Room are okay.
Pillow covers and bed covers are with marks.
Rooms are not well maintained.

Please go for this option if no other is available. The rooms were not maintained well, bed sheets were dirty and the bathroom missing normal ammonites. Staff are ok but cannot judge them since they are also not paid well that is why their behaviour is different. The hotel management is poor and not structures well. The only thing is it is easy to reach by any mode of transport except air and water.

Hotel management is very rude to us and the room is also not hygienic they ask for extra money to pay
The room is full of a smoking smell The rest room is not good.

Worst service on date 28-feb-2023 time 08: 00PM to 08: 30 Onduty receptionist without giving respect to customers speaking harsh language and insulting me and my colleague while checking out for Bill. This is the wort experience I ever had.

We have a family function. Everything is good including food and service. After function when we are leaving we paid complete bill, the housekeeping ladies are asking money and gifts till we left. There is no control on them. They were stick like gum behind us like in govt hospital. It's not at all fair to hotel. Please control tgem. This is my suggestion.

A good place to visit and it has good food facilities and it also has a mini conference hall with a best food and restaurant. So i request everyone to visit here

Worst service I've never seen before. I visited restaurant with family and ordered drumsticks, waiter brought 7pices in the plate, when I asked him that I will get 8 pieces why you brought only 7? He replied you will get 7 or 8 pieces, that's what I asked why not 8 and why 7, later he is asking me ' Sir if you want that one piece I will bring' I was wondering, I am regular customer to surabhi and I will always order drumsticks regularly, later he brought one piece on demand, and they are not taking care about table and serving, mostly hotel management are concentrating on big orders table, never visit again any more. 1star rating is also waste, and taste is very bad, biryani is not heat.

Worst food.damp and moldy odor. Horrible experience. Fish spoiled, Salad spoiled. Staff also not groomed. Very bad

Plush interiors, ideal for birthday days and many occasions.

It's an excellent hotel. Nice interiors with dark shades. Tasty food. Starters are very tasty. Helpful staff.
Valet parking.
Best part is some seats have outside view of metro. So you can watch Hyderabad metro going both ways while enjoying your food. Kids particularly love it.

Worst restaurant I never seen in my life, waiters who serves food they doesn't know proper manners, price is too high and quality of food is similar to municipality wastage food. Tried to speak with restaurant owner but he is egoist

I visited Surabhi Janatha Bar section today. I am regular drinker of Teachers whiskey and ordered same. I was supplied with duplicate or other brand cheating me. I could easily identify the taste n flavour. I will never go to this bar again.

Cream in Tomato Soup was okay.
Chicken Biriyani Really Very Good.
Paneer Tikka Masala awesome.
Starters were awesome in both veg and non veg.
Staff was friendly and cooperative and they gave good suggestion.
They should change the music in the better it was making us sleepy but had they given good music it would have been much mire better

Very nice place for any functions but some workers are irresponsible behavior, apart from that everything was good.

We went to restaurant, but to my surprise, food is horrible, infact we ordered Veg Manchuria, they served us roasted yet rubber like veg balls

Even second time also same thing.

Hope the Chefs lack motivation, off course it's Summer and they are also being friend in hottest kitchen.

Good place for birthday party, engagement, marriage and reception events. It has got multiple halls that can accommodate 50 to 500 pax.

I went here couple of times.but this time I felt that their service was not at all good and even some of the food items doesn't look fresh

It was my second visit but the food served fir my first visit was really so tasty and I enjoyed the food. And today the food which was served to us was not that tasty and response from your team also too late order has taken lottt of time to place

We have organised our son Birthday party in this banquet hall. Food taste is very good but AC is not sufficient in the hall. We are sweating throughout the party. When we have asked manager he could not solve the problem and told that this is the maximum capacity of AC in this hall.

Worst hotel for staying.no room cleanliness.washrooms are pathetic.so stinky.very rude behaviour of the staff.front office persons are worst.highly recommend not to stay.

Do not have plenty parking space, if you are looking for hosting a party for larger crowd then you have look for other restaurants. Food is not up to the mark.

Food is good over here, need to take care of house keeping, lift is maintained in poor condition, unprofessional staff

I have visited this hotel at lb nagar outlet which is wrost. I have never seen such a worst service where the waiters don't even respond to take order. If we order they will not get it until we ask it for 3-4 times. The quality of food is wrost even not even tasty. Though I have visited many restaurants this was one of the wrost restaurant I have never seen. The prices are even higher similar to 4 star hotel and the food is not even up to the mark of 2star hotel. As there is no option to give 0 star so I have given 1star. I would not recommend this lb nagar outlet of surabhi.

This place is similar to Surabhi Grand, may these both are under same tree. You can the similar format of convention hall and restaurant floors. Even though it is placed on main road, couldn't figure out the parking area or the actual main entrance (no sign of valet parking either). Lighting was bit low, felt like a bar than a restaurant, it impacted the ambiance.

We ordered Surabhi special chicken and Schezwan chicken fried rice. Surabhi special chicken is deal for the price and worth for taste and about Schezwan chicken fried rice is not as spicy as anyone would expect but it was fine.

Delicious food.excellent biryani.by far 100 times better than greasy tasteless grub served by a famous biryani point down the road

Maintanance of banquet hall is poor, we faced power outages. Other than that food was excellent!
