Ask for proper bill.
I was OVER CHARGED, even though I was a regular customer.
They had no regret and behaved brashly.

I am disappointed. They have lost a loyal customer due to short sighted ego.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The pets are poorly maintained, and it seems like the staff has no concern for their health and well-being. Their main focus is on making high profits by selling them at exorbitant prices, especially targeting first-time pet owners. I strongly advise you to explore other pet shops before considering this one. Don't waste your hard-earned money at a place like this.

The place is very good! There are variety of animals of different breed. Although the pets are a bit costly

I bought a Cokatail from them under pressure of my kids. I paid about 1000 more than other places. Within a day we found that it had a leg broken and it was suffering from respiratory disease. Avoid buying from here.the pets are not healthy and they are not kept clean and hygienically.

Alright so it's 50/50 for me. I've visited a few times as we live close by and I've purchased a few things from here too.
Different staff will give you different prices. I bought a pair of Bettas from a tank at the back and it was RS 150/pair M&F. Then when I went back to buy more, someone else gave me a different price for the same fish from the same tank and said 150 was just the females.
The staff need to be better trained too so that they can recommend the proper fish food for the various types of fish. I was given some ordinary fish pellets instead of Betta specific food.
Some of the accessories sold are moderately priced and others are a bit excessive

Too expensive. Expensive to the point that u just have to keep quiet cause no point in bargaining over prices double the market.
Check the entire market and surrounding shops before purchasing.
People working there have incomplete knowledge about animals they are selling there and want to argue over everything and anything.
Read other critical reviews before going and they were confirmed.
Very dirty Aquariums.

Although the shopping experience was great, the aftermath of getting a kitten there was a painful. I purchased a Himalayan Punch Face kitten from them in first week of December. Exactly, after a week the kitten started losing appetite, had diarrhea and threw up once. When I took her to the doctor, the doctor told me that she has been infected with Feline Coronavirus. And there have been high fatal cases associated with this virus, especially in young kittens. The doctor also said that, this has either happened because the mother was not vaccinated or the area where they were bred was not a healthy, safe, clean environment. Not only did I spent 25k on the kitten, now I have to see her suffer because the treatment is not very pleasant and she is also in pain. I am thoroughly disappointed that they promised that it was a high quality breed and was taken care of well, but they did not even bother to check if the mother was vaccinated. If you are planning to adopt an animal from here, please be careful.

I bought 2 cockatiels from this store. One in 2020 and one recently and I must say the store has quality and healthy pets. No issues with my birds and they’re really very playful. You get tamed birds as well at very reasonable price. Must buy pet store if you’re looking for a cute friend.

Best shop to visit. The breeds are really good and all are well trained. One the best shops for cats, dogs, fish and other pets such as birds. Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. It's a must visit shop if you’re planning to get a pet at affordable prices.

Writing review after 15 days, bought a labrador on 20 June, totally satisfied the breed is pure and orginal. Shop is looking better than in photos, I request owner to upload latest pics of shop from entrance, it would attract others also.growth of the puppy is great. Cost was totally normal. Good and keep it up

Staff is not very educated on fish, once sold us fish that should not be put together (knife fish) but they said it was fine and then the fish killed another fish in my tank. Had another bad experience when I got infected fish (ick) that suddenly started dying, had to rush and get medicine and do water changes everyday for weeks to make sure the rest recover. Service is very unreliable, sometimes good other times terrible.

Worst experience ever. The staff working there is behaving as if they are doing a favour by selling. Very careless attitude. After calling the owner who was not available at the store. He answered and replied saying am busy. Very careless attitude. Not worth buying something from such unprofessional pple

I am buying dog and their food from Pacific pets and aquarium and it's been a very nice experience from the beginning. The owner of the store make sure you get your food with in the time and they provide home delivery which is very nice of him without any extra charge. You get a nice discount and they have a variety of pet food available at a very good price. I would recommend Pacific aquarium and pets store for all pet owners. Peace of mind along with with great service

I have been here multiple times, service can be a hit or miss sometime you get good response other times not that great, fish variety is not too much, their tanks are not in very good condition compared to the price they charge for their fishes.

Although i recommend having a look here, but only if you know about fish and their health and how to spot their problems.

These pet stores are creating awareness among people who often live lonely.kindness is the word that grows along with you when yu own a pet.

We didn't have any knowledge on fish and aquarium. Imran helped us with great patience and explained very well about aquarium and fishes. Price is also cheaper compared to other shops.

We have taken a white Persian cat it was in good condition but the flaws are there were not to many dogs which i was looking for but lot of other variety animals and birds available do check if ur near the per stop

For pet lovers.must visit atleast once. They have puppies, dogs, cats, birds n all pet animals basic needs n a to z requirements you will get here. Visit with kids if you have.if.they love so much.

VIP'S International School had been to Pacific Aquarium for an educational field trip, Kids were excited to have such a beautiful view of live stock collection of pet animals. The store has a wide range of products and services to cater to the varied requirements of their customers.

Different type of fishes are available and you can buy dogs, fishes, birds, pet Accessories, Pet foods.

Looks better than other small Pet shops. Went for fishes and collection was average. Main thing to keep in mind is, there's no parking.

I went to the place to buy a small aquarium for home, he charged me 4000rs. And I checked it in other store. The same was for 1800rs. It's very bad to charge more than double. Kindly check.

One of the best places to visit if planning to own a pet. One can find the variety of pets with excellent suggestions from the sellers at the shop. As a customer, I am extremely happy with the pets I got from them and also good info is provided about what healthy food and supplements can be given n how to take care of the pets to keep them active, playful n healthy irrespective of which pet u buy.fishes or cats or birds or dogs. As a customer I am thankful to the staff and extremely satisfied. It is a must visit place. Even a non pet loving person will change his mind to own a pet. Everyone must atleast visit this place once n have a talk about the pets with the staff, they are highly knowledgeable staff.
