Paradise Biryani Kothapet

Worst service ever. After 30 minutes of ordering, they bring the food. I have visited this 5 to 6 times till now and everytime they have poor service and they don’t do service on time and they forget what we told to them. The food will be okay and fine. Here they put a board everytime that this section is closed It looks weird. I request you to improve your service and do on time service. These two stars are more for you. Increase your waiters and teach them how to do service. Worst dining experience in this kothapet paradise.

This is not looking like original Paradise the chairs are not good and the service is very late and food also not tasty waste of time and money

Here, Biryani wasn't the authentic one that I have tasted in their Main Branch. Also there's car parking only for 4-5 cars. Road gets congested if any extra vehicle stops by side. Won't recommend this one

Big disappointment. They took 20 min to take the order and took another 40 min to serve the food. Worst service. Finally, the Biryani is with Half boiled rice and half cooked meat.

We ordered family pack mutton biryani.worst.no taste at all. Small restaurants are far better than this so called popular restaurant in taste.

I went all the way 5 km to kothapet paradise to buy chicken biryani. Chicken biryani not available all time, so better enquire before going there so that you will not waste your valuable time.

The taste of biryani is not as like of SEC paradise. No neetness at all. Plz don't take/order Haleem hear at all. Others are much better than this. No politeness to customers and don't care them. Only served with 2 people and delay in service. If asked.the reason is pandemic. Big gaint.like Paradise is facing Carona issues

It is running by brand image now not by quality. Better to prefer any other restaurant to eat biryani. It has lost its purity now.

We took the order from taking away. Biryani was not so good it’s watery. We have high expectations of paradise but we didn’t reach it. I’m not satisfied with the biryani and it’s taste was not so happy & all watery form.

Today I.e. 11/03/2020 visited the this restaurant at 2.30 pm. The restaurant is full of bad smell at my table. I requested the restaurant people to change the place but they failed to do so and stated that are not capable to serve another table.

Very bad food. Babycorn were stale. Chicken pieces in the biryani was overcooked. Loose prawns were oily and overly seasoned. Will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

It's a fantastic experience, eating vegetables Biryani. Place is clean and hygiene. The process of procuring raw materials to the end of making biryani so nicely depicted in pictorial form one biryani serves two people. We can see the history of Hyderabad biryani in the reception. Even take away are there too.

Good place for non veg lovers. Nice and spacious restaurant for a relaxed lunch or dinner! Might seem pricy but one biryani can serve two people

Paradise is a brand serving since ages. It is famous for the biriyani. Every dish tastes so good. The prices are moderate.

The worst ever service. We were there waiting for 10 minutes, but no waiter has come to take the order. Too much arrogance.

I don't like their strategy behind water. They charge 70rs for bottle and there are no other options thean choosing them. They are looting customers openly. Food is also not the best. But that water bottle scam is nasty thing ever.

They don't even offer you parking if you are a two wheeler family.forget about the taste of their food.it's continuously depreciating from years.

The biryani is not cooked as it used to be earlier many things changed here that's ok but, if biryani taste changes then you must change the place

Very famous for biryani, & also tasy biryani we will get here. This is famous for kababs, all verity of kababas we can order, veg & non veg also. Transport is also available for kothapet paradise restaurant. Victoria memorial metro station is nearest one.

Situated just after victoria memorial metro station towards Lb nagar, beside green hills colony arch. Ambience is good and as is the taste, Kebabs are good but a bit expensive and same is with the biryani. There will be no disappointment as far as taste of the food is concerned, but we will feel that we are spending at least 20% in excess. Good thing is that they have introduced gems i.e. Loyalty points will be awarded for customers for every purchase of Rs 100 with one gem worth One rupee and we can redeem all at once (for promotional campaign they do add points to our wallet). Parking is available.

Kabab is good. However they lost taste of famous paradise biryani. May be due to heavy dining. Still good for one time or two.

Sundays are very rush

The cost is very high and the taste is also not that satisfactory. Service is good and of course it is a little crowded.

What an amazing place.
Paradise is famous for their biryani and wow, their biryani is much better than expected.
The space is family friendly and has ample seats to seat large groups.
The kababs take a little long time but it is just perfect.
Absolute must try!

It is a nice place and the food is good. For the last few weeks I find there is a pool of stagnated sewage water just by the side of the kitchen in the driveway in Kothapet outlet. It is here that the food ingredients are being unloaded by vans. There is a danger of food being contaminated by this stagnant dirty water. Despite my feedback last time no action has been taken. I request the authorities to take immediate action before the same is noticed by the health department. Matter is very serious.

Paradise has opened a new branch of their chain at Green Hills Colony, near Victoria Memorial Metro station in Kothapet. The restaurant is quite spacious, air conditioned and the ambience is suitable for visiting with family and friends. They are usually very famous for Hyderabadi Biryani. The restaurant remains always crowded in the evening for their delicious food items. They serve mainly mughlai and north Indian cuisine. During Ramadan, large number of people visit the restaurant to enjoy their special item Haleem which is finished within a few hours after preparation in the evening. They have a clean rest room and also a valet parking facility. The cost of food is slightly on the higher side. The staff attending the customers are well behaved but take time to deliver the food.

Not up to my expectations.it's like "naam bade aur darshan chhote". Not as per what it's name famous for. I tried nv biryani along with mutton sikh kabab.biryani is somewhat ok but not that much tasty. Mutton sikh kabab has good taste but quantity was like they are serving for a 5 year old kid. Price for sikh kabab is 319 (excluding tax) and it has only 4 little piece of kabab.

Different branches have different tastes for the same biriyani.better biriyanies are aviailable in telengana.also the service is not so appreciable.
