OYO Hotel Palak Residency Near Erragadda Metro Station

Worst experience with hotel.
Not maintained at all.
No parking facility available.

Had a bad experience. I Booked and paid for full for room in hotel Palak on oyo and got confirmed, but while check in, Palak rejects oyo booking and says they can give rooms if paid individually. Went for another hotel then.

Its good, good service, nice employes, well mannered, excellent service, rooms are clean, well maintained.

Because I can't give 0 rating I m giving one star. Waste n useless stay ever. Oyo proved again that it is not for family. Stinking. Worst wash rooms. Doors were not locking. No water facility. No parking. Smoking smell throw you out of the room. Bedsheets are washed. Disastrous stay

Worst experience no neatness no proper maintenance all the pain from walls is falling on us whole sleeping flush wasn't working in toilet please guys don't got to this oyo.

OYO People are making fool of customers by putting the old photos in their app. Really very bad maintainence and many cockroaches seen everywhere. Bedspread is very old and dirty stains every where on bed spread, blanket and on quilt. No cleaning of washrooms, No spraygun, dirty smell. Pan spitted on all walls, curtains, windows. Dirty water jug no dust bin available inside room. No remote for TV and Set top box. Floor is also sticky. Not at all feeling safe and hygiene and it's not safe that too during this COVID situation. Table was also not cleaned it was dirty and sticky

The room is very dirty and its room rate is very high, it will get a good room on the side of the station at a lesser price than this.

Does not even deserve one star, rooms are so dirty not at all managed, do not even think to book this place even if they are giving you room for free, the linens and blankets have turned yellow from white and so dirty and smelly, horrible experience

No parking space but close to metro station. Maintainance needs to be done.looks all beten up and falling apart

Thought of giving 0 stars but couldn’t. Worst experience ever (misrepresenting pictures, rude staff, no sign of cleanliness). Even after multiple times reaching out to OYO they never tried to sort this issue. Not a OYO standard and shame on you OYO for not being customer centric. OYO executives are completely irresponsible and no one cares (They are interested in just closing the tickets). I was not given a chance to rate this on OYO, they always say some technical issue. Ritesh Agarwal kept his blood and sweat in building OYO as an esteemed organisation, don’t ruin it with poor ground level management. Horrible experience ever!

Worst room I've ever booked, I'm looking for refund, as I had to checkout and book another oyo, the room was so dirty, no cleanliness and the bedsheets were torn and burnt.

Worst hotel ever. Hotel isn't 1% as shiwn in pictures. No facilities available, wrost experience due to which I had to change hotel even after paying in full.

The Expectations fail here when you believe In the pictures shown on Mmt or Oyo and a lot of improvement required in staff training and customer service. Even the room service needs to be improved.

ఇంత దరిద్రమైన స్టాఫ్ ఎక్కడ లేరు ఉండరు కూడా online లో ఒక్క రేట్ ఉండింది వాడు manager ఒక్క రేట్ చెప్ఫతాడు, అసలు హ హోటల్ management ని కొంచెం మార్చండి దయచేసి హైద్రాబాద్ లో ఇన్ని హోటల్స్ ఉన్నాయి ఎక్కడ లేని రూల్స్ ఉంటాయి హోటల్ కి యీ హోటల్ కి ఉన్న పేరు మొత్తం పోగొడుతున్నారు కదా బాబు దయచేసి ఇప్పటికి అయిన మారండి బాబు చి చీ మీ మొఖలు.

If you go by the looks
And outside the receptionist you will feel very bad after chek in,
Those are taken so many years before, now they running it is like sulab complex, they don't have even towels dustbin

And Oyo making people fool by uploading old photos, these people should be in the court someone should sue this people.
Worst experience I ever seen. I.

I would give 0 ratinggg.no cleanliness, no tv, no remote, dirty stains on bed and pillows room was not sweeped, wasroom looks clumsyy, wifi not working, unsanitized there are bugs in the beds worst I recommend better not to go this hotel worstttt hotel In my life.

Very worst, room service is not available, food facility not available, it's very horriable there is no rooms are not clean

If I would have got an option of selecting 0 star I would have given that.pathetic hotel and complete fraudulent staff.the hotel which was shown in image was completely different and it was so dirty that it seemed there was already a guest and they didn't clean it after he left.the walls the floor the washroom and even the bed was so dirty that couldn't sleep due to smell and we asked to change it no one responded and no one will be present at the reception during night time.i had booked for 2 nights and checked out after one night only due to this pathetic experience completely waste of money.

Blankets and pillows aren't clean, room isn't so clean. Doesn't look as shown in photos.

Worst place ever, i need to talk to the owner of this place as soon as possible, these people cheated us big time, they took money from us but refused to provide rooms for our guests.

Beds lo not neatly maintainece is to low but price is hight.not justifiable for the worth of money they are charging
