Booked for 50pax when we went there rooms are so dirty and swimming pool also not clean and manager demanded full pay, really pathetic. So worst resort in hyderabad

The rooms looked like they were built by the Egyptians themselves.over 3000 years ago.cracks in the cement and discolored and disgusting bathrooms.the service was nice and the staff is very friendly.

I called Papyrus Port for a whole month booking. The manager Mr Christopher is absolutely a rude person with very short tempered personality. His rate gets changed in every next moment. He told me 3800 rupees for 2 adults with complementary breakfast. Then the next day, when I asked for reservation of the double bedroom and total amount, he told you shall have to pay 3800 extra for 2nd person. Very greedy person with total unprofessionalism. When I quoted that approx 4000 INR is mentioned on the website for 2 adults, he replied that wrong rate is mentioned on the website. Let's say if it is wrong on the website then who is responsible for that? Such a miscreant! Avoid booking here.

It's not worth 700.we can get a better resort for 700.pools don't look appealing. Instead of coming here we can make a better experience for 700.pool looks like they are made for children.bathrooms are not hygienic, they look like public washrooms.my bathroom is bigger than pool.

It’s a sad place. The management tried its best to pep up the place but there is hardly any guests. There are plenty of rabbits in tiny cages, swimming pool, guest rooms and restaurants serving good food. Service in restaurant is slow with limited food options due to lack of guests. Price is reasonable and quantity is good. There are ducks in a separate enclosure. Parking is available

One of the worst experiences in and around Hyderabad.
Staff was good but mangement was rude very rude. Food was blah, maintenance was not good.
Even the AC was not working in our halls, we thought pool is the only good thing there but it's the worst.
Water is not good, it's not maintained properly there was algae (Naaachu) growing all over the pool walls.
I got admitted into hospital for 2 days for swimming in that stupid pool.
(PS. Pool is not a new thing to me, I swim 3-4 times in our community pool)
If I could give negative rating I would give that too. Save your money and time.
We have plenty of better options in and around the city.

The only good thing is you can click some pictures with the mummy figure.

Recently attended a marriage. Place is very messy and stinky smell. It’s better I to not to talk about the food at all. Really I feel pity on the wedding family for choosing this place. Nothing is tasty… not even a single dish. Management really have to think and take an action on the food arrangements

Visited here many times for accomodation. Decent and comfortable rooms cheap price. Suitable for a quick weekend getaway.

Visited recently, it is not at all recommended.no proper maintainace.so stinky.animals are also not in good condition, pool has not maintained, staffs are not taking responsibility of any thing

Sort of good family place to visit, but cleanliness can be improved in the toilets and pool. They make us play games with all the families after evening snack which I found to be awesome. The food they serve for the breakfast, lunch and dinner is awesome. Only point which is negative about here is cleanliness in bathrooms and also many things can be improved. You can go for it.

The resort is done with Egyptian style Architecture. The food is not good and the service is not upto the mark. You can find lot of horses and few camels too. After covid the game zones are completely damaged and they are not in use.

Worst maintenance, no care to service at resort, client services absolutely poor.sales and service needs to gear up to the large extend as the location is good, no publicity and sales effort is missing.

A resort right on the hyderabad-bangalore highway (NH44). About 25 km from ORR exit. Set up is of Egypt. Pyramid like rooms having sleeping mummy inside (ofcourse a miniature).
Has a Swimming pool, Rain dance set up, playground to play outdoor games etc. Food is good too. Overall we liked it and our stay was pleasant too.

Visited Papyrus port resort with family for a days stay. It's the most unhygienic place I have ever visited. Even after reading negative reviews I went ahead booked a days stay n I still repent. Play area to gardens very badly maintained. Food is not halal. Even for tea I had to wait for 1 hour.

Waste place and waste of time, had been here to redeem the coupons, 9nce i visited they had no idea what coupon and what offer after lot of struggle i could make them understand. Now they do not have swimming pool to offer as it is under renovation for over a month.

Swimming pool is a good option here. Food is averge and staff in pantry is not at all polite. They feel that they are serving food for free.

Its just to see. Not for fun or enjoyment. Recently visited with our team but nothing to njy. All are out door games.

Infrastructure and facilities are excellent. But the services are pathetic. I stayed in the hotel for a day on 22/5/2019. They Collected RS 3000 as rent.besides this charged RS 580 for the dinner. 400 for the breakfast. Even though I have repeatedly requested for the receipts for the payments I have made, they didn't give me. Lastly they told me that it will be sent to my mobile through whattsapp. My stay was on 21/5. I vacated on 22/5 till now I didn't receive the receipt for the payments I made. There is no room service. No bath towel. Nobody will attend the call for any services. Floor inside the room is full of dust.

They have food making facility which is in pathetic conditions. Its worth to have a look before you decide to dinein there. Hamshmanda feradana janspatrimi.

I was really unhappy and it was the worst resort i had ever went.the place was not clean, the painting in my room was not done properly, the room service were worse and the food wass average.but i recommend not to spoil money there where we can never get value for what was spent

Our precious time and money are wasted.rooms were not allocated on time. Even rooms were not cleaned and washrooms are filthy and as worst as public toilets. Cleaning took place by keeping guests waiting. No words to say about maintenance. In toto we were treated as beggers here. Pls never never come here, if you want to enjoy your precious time.

There is huge water problem and the staff there can't handle big crowds. We were about 150, staying for 2 nights and 3 days. Wouldn't recommend it for anyone, especially for bigger crowds.

Papyrus port is a beautiful place with Egypt theme. There are games and it is a very good spot for family holiday vacation.

There is also Egypt food available here. Water fall, swimming pool, garden, pyramid, etc.

Everything was fun from food to pool, not only I enjoyed but also want recommend others but just -half Star on having bad Indo games they need to repair.they have good sets swings and animals. And have good mountain climing. Price is responsible

Poor quality food. Turned I'll after visit. Non transparent billing. Visited 3 times till now and resort has just become non service oriented and just trying to exploit on billing at every possible step. No maintenance. Would not recommend

Total disappointment nothing great about this resort except the theme. I booked the resort in advance they've buffet and other facilities at the time of booking but failed to honour and changed to Alacart and changred me for the whole package. I will not recommened this place anyone.

Papyrus port has a Egypt mummy theme and lot of fun, very few people knew about it but it's very nice, swimming pools, variety Egypt food menu, some birds and ducks in between, it is most suitable for family vacation.

Pathetic maintained and managed resort. Highly recommended to AVOID. The place itself could have been a lot better but it is very badly managed. Poor chef all the more makes it even worst. Average food quality, rooms are ok not that great and overall place is not cleaned or maintained. They just ruined a great property.

Chosen it for overnight stay on 3rd Nov, 2018, while traveling from Hyderabad to Bangalore as its right on the highway! However it turned out a saddest overnight stay (perhaps the most). Over phone they agreed for 2.6k, when landed they asked 3k, all in advance! After paying realized that room was stinking badly. Air condition would only run on "low", staff explained that that's how all ACs in the world function! I had to switch on and off the AC whole night to maintain room temperature. Tooth-paste-brush, water bottle were missing in the room, would be available after 8: 00 a.m. Once the store room is opened by morning staff. Later in the morning I was asked to pay Rs. 35/- for tooth-brush-paste. And no water was served at all. Then @11 p.m. Lot of loud-disturbing screaming started which lasted till 2: 00 a.m. When asked the staff informed that some people (15 around) were enjoying swimming in the pool. The breakfast was included in my plan which was available after 8: 30 a.m, this was too informed after payment is done. Washrooms were full of yellow stains. When any explanation is asked to the staff, they suddenly stop speaking English / Hindi and would reply in local language.
