OYO Flagship 469 Kachiguda Railway Station

Reception person refused to provide rooms as we booked the room online. Later after discussion they provided the room.

Location is easily accessible from railway station, but service and rooms are not good no telephone, no TV, ac not working

It is an ok hotel near kacheguda railway station. Room is neat and clean. Well maintained hotel. Reception is very well maintained and bathroom also good. The only problem is staffs are not friendly. The receptionist is having very rude behaviour. All the staffs asking for tip always. They will provide water at room 2 or 3 times and all the time they ask for tip. The tv is not in working condition and they mentioned before booking. Totaly good for solo travellers.

Even though the property is spacious and centrally located, there was no TV, INTERCOM. ROOM IS full of small cockroaches. Towels were not provided at the first instance and next day only I got it and that to in a bad condition. You can improve the customer service, which is not at all there.

Very irresponsible staff.sticky floor. Dirty bedsheets.blood stains appear on bedsheets and pillows.zero cleanness. TV not available. I never seen like this room before. One and only worse hotel.

Cleanness is totally Big zero. If 0 star giving chance is there then I will give 0 also. My friends are suggesting to give minus stars.

I booked it looking at pics and reviews.but it is not at all worthy and different from pics.bedsheet was not changed. I had to argue a lot, he said we don have in stock.manage with whatever is given.no standard.very disappointed.they provide bisleri bottle which is filled from their hotel tap

One of the worst hotels in hyderabad never ever opt this hotel. Worst staff and they do not respect central govt identification, never seen such awful treatment in a service industry.

Worst possible hotel to book. Photos in all websites are completely fake. No running hot water. Taps do not work.insects flying around inside the room. Infant children are at the risk of getting sick staying in this hotel

Room is not wel maintained, floors were dirty, bedsheets and blanket covers looks blackish after changed also,
Lots of bedbugs in the room, food cost is very high, ambient is not good, bathroom were smellings.

This hotel is maintained in the worst possible way. Cockroaches on the floor. Dirty bed sheets and pillow covers, if you ask the staff to change they will give another dirty one. Some people say they have laundry issue and we have to adjust with what ever they provide. Initially they gave me a room in 4th floor after complaining they gave me another room in 3rd which is also horrible.

As a budget hotel, it was good. Market place was nearby. However when I checked in, I was provided with a small and dirty room. It was not the one whose photo was provided on the site, during booking. Only after shouting at the staffs there, my room was changed to a comparatively better one.

Looks very old hotel.
Bathroom doors are not intact.
Otherwise decent hotel to stay.

Disrespectful staff who think counting money is more important than checking in guests. When you start off with a bad experience, even if the hotel is premium, it will still leave a bad taste in your mouth. Customer service is what makes a bad place great and vice versa.

They gave us a wrong room. We booked deluxe room and oyo allotted a room the some number and they gave us a normal one with no proper bedsheets and unclean washroom

Staff, especially the Front office manager is not professional at all. He is bad-mannered and ill-treating customers. Being working in Hospitality industry, staff should be well trained and well mannered to customers. Ill-treating by the Front Office Manager will stop anyone to choose this hotel ever again. He asked me for extra cash for half-an-hour delay to checkout (and that too after three days’ stay and delay with the oral permission of staff) and when I asked for a receipt for paying cash he was not willing to give anything in writing. As it is not my policy to create an unpleasant situation I paid cash without getting any receipt and stepped out from that hotel for ever.
Common wash room in first floor is nasty and dirty at all times without regular cleaning.
Food was not upto the mark.
Based on my experience I will never again choose this hotel nor advice this hotel to my friends and relatives during any visit to Hyderabad.

Worst OYO hotel I ever seen. No proper room service. No wake up call. No breakfast call.no proper response from front desk. Worst Worst! Worst Ever. They forced me review on front desk. Very Bad. I won't suggest this hotel to anyone.

No room service, toiletries or landline phone to call them. Forget about customer service or hospitality. Very poorly maintained service desk.

I am sleeping without Blanket.not provide blanket to me after calling receptionist and TV is not working, all-out is not available.rooms are not clean

Please, please don't stay here, poor service if you call they will not pick up if they pick up then will never solve your problem.

Pathetically handled property of Oyo wont recommend anyone.waited 41+ minute to sort not working of AC and no Intercom in room and breakfast they themselves admit was not up to the mark. Oyo simply put my phone down without sorting.than again i called now new team made me waiting for next 15 min and again they choosed to put phone down.apart from telecalling i tried to raise issue on twitter but no heed paid after 24 + hours.

Nice hotel To the price, Well kept room, Polite and Helpfull people and Arrount 400 mtrs from railway Station, Food is Overpriced Though. What eles A traveller Needs.

Worst hotel.dont book this hotel.
Rooms are not clean. Service is also very poor.the receptionist's are not at all polite.they even asked for extra payment and didn't provide us with the bill for that.

Very good facilities. Staff is very helpful and their restaurant facility is super. Best thing is located in the city centre.
