It's very sad to share my bad experience with your helpdesk team.
They don't have any idea on how to respond to customer calls and simply wasting the time of patients.
I just called for an inquiry about the root canal and they gave false information about hospital details.
Treat this as important feedback and train them properly.

My daughter had uncontrollable pain in the tooth. I visited partha dental, Attapur. Dr.shravani explained me the procedure and has done the treatment. My daughter is happy and very well now. Dr.shravani is a great doctor with well expressed diagnosis and operating procedures.
