy Ameerpet area hence safe. Ample number of eateries available nearby a minute walk. Ameerpet metro, bus stop nearby. Good morning South Indian LImited free breakfast with tea. Really good and liked it. Reception and caring good. Only bad part the soiled food plates present across floor with bad smell which hotel authorities to take care as per the feedback given. Else good place to stay with family and friends.
