I am really not sure where to start. Charged extra amount 2000 though my booking is already confirmed 2 days prior to the booking date. Please don’t trust this hotel blindly you will definitely face some hurdles while check in’s. They didn’t handover room key until I payed the extra amount what they asked for and if you ask for the reason of the extra amount they simply say we have to pay it and if you refuse to do it they will say no room available (though booking already confirmed) please contact OYO customer care and you know what OYO customer care will not help you for sure as the support is worst and you will finally end up with out any room and there is no guarantee for the money you already paid. They will try to push on us saying we haven’t checked in and it’s our problem and the money will not get refunded
Decent rooms and a good location. The bathroom was clean and the room was also cleaned properly. The sheets and pillow cover used were not so hygienic. Staff at the property is good but had to face an issue regarding the payment as I had made a booking online and made the full payment during the reservation still the property team had asked me to pay extra on the room charges and I had paid the same but they did not give me any receipt/bill for the payment made and the same payment was not shown in the booking app as well, checked with the manager he did not have an explanation on this and had asked me to take refund from them during check-out. During my check-out they refused to give the refund as he told me that it was an issue from the oyo and they need to check on this. I checked with oyo and they also did not have an explanation for the extra charges and later they agreed for a refund of the extra charges. I would recommend this place for a stay but be aware of the payment terms and dont pay any extra charges until and unless you get a payment receipt.

OYO IS A CHEATING COMPANY. THEY TAKE MONEY AND SAY ROOM IS NOT AVAILABLE. ANOTHER FAMILY ALSO SUFFERED BECAUSE OF THEM. WE LOSE MONEY AND THE ROOM IS ALSO NOT GIVEN. GOVERNMENT SHOULD INVESTIGATE.
Worst behaviour after payment harrising people by calling n knocking the door always n charging extra payment for all food items n charging extra after check out
I would have rated this property zero if that was possible.
The are accepting multiple bookings with payment irrespective if the room is available or not.the staff is very reckless and simply said call oyo they will give u another hotel, there isn't even an apology from the property manager!
The rooms were not cleaned the bed is not good and they made me wait almost 2hrs to allot the room, the management don't even have patience when we call for room service and they take extra payment apart from Oyo booking price they cancels our oyo booking take extra huge amount not worth of money don't prefer it.it don't look good as originally in pictures. They don't even have any nearby restaurants. They don't even care about customers also
One of the worst Oyo i have seen this management is not responsible for the check-in they will simple ask to call Oyo coustomer to get other room allocation don't go with this Oyo property
A perfect accommodation if you're looking for a decent stay. Great Food and bed available and the staff are very friendly too! Budget stay as well! Go ahead and book!
I ordered food at 9.30 they didn't delivered me at all I waited still 11.30 3 times I called to canteen about food just they said we are coming at last they didn't bring the food and I ordered food from swiggy at midnight 12.30 am.worst service I have faced.at that hotel
