Waste of money. (be aware of auto and taxi drivers they take u there as they get their cut so dont listen to them u will get far better hotel in this price)

No ac working
No lock for bathroom
No hangers in bathrooms
Taps in bathrooms are very old, rusted, not working properly.

We paid $3200 to rent this hotel for just one night, but instead we got a lot of cockroaches and lumps. The bathrooms are the worst and the rooms are not very good. So carefully consider your decision before making a reservation.

1. It is on a busy street and the traffic noise is deafening whole night as windows not packed well for avoiding this.
2. Property very old and has worn out
3. Poorly maintained rooms.
4. No guest sanitization or temp check, no luggage sanitization. Staff dont wear masks. No sanitizer in room.
5. Tv without stand placed on table, the volume gets muffed due to this.
6. Need to search for light switch to switch off as it is behind the TV.
7. Only positive is location.
8. If above is taken care, it can be number one preferred hotel due to location advantage.

Paid 2400 (at counter) for a mediocre room (ac room).
Bathroom is not hygienic looking.
No dustbin in the room or even outside the room.
No complimentary breakfast.
I guess people can get better hotel room at a far less price in the same area.

Very poor service. Very unhygienic. We could not even sit in the room. Washroom could not be even used for washing face. The room was not cleaned well and had alot of dust. Windows were broken in the ac room not at all safe to stay and there were bad smell coming from out since the window were broken. We booked for 4 nights but we only stayed for one night and they didn't even refund us the full money. I request you all please don't go there. One of the worst hotel I have ever seen

Needs to upgrade their ambience.

No wifi available untill you pay for it.

Food taste is decent. Neither very good nor bad.

Restrooms are worn out. Needs an upgrade there too.

Also the Outer Board for Amnol Continental was not lighted up causing confusion to few of our guests.

I believe its an established name however needs a make over asap.

It's not worth

Its was good experience to stay and good conviened staff with polite nature, and a Big supportive front office staff with immediate work done.

They cook chock roaches not food. Food quality and Taste is worst. No service they din't even provide water on time. Worst experience for me.

During pandemic, Hotel and Restaurant were Sanitized daily. Rooms were santized as well.

11months ago I stayed for three days. It was a nice experience. Location, and room was good. Budget friendly. Biriyani was awesome! Behaviour of the stuff was good.

Price charged VS food provided is not at all a match.pay 100 bucks more and try another restaurant

The worst hotel I have ever seen. I came for a school tour and I had taken food only from that hotel and I got food poison. They won't clean the room even if we asked them 5 or 6 times. Their food isn't good for tasting at all. Ac and shower is complaint in all the rooms me and my friends stayed.
They also don't know how to behave to the customers.

Everything is good but I gave only 3 stars because of it's food. My suggestion to the hotel management is to improve the quality of the food

Don't recommend this hotel because
1. Its facing highway road lot of vehicle sound in night you can't get sleep. Though I asked for other room they refused to give.
2. Receptionist sees customers as theives.
3. Lot of dust inside rooms.
4. Lot of cockroaches inside rooms
5. Breakfast is like idly and umpa always, no other varieties.

I stayed here a while back though the staff is very polite the services offered are terrible. First of all as it was an Oyo booking I should have got the oyo toiletries which I didn’t. They towels provided were unclean. The shower knob & the door lock was jammed.

This hotel is blessed with great location but but the service is not just bad it's worse. I am still waiting for water bottle I ordered at check-in.
And don't let me start on food it was simple buffet for cornflakes they put smallest plastic cup they could find. Chutney was tasteless o think they forgot to put salt in it. Sambar was good. But the bathroom taps were not working properly.

Yuckiest hotel. Messy and unhygienic. Poor service n so the behavior of the staff is vry casual n carefree. Just looting people by fare nothing is proper while staying there. Looks good just from out hotel's hygiene makes your stay worst. Wont ever recommend it to anyone ever.

Good hotel and very calm stay.breakfast is good.rooms are good compared to price we paid.only problem was rooms had centralized A/c.which was not cooling at all

The worst place in Hyderabad. The food worst.service is even more worst. They didn't even have the audacity to serve chilled water for buffet.

This hotel is in an excellent location. Easy to reach RBI, Secretariat, Birla Mandir, State assembly, Rabindrabarathi Hall etc.from this hotel. This hotel is suitable for business people and middle class families. Hyderabad railway station is nearby. Tank bund is also easily reachable.

Found some staff behavior at the reception to be rude and acted as it doesn't matter to them if you stay or not at their hotel.
Rooms are not upto the mark.

A bit old place. Needs renovation for the price they charge. Although it shows up on Oyo, they have delisted it from Oyo. The manager will reject the other booking even though u have a confirmation mail.

The receptionist was ridiculously casual, asked way too many questions, took too much time to allow our check-in despite us looking tired and exhausted and he was getting on our nerves. There was a cockroach crawling on the bedding. The third mattress which was put for our friend, as it was a 3-guest booking, wasn't given with a blanket. The bedding was untidy. Absolutely not worth the price we paid. On top of it, at checkout, the receptionist insisted on us to open the OYO app right there and give them a 5-star rating. He was unnecessarily forcing us to gain a 5 star rating. Overall, unworthy of visiting this hotel. Bad experience.

Nice lodging hotel at a very prime location in Hyderabad. Near to many sight seeing places like Birla temple, Lumbini park, Hussain Sagar Lake, etc. Food at the restaurant is okay. Service is prompt if you know them. Hotel interior design is not that interesting or intriguing enough. Conveyance to go to the city is good. They can obviously arrange you a cab!

Very poor service and shockingly rude behaviour from the front desk. If you plan on having a satisfactory stay chose something else. It is us customers collective right to be treated with dignity and respect. Join me in boycotting rude unprofessional hotels like this which displays an attitude of a government department.

A three star business class luxurious hotel having well appointed 73 luxurious rooms and Suites offers comfortable and contemporary services is situated in the heart of the twin cities, opposite to the old Secretariat road, next to LIC Divisional office, Saifabad, Hyderabad adjacent to the business and shopping centres, Corporate Offices, Govt offices and hospitals.  

It is 30kms drive from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport at Shamshabad and 2kms from Hyderabad Railway Station.  

Secunderabad Railway Station, Kachiguda Railway Station and Mahatma Gandhi Bus Station are about 5kms away from the hotel.

The property has an advantage as it enjoys propinquity to various popular tourist destinations like Birla Science Museum, Birla Temple, Tankbund, Necklace Road, NTR Gardens, Public Garden, Snow World and IMAX Theatre, are within 5 to 10 minutes of walking distance. Salarjung Museum, Charminar, Mecca Masjid, Nizam Museum is about 5kms and Golconda Fort is 10kms. Ramoji Film city is about 30kms away from the hotel.

Good big rooms. Good location.but hotel charges for pre check in period even its empty. OK breakfast

At first they didn't offer the same room as we booked but it was ok kind-of! Overall the experience was good!

Decent and budget friendly. Nearer to lumbini gardens. But still many rooms are smoky n less clean. Management to concentrate on interiors. But overall decent

Cleanliness is completely compromised. Cockroaches were crawling in the room, not to mention the layer of dust on the curtains. The was basins were stained, bedsheets stinking. House keeping practically non existent.wifi connected but no internet. The reception was warm, responded to questions, but it looked like, things were beyond their control. Will not recommend to anybody.

Food was not good and late response from the management there is no online payment accepted here and swipe machine is not working properly. Worst experience ever.

Very poor maintenance. A/C is not working properly. Bathrooms are not clean enough. Bedsheet and blankets provided were of very cheap quality and dirty. Staff attitude is also ridiculous. Totally disappointing. Could have given zero rating if allowed.

An average although I had a good experience. The services were good. Easy access transportation. Located at the centre of the city.
