We had Royal Mutton Biriyani, but my experience. Claims to have 5 mutton pieces but hard to find those tiny pieces between the rice. Taste was ok but not too great. At least give 2 decent mutton pieces of mutton
I would have given minus rating if could. STAW AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT ESPECIALLY THIS OUTLET.
Worst Service Worst staff behaviour Food arrived after 2 hours. Starters coming after we had our dinner, and they give you lamest reasons for the delay. They might even blame some stuff on you.
Chicken biriyani as per my family was okay, veg biriyani was an absolute blunder.
We wasted our special day out at this undeserving restaurant. The driver warned us about this place as well. I would never ever recommend this place.
I have seen customer yelling at the staff most the times while I was there, so that explains what sort of service they have.
Not recommended at all.the service takes ages, food is not upto the mark.ambience is degrading.and even the online payments and paying through card is bad to sum up with.
Unless you specify 2-3 times while placing the order, you end up with bland rice instead of biryani. When we went, almost everything was out of stock and it still took almost half an hour to pack a simple order. The biryani doesn't live upto the hype.
Food quality and quantity have not been maintaining as earlier. Too much prices, at this price you will get good quality and stomach full biryanis in any restaurant. Order mutton biryani if you want to donate money to paradise at this location, price more than 415+ but not even sufficient for one person. Don't judge a book by its cover, pictures uploaded are taken in high quality camera and edited.
Paradise is known for its biryani while biryani was not good. Not even average. It was below average. Paneer butter masala, Paneer tikka and Naan were good.
Disgusting service and one more thing please overlook on taste because paradise is the brand name in hyderabad which is going to fall down on soil I just suggest to management please overlook the taste as soon as possible
Paradise is deteriorating day by day, we still sometimes can’t resist stepping in for their legacy past. They gave two royal biryanis, both with dry and cold rice but hot chicken piece in them. Quantity has been cut half the way it used to be over several years.
This place has totally lost it’s charm post lockdown. 80% of the of the total seating area is closed. They are running on low capacity of staff too. Hygiene is poor. The place needs some serious revamping and deep cleaning. The floor is dirty and the wash area is pathetically dirty and poorly maintained. All the dirty dishes piled up on a side table was so gross. We regretted going there and had no choice than to order as we were already late, only to regret more. Felt like we were being served in a filthy lodge. We ordered Special Biryani. Taste of the biryani was just average. The rice was mushy and mutton pieces were mostly bones and ribs. Still giving them a 2 rating as the staff was pleasantly courteous.
Very poor experience. Staff are too arrogant, like they don't care if we dine in or don't. They have already gained name n fame so customers are not required anymore.
Classic example of yet another good food chain going down. Taking customer service for granted and giving no respect and mere yes/no response to simple questions. Sad. Please improve.
Unfortunately it is very worst experience for me here. I ate in almost all the typical Hyderabadi biryani restaurants.and this comes last. Please avoid avoid avoid.
No offence but this paradise does not deserve one star also. This place has no cleanliness as when they bought us the glasses they were smelling disgusting and they told us this was because of dirty towel Also the service was extremely poor as we were asking them for our basic things like glass, plate and cutlery We left before eating our food. And i do not recommend this place
Bad experience. Uncooked chicken. Aweful taste. World's worst biryani it is. Impolite staff. They should learn some courtesy on how to treat customers. We are not here for free food. Worth zero stars.
I am a regular customer of Paradise restaurant for the past 10 years and I would have been happy if you posted the reason for serving non-Nizami Biryani. I am very much satisfied at Lingampally & Gachibowli branches in the recent days. But the experience at Hitec city branch is well below the expectation. Even my family doesn't want to re-visit Hitec branch.
Best biryani place you can also visit with your friends and family veg non-veg both items available but mostly non veg menus are famous you can visit form lunch dinner.
Hitech City Paradise restaurant biriyani was awesome! The quantity was more than sufficient. Had authentic Hyderabadi buriyani with side dishes. Wonderful experience!
Tried hard but not up to the highest standards. Tables were wiped badly, and there was sticky grease that had just been rubbed clean; food was so so (we had kebabs and biryani). Service was good but there were very minor hiccups. This restaurant can definitely do better.
I may have been in the wrong time, almost everything was not available. Even though I think they must maintain Any Time Serving facility. Not at all acceptable. And the biriyani tasted normal too. Only thing good here was Ambience, who needs that when food served is not good or even not in stock
The quality and quantity was very poor than many upcoming restaraunts.prices were incresed but even one biryani womt be even sufficient for one basic eating adult person also. Poor service by the staff.
Stay away! I repeat stay away! We felt paranoid after going to the place. It extemely unhygenic! The plates which were served to us had remains of food stuck to them and the tables and seatings were extremely unsanitary. Special mention to the team for not caring other's comfort zone at all and totally allowing a family to undress their 1-1.5 year old kid and let the kid stand on the sofa half naked and being visible to everyone. We couldnt dare to go to the wash room to wash our hands and wept it with tissues and went out and washed our hands. The food was good, but after looking at what I saw, I highly doubt their kitchen condition. So a 0 star for them!
Visited on14/08/21. Food quality and taste where excellent. But the service was the worst.clearly lack of staff training. I had to request them to bring each dish everytime. Zero co-ordination among the staff. Better to go for Takeaway.
Ordered chicken nizami handi, but it tasted more like dal chawal rather than biryani (broken, over boiled rice and no flavour), chicken 65 was more sweetier than apricot delight. Service was pathetic
Worst biryani. Ordered for Nizami Chicken biryani. The chicken meat was brown in color and the pieces were ridiculously small in size. Absolutely disappointing experience. I guess in this pandemic time, they are buying small chickens and cooking them. Biryani had no taste at all. I urge all foodies not to visit this place.
This place makes you hate the "paradise" brand. The service is very very poor and staff were not cooperative. Even the manager isn't around to check on them. Food is not good. Better don't have food here
We went for lunch on Sunday, they were operating only 1st flr restaurant and closed the 2nd flr restaurant. This made us wait for 30 mins to get a table. I think they are indirectly trying to show that they have crowd and demand now. The Paradise craze is gone now, as I see they introducing offers and takeaway counters being just empty on Sunday afternoon.
Worst as always. Dosent deserve that one star too. I was just greasy, bland and No flavour, basmati rice. The hype of this biryani brand is just a myth.
This branch was good. I ordered from here both on dinning and take away. Service is good. They can be improved in increase quality of food. Straters were good.
Paradise is a premium biryani joint and the prices and quality do justice to it's reputation! Biggest revelation for a person visiting paradise is that it doesn't serve many varieties of biryanis like other joints. They only have one type of chicken and mutton biryani apart from the veg and egg options.
One of the famous Biryani outlets in Hyderabad. One can find many branches spread all over Hyderabad. A must go for travellers and visitors of the city. Exquisite taste. I have never tried this type of biryani ever in my life. We hope to see few branches in Mumbai as well!
Never visit after 10 PM. They will not have chicken biryani or mutton biryani. They will serve you egg biryani. Egg biryani is complete waste with plain rice, mirchi salan n plain egg for which it will be around 250. Waiter are unprofessional and don't know how to talk. Very bad experience. Good to visit Mehfil, opposite cyber tower. It is good.
Have been Paradise Biryani consumer for last 25 years Many other restaurant have come up and they have improved the quality and taste buds But as Bisleri is to Mineral Water Paradise is to Hyderabad Biryani Got it packed for Delhi
Glorified version of a famous name. Nothing great about this place.overpriced food and just about average service. Hyderabadies have better places to eat biryani than here.this is just for non locals who eat here and later say Paradise ki biryani tatti hei ;)
Tasty biryanis! They has their unique style of cooking biryanis! Tasty starters too.you can find varities of kebabs in vegeterian and non vegeterian. Chinese and mughlai dishes are also found here.
Everyone claims that Paradise has the best biryani in Hyderabad but that is a lie. When I received the biryani it was yellow and tasted bland. Even after adding some curd it continued to taste like this. If you want to get good biryani, don't waste your time and money at Paradise, even if everyone says its good a much better option is The Grand Hotel. The Grand Hotel gives much better tasting biryani and more quantity too!
