Paradise Biryani Hitech City

You have to be kidding me? World famous? Terrible biryani! I cannot believe YouTubers go to this place and say it’s the best! 100% they get paid for it! Only good thing was the service and the bathroom was disgusting too! Never would I recommend this place

Tried this cyberabad branch, it was empty on weekend but the had good variety. I don’t recommend eating chicken biryani it was tasting really weird though the rice was good with raita. Kabab was avg and yeah they gave coke in bottle which was weird.

Not all Paradise outlets have same taste, this was known but this particular outlet standards have fallen drastically. One of worst biryani’s & kababs I had in life! Secunderabad outlet is the original one

Food was very good.

But the boys their doesn't have the intent. They was very lazy at 2pm.
Since we more than 4 in numbers so we requested if they can join tables.

One person from their side ordered and the other two joined the table. The way they arranged the table that no one could enter and take sit. We requested one of them to please adjust it properly and the fellow from the other was giving us such a look like "can't you do it yourself, why bother me"?

Water bottles and glass server after 30 mins. This is the first thing to be served immediately a customer takes a seat.

Service quality to be checked.

Food is awesome they guided us properly but waiting period is the problem. We need to wait a long time but waiting is worthful once you get the world famous paradise biriyani. It's drooling authentic dum biryani.

The quality of the famous biriyani is good and is worth a visit. What always hits me is the quality of service and the crowded ambience of their outlets. It is difficult to have a quiet meal!

Went today at 2.30 pm, it was sparsly occupied, the mutton biryani was cold, the raitha was smelly, hardly 4 mutton pieces, very small, no gravy in the rice. Disappointed, as i am frm bangalore, went with all expectations due for paradise. Overall bad experience

The food is really good here. If you are visiting Hyderabad then you must go here. The staffs are promt and nice and going to paradise is a experience. You will love the aroma of biryani there. And it has lived upto the mark of other items. Probably they can add more drinks in the menu as not everyone goes there for biryani. Try mutton biryani and paneer butter masala. Apollo fish was also good, really tender.

Food is good but service is very very bad

On the entrance they have stated no chicken biryani available only u will get mutton biryani so we r ok with mutton biryani and same we had been ordered after 15 minutes he came n told that no mutton biryani available and if u want I can arrange chicken biryani for you LOL

Much hyped brand with average taste of biriyani. May be due to bulk preparations and high turnover

It's a Paradise franchise in the hitech city area. It's a small restaurant compared to other oitlestsbybth same restaurant in different parts of the city. The food quality is same, tatse if biryani is same. Service is ok.

I visit here quantity very less of biryani. And price also different compare to other branches

Located at prime location, it's managing to attract several IT Professionals. But it wasn't fully operational - not all tables were being served, due to lack of employee base (Back in March 2019). But it's a huge place, and I particularly loved Mutton Biryani. Hence I revisited with my family.

Eaisly accessible it's on main road only, food is ok. I dint find any wow factor or something that will push me to visit this place again except nice and well behaved staff. Overall good restaurant for occasional visit with family freinds.

Don't go with the hype, it was ones world's favourite Biryani but now it's gone down the drain, after opening up branches in every place possible on earth they have been having problems with keeping up with the actual taste that we once had at the original paradise, the Biryani served was cold and bad in taste, if you are planning to eat out here just because of the name please refrain we have lot of other good places in Hyderabad serving authentic Biryani

Not a value or money restaurant. The prices are too steep compared to the taste. There are lot of other restaurants which offer very tasty food for very decent prices. And the waiters seems to be slow in service when comes to providing drinking water or tissues or finger bowl etc

Starters were great. Biryani was okay. Rates are slightly higher than the other similar restaurants. Service was great. It rained in Hyderabad while we were dining. The temperature peaked to 40 degrees in the day. The ambience was cool in the restaurant.

Ate paneer bharwa kebab. Totalling 8 pieces for 249 rupees. The pieces were very small and the cost to portion ratio was unjustified understanding that paradise cost is on the higher side.

The chicken dum biryani was ok and had the spicy after taste but again the masala was not as yummy as it was a year or two ago.

If you are thinking of biryani, this is the place to go. The best biryani in town and applaudable service friendly yet professional staff. But The main thing AMAZING food!

I think that, if you are in Hyderabad and do not visit here then your Hyderabad tour will not be complete.

Paradise biryani the name itself is a brand in Hyderabad along with other Nearby major cities. The majority of Travellers who visit Hyderabad have desire to at least taste the awesome biriyani from here.

Ambience is very good, services are fast. Staffs are very much customer friendly.

My recommendation is Royal mutton biriyani and nizams chicken biriyani.

Tea is tasty here. Snacks also available. But only problem is if food/snacks/tea is completed, they have to get from other branches. Till that time customers have to wait. It happened for me two times.

Paradise Hi-tech: over expensive, taste wasn't good at all. There are other unpopular restaurants in the city who prepare tastier food than Paradise. Just hype in my opinion!

Pathetic food. Pathetic experience. Waiters not professional, have less knowledge on menu items food taste. Had ordered butter roti, but got butter naan. When asked, they say their atta colour is white for which it looks like maida. As if I had never eaten butter roti anywhere else, and new to world of roti and naan. Had ordered veg spring roll, got curry wrapped in roti. Food taste also not even average. P. S. I have good experience with other branches though.

Yammmi food. All variety of food available. Cheap price list. Cool and descent place for all. Can go with family and friends. They will give free wi-fi. Free parking. All varieties of food available Veg food available. Very nice and supporting staff. I will recommend this place to all.

Quality hyderabad biryani since 1953 as they claim. Other than biryani kebab a d pastry too available for dining and takeaway gets 10% discount up to 150.
