Very poor service, many staffs are there but not giving prompt service even when less crowd. And other than biryani dishes taste aren’t so good. Paradise to improve on this. And food price is also not value for money

Place is very good with good ambience and crowd. Food and service is also good. Must try starters nd special biryani.

I recently dined at Paradise Biryani in Gachibowli, and I must say that my experience left much to be desired. Once considered a signature restaurant for biryani in Hyderabad, it's clear that it has lost its charm.

First and foremost, the service was quite disappointing. We constantly had to ask the staff for things, which is not what you'd expect from a restaurant of this caliber. The overall cleanliness and ambiance of the place didn't live up to the reputation it once had either.

We ordered the Mutton Biryani, and it was a letdown. It had a shortage of mutton, leaving us with a plate of mostly plain rice. This was a stark contrast to the flavorful and generous portions of meat that Paradise used to be known for.

I wouldn't recommend taking your friends visiting Hyderabad to Paradise and promising them a taste of signature Hyderabadi biryani. You'd end up feeling embarrassed by the subpar experience. It's a shame to see a once-renowned establishment fall from grace like this.

I have frequented the Gachibowli Paradise Restaurant regularly, and unfortunately, I have often encountered delays in their service. Consequently, I made a recent decision to opt for takeout orders instead of dining in, hoping it would save me time. However, to my surprise, even for takeout orders, I still had to endure a significant waiting period before receiving my order.

Additionally, I decided to use their valet parking service on one occasion, handing over my vehicle key for convenience. However, instead of parking my car in a secure parking area, they chose to leave it parked on the street. This decision turned out to be less than ideal, as the evening hours brought heavy traffic and increased crowds right in front of the restaurant. It was an inconvenience I had not anticipated.

Nonetheless, when it comes to the most crucial aspect of any dining experience—the taste of the food—I must give credit where it's due. The taste has been consistently outstanding with no noticeable variations each time I've dined at the Gachibowli Paradise Restaurant. This consistency in flavor is something that keeps me returning, despite the service hiccups and parking challenges I've encountered

There are many better places in Hyderabad. Don't go to paradise with hype.

They have the worst staff who don't know how to serve food the management is also very bad and talking about food I had the worst biryani in Hyderabad over there. Hyderabad is famous for biriyani and paradise just ruined that dish. I will not recommend anyone to go over there. And not only is the biriyani none of the food items good over there.

TA needs a consistent approach to dealing with such useless, pointless reviews. I hate reading the beginning of a review and clicking on "More, " and not finding, well, more. I understand that not every reviewer is going to hit every detail and that no single review should account for one's complete research of a property. I also feel a little weird about repeating word for word what someone else wrote just a couple of reviews ahead of me. If someone describes a property's decor in complete detail, I'm not going to do the same when my review will be posted on the same page as theirs. I can still focus on my experience and easily meet the minimums without talking aimlessly.

All kidding aside, I think TA needs to update the automatic filters to curb the "mmm mmmmmmmmmmm mmmmmm! " type of posting. TA needs to warn reviewers, perhaps right on the review submission page, that such reviews will not be tolerated. This should be included in the "relevant content" guideline as well. It might be a good idea to include links to sample reviews that show members what a useful review looks like (I know, not everyone who needs it will read it, but it can't hurt). If it takes more than 48 hours to get my review posted, so be it. Maybe I'm too long-winded, but I take great care in writing reviews that will help someone evaluate a property, and I think others should do the same.dined at and was thoroughly impressed by both the exquisite cuisine and the impeccable service. The soo called great paradise biryani in Gachibowli is a mid range biryani but if you want to have the real taste of Hyderabadi biryani then do visit their Secunderabad outlet

Food is fantastic! Meal for one combo is worth the money. Arjun is a fantastic server. He was courteous and polite towards customers. Overall, great place.

The takeaway section was empty at around 5-6 in a Thursday afternoon. I had to take biriyani on my way to the airport; the biriyani would fly to other part of India.

The gentleman at the counter interacted cold, he was more interested in accepting the order on phone and serving takeaway services like Swiggy. His recommendation was good though. He suggested the gift pack, which had chicken and mutton biriyani 1 each, with reshmi (?) kabab, a gravy item with tandoori roti etc.

Biriyani items were packed in sealed aluminum foil wrap. Kebab and gravy items were in plastic containers - they put everything together in a large bag. I was almost sure that food will spill, and it’ll be a mess by the time I reach my city after 4 hours.

To my surprise, everything was intact. The food tasted extremely good, with perfect balance of flavor, aroma, moisture etc.

It's just expensive, food is as good as what you get on streets so why go to this place, never pocket friendly

Paradise is synonymous with Hyderabadi Biryani. By opening one of its outlets in Gachibowli, it caters to the IT crowd here. It is a huge place, therefore seating is not an issue. However if you plan to visit at peak hours, expect a little waiting time. There is a car parking facility too.

Would rate that taste of briyani as average, take away option makes it quite popular with office goers.
Very near to my office and sometimes left with no other option other than buying a pack of chicken briyani when my wife doesn't want to cook

Biryani tasted bland and even the curd wouldn't help. Certainly not what we expected from Paradise Biryani. Hopefully, you are able to provide us with better biryani the next time we visit.

Good if you go for dinning. I have ordered many times from here but nothing is as great as the name.

The staffs are helpful, waiters need training though on how to deal with foreign customers. Place doesn't have a WiFi, an inconvenience for foreigners. Food is okay, not savory or unique I would say, but tasty of course. Interior is good. Nice place for a group.

We ordered one chicken Biryani and one veg Biryani. We were told that the chicken Biryani would be layered whereas the veg though not be layered however it would be "dum" cooked.

What we got in both was mostly just dry rice. Neither were layered. The chicken meant for 1-2 persons had just 1 leg piece. Veg had a hardly any vegetables. Neither had much masala!

Horrible experience. Don't visit this branch of paradise. The service is below too and the staff is very rude. On top of that, neither the biryani nor the curries taste even slight bit like the original paradise. The staff keeps trying to push you out of the restaurant as quick as possible. I was eating and they removed my plate from the table. And didn't even bring it back. One of the worst restaurants I have tried in Hyderabad. The electronic City (Bangalore) branch is horrible but this seems to beat it by a mile by being worse. Won't recommend anyone to ever step inside a paradise restaurant other than the secundrabad branch.

Veg Biryani was the worst that I ever had, but the tandoori roti and veg sabji were ok to get this 2 star.

If this is the so called famous HYD biriyani, then I challenge the chef to taste Kozhikoden biriyani from Paragon or Rahmath hotels. Those are gems.

It's my humble request to everyone who are interested to visit paradise restaurant at Gawchibowli Hyderabad, to not waste their precious time and hard earned money for pethatic food served at the restaurant. Quality and quantity of food was very bad and less. Value for money was zero. Please check other outlets and restaurants in Gawchibowli for good food.

This place has a pathetic food quality. Ordered one of their bestsellers kebabs and they give me a rotten one. They refuse to pick up calls, they do not give any chutney or onions along with their costliest kebab. Wasted my money on this. Never going to recommend or visit this place again. If you are reading this 'Paradise' kindly think about the reputation Paradise has. Not dissapoint their customers with not just pathetic but stale food.
