Visited pace hospital to get rid off my neck pain, Dr. Anand Agroya addressed the issue and suggested exercises for it, I'm good with the consultation.

Dr.anand orthopedic best doctor in the city very good doctor fully satisfied with sir highly recommended doctor.

Doctors are good but services and hospital management is pathetic.

Note: This review is not related to doctors. It is only related to the services provided by this hospital.

We recently visited PACE hospital for my Mothers Foot surgery. Although the experience with the Doctor's who treated Dr. K. B. Lakshmi (MCH Plastic surgeon) and Dr. Prathyush (Orthopaedics) surgeons was really good, unfortunately cannot say the same about the hospital and its processes.

Doctor medicine are not available in their hospital. Want to buy outside. (please close the Pharmacy instead).

The worst was the discharge process, it literally took us 10 hours (11am-9pm) after the doctor signed off for discharge to get the patient checked out of the hospital. The staff kept us waiting for the first few hours without starting the discharge procedure, they were least bothered to do so.

They take hours just for completing internal billing formalities. Especially ot department, they don't prepare ot summary until we said we have to discharge. No patient or attendants would be happy just to sit in the hospital waiting for them to type billing details.though they bill it corporate style. Felt billing was a bit high comparatively.

And also they don't have enough parking. Food is average

While the doctor's treatment was excellent, the overall hospitality and discharge formalities were worse than those experienced in few government hospitals.

Dr Narsimha, podiatrist is very nice and friendly to assist and main thing that he is listening and suggestions are appreciated. Thank you. Very friendly hospital overall.

I visited Pace Hospital when I was suffering from stomach pain. After performing all the tests e.g. USG, CT Scan and other pathology related tests, Dr. Govind and his team finally came to the conclusion that my apendix has swelling and surgery is mandatory. After surgery, they told me that my apendix had ruptured. I don't know why didn't they tell me the same before surgery. Before surgery, they were only saying that my appendix has swelling. If it gets ruptured, then it will create huge problem.

After the surgery Dr. Govind, Dr. Dhiraj, Dr. Kiran, Dr. Suresh were constantly taking care of my health situation and suggesting the medicines accordingly. They were very friendly and listening to me very carefully. Now I am completely fine.

Though the room allocated to me (303) was not having any ventilation. Hospital should try to improve the same. Apart from that other facilities were fine. ICU ward nursing staff was very caring. General ward nursing staff was also good.

I would highly recommend to visit Dr. Govind at pace hospital for any kind of gastro related problems.

Reaching this hospital during peak office hours is a bit tough. U-turn is available near the hospital so no.problem if you are coming in opposite direction.

Four wheeler parking is limited.
Seating arrangement is good.
Ambience is good.
Billing is fast.
Documentation is not computerized so you need to carry your own file everytime you visit here.
Treating doctors are awesome.

Medical shop is available 24/7. Nice facility.

Insurance is slow. This department needs one more person with extra abilities as the number of patients are increasing everyday due to viral diseases, etc.

Hospital nursing staff are all new so administration is not good.

Nursing staff needs to lot more disciplined and should not wait for orders or requests from patients. They themselves should voluntarily come forward and serve the patients.

Food lunch dinner supply is a bit slow.

Hospital needs Plus one person extra in all the areas excepting security. This will reduce the extra burden on staff and increase the responsiveness, will help in nursing services, will increase patient delight,
Faster implementation of duties.

Cleanliness is good.
Lift service is available.
Drinking Water is available, just bring your own empty bottle to fill up.

Insurance will give you a bit trouble so be prepared to face here.

Dr Shyam Varma.what can i say about him. I can only say he is the best doctor i have seen till now. Very calm and approachable. His treatment is very systematic in nature and always goes with proper medication.

One Feedback i would want to give is on the pharmacy inside the hospital.they are simply giving medicines on MRP and not even giving any consideration on discount which is not the similar case in other hospitals or outside pharmacy.please look into it.

I came to hospital for my left hand little finger got injured and bone dislocated so, i decided to take an x-ray treatment purpose here the x-ray service is good his name is Sourabh Pandey nice person very good care taker and the doctor v. Anand treated me very well with in 15 -20mins only he jointed my dislocated bone and overall hospital is good and well treated.

Irritating staff, entered incorrect mobile number during registration. Due to that, I am not able to download diagnostic reports online. Called 4 times but not response. That guy Name is Basu. Poor response but premium billing.

I visited for a knee problem for Physiotherapy. Dr. Sheetal was an absolute gem at her job. I revived within couple of sessions. She was very patient to explain the exercises to me and repeat the same if I forgot the sequence of exercises. The therapy sessions were a very positive experience. I am doing very well now.

I just visited the doctor today after almost a month for follow-up, progress tracking and additional suggestions for my gym routine. I was pleasantly surprised that the doctor remembered and addressed me by my name.:)

My mother in law fell down from stairs had severe pain on my left knee visited pace hospital. We felt blessed that to get her TKR surgery done for left knee by the expert. After two weeks of surgery the patient has no pain and able to walk After the surgery he was available on whatsApp and followed about her recovery and his team. We are happy I refer Dr.anand for any ortho related issues.

And finally after my cousins referral have been to pace hospital and met senior doctor Govind Verma from gastero dept. One word about him is ultimate experience and detailed explanation and lots of patience to hear the patients and understand them. Which most of the doctor lack now a days may due to busy or etc, thanks to staff and team for the help and support.

Not sure what's wrong with the Hospital. If any one admits in this Hospital with insurance, they will charge as they wish. So much blunders with my hospital Bill. I verified and identified the mistakes, it was revised thrice. Its been 3 weeks my refund is not given yet.

Very very bad hospital this is.before some time my mother admitted there in icu, n she fall down from bed. I just want to know what nurses are doing there. If they can't take care of the patients then what do they do. I'm not talking about all doctor bt, that dr.was very rude with pt. And with attender also, when I met to my mother she was telling that nurses n other staffs are making fun

I'm RAJA SHEKAR from HABSIGUDA and my cousin suggested me to visit pace hospital when I was suffering with crohn's disease.i almost gave up on my health condition until I got some tests done at pace hospital and met Dr. Dheeraj Aggarwal. God bless him in abundance for he was very patient and kind to me and listening to my case history of the past 20 yrs he came to the conclusion of my issue and has provided excellent medicines and I'm on the road to recovery. He insisted me NOT to visit the hospital for a review and to give him a call after 15days for there is a surge in corona cases and he wants me to avoid the crowd.that is the level of concern he showed towards me never I came across a doctor in my life who addressed his patients as DUDE

This is really a great hospital. I can say the best. I want to share just a stroy then everyone can conclude how Wondrous it is.

Firstly i am from West Bengal. I am sourav shai. My sister was attacked by pancreatitis in 2016 for first time and it was life threatening. So much stomach pain makes her faint. After visiting lots of govt. Hospitals, she did not have a good treatment and attentions. Then we admit her in Woodlands Hospital, kolkata. They some how they manage to cure her but failed to identify the exact reason. Then we also visited AIG, hyderabad. But result was same.

Then the same pancreatitis attack was happened in 2019 again in severe form. Again we admit her in Woodlands Hospital. In the same way she became out of danger but not completely cured. So we decided to visit hyderabad once again and we visited AIG but no difference was there.

Then suddenly god helped us and we came go know about Pace Hospital and specially Dr. Govind Verma sir. And we visited there and booked a appointment. When we entered the hospital i was so pleased by their behaviours and systems and finally when we meet Dr. Govind Verma sir, we are so blissful by his smiling face and behaviour. He asked every minute health related issues and thoroughly go through all the reports and prescription previously we have.
Then he advised us for some reports and tests in the hospital. We were amazed that how low in prices (comparatively) for all these reports. In between these i have to mention anjali mam who continuously guiding us.
Then we meet again with Dr. Govind Verma sir with all reports. And finally Dr. Identified the actual problem and the reason of the recurrent pancreatitis attacks. We are really lucky enough to meet with such a excellent doctor. Then he advised to meet with Dr. Lekha mam for all vaccination schedules which have to take before starting the medicines. After that we visited the hospital again for checkup. And in this time also all stuffs behaves so well and guided by anjali mam.
We have to visit once again for check up but suddenly covid pandemic appears like a barrier, but no worries when it is pace hospital. There is a wonderful provision of video conferencing. We meet with the Dr. Govind verma sir with no hesitation and he prescribed the medicines.
Now my sister is well enough and we regularly in touch with the doctor and the hospital. And i have to say DR. GOVIND VERMA SIR is not only a Doctor HE IS GOD TO US. Sir thank you so much and please be with us in future as we were every time.

Absolutely lousy service levels. I had to call multiple times for insurance pre-authorization, everyone says they will call back and never do (Prasad from billing, Padma from Telecommunications, the ladies at reception). They ask you for ₹2000 advance deposit for non medical expenses and when you ask for bill, they say no bill, no refund! They gave me a refund after escalation. Incompetence and greed go together here. Avoid this place if you can. While I was there in billing, several other escalations were also there, so my experience is not unique.

Corn: even though if you took appointment you have to visit hospital and pay amount and get confirmation. Suppose if you book appointment by 11: 30 and some one who come to hospital as walkin will be priority.
So appointment is only to confirm that whether specific doctor is available or not

Overall experience is good

The way Dr Govind R Varma handle the patient is really good and maintainence of the pace hospital is very good and hygienic. The staff is very friendly with patients and attendees.

I came to Pace hospital for the check up of my mother bearing UMR no. 24060.
Dr. Sandya is very excellent, She is providing wonderfull service, Each and every guidance. She suggested us for physiotherapy along with her treatment for fast recovery but department physiotherapy is really bad.as they are consulting fee of rs. 300 for a day. And not making patient to do exercise, just charging fee, showing exercise and letting patient go back to home
Which doesn't make a sense. I would request higher authority of the hospital please look after this.

Hospital Is very clean and tidy. All tests can be done in the hospital. Saying it again hospital is kept very clean and staff is very supportive. But canteen should be improved.

I was admitted to PACE hospitals for 1 week, my experience during my stay and treatment was very good. The doctors and nurses are awsome however, the management is worst.
I had to complain so many times to the management about the canteen and housekeeping.
During my discharge they made me wait for 5 hours without any reason. They had made my family go from floor to floor multiple times. When I asked the reason for the delay Mr. Sai told me the delay is from your company’s insurance and we have sent all the details at 1: 40 pm itself. Then I called the floor manager who was on leave at 6: 10 pm she said she will call me back but, that never happened. I received a message from my company’s insurance at 6: 12 pm that they received the bill at 6: 12 pm and they approved the amount within 15 minutes.
When I asked for feedback form Mr. Pavan gave me a blank paper to write the feedback (seriously PACE hospital doesn’t have a feedback form)
I had written the complete feedback on that blank paper and hoping it will reach the management team.
@PACE management if you really read reviews please get that feedback and work on it.

I had a pleasing experience with Pace Hospitals, Hitech city. They have some of best Doctors in the industry who are down to earth and have lot of patience. Dr. Govind Varma is an excellent doctor who has taken care of my mother. In the world where hospitals have become commercial, we find doctors rushing on patients problems, but here we have received lot of care and empathy. My mom received best treatment here. Doctors with immense patience, commitment and empathy towards patient's health and care. Special mentions to Dr Dattatray Solanke who is very calm and quite, treats the patient with lot of care. Dr Phani Krishna has done an excellent job, has taken care of my mom, who also gave lot of motivation and strength to my mom pre and post surgery.
I have to specially mention about the Nursing Staff who are the strength of the hospital. Each and everyone are very kind and professional. Kudos to their Dedication and commitments towards their patients.
Last but not Least Front office Staff is always there to address the Issues. Anu Radha and team is always there to help and smoothen the process. Though there are few minor issues here and there. The in-charge team are open for feedback and resolves the issues quick and efficiently.
Security people don't stop you and harass you to see your loved ones.

Good Doctor Shyam Verma. He was patient understanding the problems. Gave time and he properly diagnosed and prescribed medication. The result were proven good and fully recovered from prostate issue.

Dr. Govind Verma is experienced and best gastroenterologist. Dr. Somnath Gupta is a very good diabetologist. Anjali, patient coordinator, at pace hospitals is very cordial and service oriented. Overall good experience at pace.

If you have been hearing that medical profession has become a money churning business, Pace is a bright example of that.
First of all they claim to have the best diagnostic equipments. Even if you have performed diagnosis at the best diagnostic center in the city, they force you to go for another test at their premises. Just because they have found out the best means of sucking money out of patients.
(just to let you know the test at pace and that at diagnostic center outside both had same output).
A hefty consultation fees is charged and by the time the test results are out the Dr for whom you paid the fees has already left for the day. (Talking about matter of one hour from time of test recommendation and result). Can the management of this hospital mention what would the patient do till the time he or she next meets the doctor? Suffer the pain?
They make this look so ridiculously simple. Being situated within the posh hi-tech locality they target people so as make huge money.
I don't know if anyone really benefited from here. However in my past couple of instances it's been miserable. They apply innovative techniques to fool people day in day out.

One of the most ridiculous and disgusting things off late, a new person has been appointed to enter report details and print it. Shockingly he is inefficient to feed in the details accurately. This either ends up in patient getting wrong report, else a huge delay in getting it due to multiple iterations.
Seriously it all seems like a big mockery of the entire health care system.

Very poor management and administration, I had cashless insurance and they did not get even pre auth from insurance company. Dr. Suggested to discharge at 11 AM and asked to do remaining formalities, they did send final bill to insurance company by 4PM, which was not delivered. Being patient, I had to engage and coordinate between hospital and insurance company to get the things done. By 7: 40 PM, they were able to send pre auth and final bill to insurance TPA to get further processing. I was waiting to get releeaved from hospital since morning, , but couldn't get through. After a lot frustration and disapointmdis, I had to pay bill my own to leave the hospital at 10: 30PM. Had very bad experience as a patient and irresponsible behavior of administration caused a lot of issues and frustration.

Dr. Govind R Verma and his team of doctors are so expert in their task of operations. They treated my hiatus hernia so brilliantly successfully. They give prior information I mean options before doing operation. Their follow up is also excellent.we need such people may God bless them in their goal.

I have consulted Doctor Anand at Pace Hospitals for my father's Sciatic nerve problem. And, Within 5 minutes, Anand sir has understood the rootcause of the problem and asked us to an MRI scan. With the report, He told us the exact location where the pain is being radiated and kind of the treatment required. As I already got a complete trust based on his cool & composed analysis, We gave nod for the discectomy and laminectomy surgery for L5-S1. With the help of Chandrasekhar Mone (Spine Surgeon), The surgery was performed on 20th november and my dad is already performing all the regular activities. Even though the doctors are very good, the management is one of the worst. Appointments were rescheduled randomly and we rushed just to wait for 2 more hours. They do the billing too fast giving back services too slow. The air conditioners have been switched off. Too many patients to handle for them, but quite easy to collect 700/- as the consultation charges. I will reccomend to consult the doctors outside this facilty.

Entered hospital at 3 PM just for 3D echo test and paid the bill at 3 pm. Afterward till now 5 pm I am just sitting and waiting. Even don’t know why nobody is doing it.
