Its a tropical paradise and must visit place with friends or family kids love it lots of water rides and theme park and is not very expensive.

Very bad service. Need to wait almost three hours to get the room. Check in time is 2: 00 pm and the room was given at 3: 40 pm. We were asked to go for lunch and unfortunately in the restaurant only one person is taking order and serving as well. It took one hour to get the order! After that the room was alerted but telling us that all the pool view rooms are over. It was really a very bad experience in the beginning of our trip. Then in the dinner, it was a buffet with dinner at open garden. This was the only option for everyone and the charges per person was around Rs1200. We had to wait for 40 min to get a table. Really a bad arrangement and it felt like being tortured at a place where there is no option but to be at the mercy of this only one restaurant in a remote area. Not worth of coming here.

I enjoyed my 2 days stay.

Stay experience was really bad.
Pros:
1. Swimming pool is very good and has a good vibe
2. There are a couple of lawns, and you can play some outdoor sports with you family and friends
3. The resort is very green, full of trees.

Scope of improvements (its a long list)
1. The lights in the rooms are broken. When we asked for repairing them, the mentioned there is no stock.
2. There is an uneasy damp smell in all the rooms (not so well maintained)
3. Flush was not working in one of the rooms
4. Slight water clogging in the bathrooms
5. Service is slow like a sloth. You have to wait for almost everything
6. Some of the indoor games were not well maintained (e.g. Airhockey was not functional)

Overall, the resort should have provided much more for what we had to pay.
Clean and well maintained rooms are something any resort like this should provide.

This is the place that satisfies what we need.
Good environment to chill with friends.
Provided safety rides and good gestures from receptionist.
Again we have to plan spent some other days here.

I had a wonderful stay, everything is properly maintained, good destination for family and friends, I have enjoyed, I will visit again for sure.

Just an awesome place. The pools are really clean and nice. Rooms are really good. The location is very spacious and there are several other activities u can perform.

We visited this place for company outing.
First of all - theme park is different and resort is different.
Coming to resort, room is clean and they provide you basic things like drinking water etc
And room service is not at all good.
And coming to food it's ok ok taste. Its not up to the mark, as u r staying in 5 star resort u expect some delicious food.
And here the food servents are not well trained, they are serving with their bare hands without wearing hand gloves.

Nice and calm place, with lush greenery. Much needed weekend gateway for folks in and around Hyderabad

The property is good the rooms r good but the food is very bad very little options nothing interesting in the menu nor the food is tasty. They need improve the room service as well.

Good place for parties and cultural activities but the staff is very less and no proper management like before. No proper responsible person here like before.

Recently attended a marriage reception in this venue. Food was not good. Other arrangements were okay.

Pathetic experience!
We booked one of the luxury room with pool for a family weekend (from saturday till monday morning)

The rooms (balcony) as shown in picture had algae. Bathroom had water leakage, we had to call few times to check it. We left on sunday

After this experience, I wouldn't recommend this resort.

Great place for a peacefull vacay. Needs some improvement though like the tv and the tata sky were horrrible. Very limited channels and extremely bad picture quality. Room telephone wasnt working. Had to go to the reception for every tiny need such as water. The reception guy provided a private cell number to contact but no one was answering when we called. All the remotes (tv, tata sky and some multi functional remote) were without the back battery cover. I know its a very tiny thing to mention but we r paying 11k per night and coming to such places for peace relaxation and that " feel good " right. Then whats the point of coming to a boutique resort if it is like our homes u know where there will be microwave but with broken plug. All these little things do matter... Backyard door lock wasnt working. It destroys the purpose people visit this place right.i. E privacy.decent place though kindly make those changes thats all. Hope this review helps. I love this place really and dont want to stop coming here

Excellent place to unwind. Went there in August 2021 and stayed in Hibisbus Suite. Stayed there for two days and the pricing was ₹8,000 for one night. The check in time is 2 PM and the check out time is 11 AM.

The place was really well maintained, be it rooms, gardens, pools, or anything else. The food was excellent and only slightly costlier compared to usual restaurants, which is acceptable. Every dish was tasted good.

The TV in the room only had basic channels, though. There is Wi-Fi access for free.

To enjoy in the pool, don't forget to take along some platic balls. They do provide swimming costumes (only for adults) and safety tube (only for kids). There is rain dance in the evening for an hour or so.

Safety and security is well maintained and there is ample area for kids to play. There's a special area for kids where there are slides, swings, and other things.

The only things that I didn't like were waiting time after ordering in-room food and the check-in and check-out times are not satisfactory.

Good place with decent accomodation. Lush green gardens with beautiful stone statues. Good weekend getaway around 35km from Hyderabad.

Best place worth the price to spend some leisure or have some private get away around the city. Private pools and well maintained and behaved staff is quite a good experience.

Every thing is not like before all door locks are Unmatained and bathroom flush were not working.

1-Need to keep pool clean, start the pool pump. Pool water was not clean.
2- how to start hot water is not provided as a write up in room. Can't have your guests guessing how to start hot water.
3- AC temp needs to be set properly. Was unable to set it at night. Someone needs to go on rounds asking about these or call up.
4- Need to provide an extra cot, not all would like to sleep on floor.
5- Chef needs to be replaced
Very spice food. Not fit for consumption of kids and adults. Told him many times but still same issue. Had read in reviews about food but never thought it will be this bad. They even sprinkled chillies flakes on items.

Ambiance is very good. Please improve food. Would have stayed 1 day extra but due to lack of proper food left early. Kids unable to eat food at resort.

Sad to see such a good resort falling apart. No maintenance in rooms. Food service is basic. Staff also over worked.

Hot water is given only for few hours in morning and evening. Overcrowded, understaffed resort, they don't serve liquor, check in and check out formalities takes longer than usual, uneven squeaky chairs and table. Priced high for the service they provide

A 2 star resort masquerading as a 5 star resort, with 5 star rates! One upon a time, it used to be good. But now its a meek shadow of its former self.

Restaurant with very very limited variety - multicuisine is limited Indian and limited Chinese - and with half the menu items unavailable from within the limited cuisine menu, hardly 2 waiters for the entire crowd (we had to wait for more than half our meal for glasses to be brought to the table), SPICY food (and this is coming from a person who enjoys spicy food!). For dinner, we were given plastic glasses for water.yes, thin disposible plastic glasses.answer to the question was given as COVID protocol.but for lunch and breakfast, the protocol wasnt applicable.and for plates and cutlery, that was never applicable, apparently! I still havent gotten the live menu orders i placed at the start of my limited 'buffet' breakfast! We even had to wait for tea, for crying out loud!

A resort with the amusement park closed (COVID protocol, i understand - but the room rates that include the day activities havent changed) and pretty much no other activities (asked for sporting equipment like foot/basket balls/tennis rackets.answer throughout the day was that they have only one in stock thats taken by someone already).

A resort that charges for even the daily water to be given in the rooms. Swimming pool attached yo rooms, with no space gor peopel to wade in, because of leaves, insects and dirt floating on top.

We even had a argument/chat with the managers about these issues, they simply put their hands up and implied politely that they cant help it and that they dont care beyond it. Some service, huh?

More than the lack of entertainment or food options, it was the casual and nonchalant attitude of the managers that irked us. The on ground staff (waiters, house keeping staff, groundsmen, etc.) was polite and patient but were genuinely helpless!

It wasnt just us. When we complained at the desk, many other patrons joined in. We even say pages and pages of bad feedback written on their feedback book! So its not that we were making stuff up or that they were unaware of the issue and complaints.

I wouldn't recommend this place unless they turn their ways around - in fact, i would actively discourage it. Thanks.

Not good for outing with friends but if u want to visit with spouse you have lot of options for your stay.food is very very expensive they even charge u for water inspire of paying such huge price for those small rooms

Maintenance and service test your patience.food is another major disaster though people at the premises try to do their best. Rooms were not sanitized and we don't see any motivation or interest for the staff to do their job properly. Though the environment is lovely but due to the maintenance, service and food it may go to dogs soon. I wish they really take these feedbacks seriously and improve for their betterment.

Not far from the busy city you find a place to leave behind the stresses of one's life, peaceful, lush green, welcome in the middle of nowhere. You are transported to another world with beautiful landscaping and warm hospitality. Ideal location for family getaways and destination weddings.

The theme park is well maintained owing to strict Covid-19 regulations. The vicinity was hygienically maintained. Thoroughly enjoyed the visit to this resort.

There was SNAKE CRAWLING DOWN THE TABLE WHEN WE (in the group) were having lunch. The whole atmosphere was in the panic state. Kids started crying.
Staff is rude.
Service is very slow.
Can't imagine going there again.

Located 22 kms outside of hyderabad this is a good place to relax if you want to cutoff from the daily noise in life. Very scenic. Though I was disappointed with the service quality. The in response in room food was pathetic and the hotel management didn't seem to care. They take unimaginable amount of time for minor things. Could be due to staff shortage in covid. Food is average. Pool is maintained well though. I really wish to see them amp up their service quality. Otherwise a decent place.

The tariffs are not commensurate with the actual facilities and services. There are no sign boards of the Resort along the road from Shankarampallu, except in the beginning of the road.

Greenery too good, ambience very peaceful & cool. Room service very poor, our all rooms had flush problems in washrooms. Restaurant, food court is good with small menu but rates are too high.
