OYO 65158 Hotel Ranjit Residency

Disappointing experience at Ranjit Hotel. Prices are unreasonably high for the rooms offered. Staff is very rude with family members. Rooms might be okay for large group, but if you are looking for something decent then please avoid it. We had to change our rooms at 1am in night and the manager didn't even return the advance. I think the hotel practice of forcefully rating themselves 5 stars. Not recommended at all. Don't go on the ratings

Rooms are good and the checking process is also smooth and time saving.
The hotel is in prime location near to secunderabad East metro, Ratifile bus stop and secunderabad railway station.

Very nice location. Family hotel. Very warm and cordial staff. Good for students. Beside blue line metro.
Room was old fashion and shower in washroom not working but good in budget. Ac rooms are also available. 24 hrs check out great facility

Location is the main plus point of this property. May be due to that, its over priced. Old fashioned rooms.

Ideally located at 3-minte distance from Secunderabad stn and at just 10 seconds from Secunderabad metro. The new renovated hotel offers best reasonable cost services. The staff is very cooperative and provides great personal and courteous service extension.
Best for family large big rooms.

Clean, organized, and service with a smile. It is an old building but it's pretty much better than any of the OYO Rooms in the city, affordable too.

Pathetic experience. We booked two rooms online but when we reached hotel, they informed us that they have confirmation from owner just for one room. The manager didn't helped to solve this, we rested in reception rest area. It all happened at 3AM.

Pathetic experience. When we booked that time they told any ID will work, but when we reach for check-in, they askinh Aadhar copy. The manager didn't helped or responding properly.

Staff is OK-OK, location wise great, metro, railway station easily you can take.

Only few channels working on TV, specially kids are get bored, no cartoons over there.

Very comfortable stay.value for money. Good staff. Centrally located near secunderabad railway station. Very well connected to the hi-tech city (as the secunderabad east metro station is connected to the hotel parking). Clean and big rooms.

A budget friendly hotel very near to Sec'bad, in the heart of a busy ever flowing traffic. But once you are in, it is a calm and cosy place.

Been there for 2 days. The only thing of this hotel is location just walking distance from Secunderabad Station. They say they provide the WiFi, clean room, water bottles, intercom facility but reality is they don't even work. TV was not working, for any small need we had to go downstairs to tell them what we want. If you are thinking to stay here think twice. Also if you book online they do not give you 24hrs Check out.and they don't even say this to you before.

THE TRIPLE VIEW (Bus/Car on Ground Floor, Train on 1st Floor & Metro on 2nd Floor) can be watched from this Hotel which is in the main Center of Secunderabad

There is a comfortable Hotel, near to the Railway Station to Secundarabah. We spend two night. We feel like home. The Hotel 's staff so friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything. Goodbye! Sergio & Claudia Bujman

Worst place to stay and employee behavior with guests is third class and arguing on unnecessary issue

Worst Hotel Room with Dirty toilets.
I have book from MMT, Photo are fake there.
Book this Hotel Only when there is no other option.
Because they provide only 5 Rs bath Soap and nothing else.
No water Bottles.
They Don't have a good Room boy.
While I visit, they have not even recharged for T. V.available at room.
Landline phone at Room to call room boy won't work.
They provide Hot water, towel and not anything else.

It was a horrible trip.they dont have hotwater facility, they don't have tv connection, they don't have clean bed sheet, even proper lighting us not there. I suggest don't go with ratings go with review's written on it

The officers are very friendly, they take suggestions seriously, so if you are dissatisfied about things, just let them know.
It has very good access to market and many delicious restaurants.price is very good.
Cleanliness is standard.

I am giving one star to it because there is no less rating than it. So irresponsible staff. No hygiene maintained by them, there is no sense of any ownership of responsibility.

Lot off issues with the hotel:
1. Lot of mosquitos. (They did not even provide any coil or take any action. Which I had to only buy at the end of the day).
2. You can smell on cigarette burnt in the corridor.
3. We were asked to shift 3 times for their issue and we also saw bed bugs in a room.
My suggestion if you are going with family then this is not good place to stay around.

This hotel is situated near to secunderabad railway station (500meters). Building is very old but Rooms are clean and service was not good.

Dont trust the pictures here. The place is way more dirty and shabby than what appears in the picture. The entrance area to the hotel is especially dirty.  They do not have any restaurant or room service.

However compared to hotels of this price range, it is pretty decent. Rooms, bed sheets, pillows are not very dirty. Bathroom is ok.  

Location is very good.walking distance from secunderabad railway station, bus stop and metro stn. But location makes it very noisy. Throughout the day there will be loud horns.

There was a lady working at the reception desk. I am guessing families can stay there safely. They also have a lift. Overall a not so bad low end budget option.
