I visited for the first time. The staff were very polite and quick response towards me. They took blood test immediately and start with their work. I was suffering from gyno plbm. I wouldn’t recommend this hospital to anyone. This mother and daughter in-law have made this a profession a sheet business. Any first consultation will never be complete unless they recommend additional tests/others unrequited procedures within their hospital to make money. Swathi - the DIL, will act like she is doing a favor by seeing you and will never give advice on the issue u have approached them for unless u get those unnecessary tests done for 3/5k. I feel cheated visiting them, will never visit again.cheater!

Oct 8 - Whatever little clientele is left that too would diminish. Mark my words, In this era cheaters are spotted soon and cannot survive too long!

My experience at Parvathy Hospital for pregnancy check-ups and maternity care was excellent. The entire system, from the front office to the nursing staff, was impressive. The hospital provided efficient monthly appointments with minimal waiting times, making it convenient.
I had a successful cesarean section, and the medical team was skilled and reassuring. They also offer pediatric services and reliable diagnostics at reasonable prices, which is great for middle-class families.
The nursing staff at Parvathy Hospital were not only skilled but also exceptionally friendly.
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the medical team, especially Dr. Swathi, who was not only skilled but also friendly and caring. Her guidance and support throughout my pregnancy were invaluable. Dr. Prasanna also played a significant role in ensuring my well-being, and I greatly appreciated her care. Lastly, Dr. Rizwana's friendly demeanor made me feel at ease during my time at the hospital, almost like I was in the comfort of my own home. Suggestion:
To create a welcoming space for infants and toddlers during vaccinations and consultations I would recommend adding vibrant and colorful paintings on the walls in the consultation room and waiting area. These paintings could feature cheerful and child-friendly themes like animals, nature, or cartoons. Incorporating soothing elements like gentle music will indeed create a reassuring and comforting environment for our little visitors.

I wish there was an option for zero Star.my life was permanently ruined in This hospital by Mr. Deepak chandru.i don't know how he got his degree but Frankly speaking butcher's are better.atleast don't leave u with blotched chest. There is something called aesthetic plastic surgery stop butchering people and disfiguring them. (Coming from another doctor)

Very worst hospital and worst experience. We search for good hospital for my daughter delivery. Choose this hospital and called for Swathi apsani reception people told she was available. So we went there and ask appointment for Swathi apsani they gave and send us down to meet dr. My daughter met dr she didn't check just advised for scan.unfortunately we never saw Swathi apsani before. After completing of scan she met dr. She didn't ask any questions about her health and any pregnancy related complaints. Just gave Priscription and advice to come after two weeks. When we back then reception people told to someone Swathi apsani not available. Then why they didn't inform us we don't know. I have asked at reception do you have bajaj insurance.they said yes. Afterwards I went to insurance dept they said we don't have. And the third one and very worst one is next day my daughter having problem and I called to hospital around 5.30pm.they told to call emergency no. I think one DMO told to come hospital. Immediately we went to hospital that DMO saw her and told looks like miscarriage. And advice to went for scan another place after came with report she told it's aborted. Unfortunately we didn't carry pads with us. When I asked to give one pad to my daughter they said we don't have. As a hospital staff I know ICU people kept stock. I told ok I will go and bought from pharmacy then they told it was closed by 6 pm. When I paid 350 rupees they gave disposable pads. Write medicines and advise take outside.
1.they didn't told dr not available.
2.dr.not asking any questions about her pregnant complaints.
3. They didn't know which insurance they have.
Last and final pharmacy closed.

I had very bad experience with this hospital.
I had undergone gynecomastia surgery here and the results are horrible!
Apart from Dr.deepu spoiling my chest completely with his botched up surgery, this hospital is very expensive for the procedure done. Also they charged me 2% extra on credit card transaction, which is very unprofessional! Completely money minded.
After the surgery they told me to leave by 6pm, while i was still nauseating. I also noticed that the oxygen mask which they put on me, was not sterilised!
Two days after i went to get the dressing removed, the surgeon sent a Jr Dr to remove my dressing n do the suturing.
He did very bad suturing directly without giving any local anaesthesia, i had severe pain and also it resulted in two big scars!
No follow up calls later. Only follow discharge summary instructions.
After few weeks i developed a post surgical complication n went to meet the doctor and he charged me consultation charge again!
Doctor simply pretends to be very professional but has no surgical skill at all.no point in meeting again as he is not in mood to listen to patient's concern!

I would give 5 stars. The service is simply the best. I gave birth to my cute little daughter here on 31st January. The quality of medical care right from doctors, nursing staff, reception to cleaning is exceptional. Thank you parvathi hospital and Dr Swathi for making my pregnancy so easy to handle and stress free. Especially Dr Swathi is a very confident doctor. She is equally supportive too when required. She has a very keen thought process and delivers with outmost precision.

Doctors are just money minting machines here. They will see the case as to how they can get patients in fear and trauma. After that you become a source of income for them.

I had my 2 deliveries in Parvathi hospital. I was very happy with my first one which was in 2015. That time, The room, bathroom was so hygiene and the staff during the night were so helpful. They visited our room frequently to check the newborn. They checked the diaper, fed the formula milk on time and guided me so well. But during my second delivery, I felt disappointed as there were lot of changes in negative way. The room was not cleaned well, bathroom was not clean. After intimating, the cleaning was done, but still no difference. The night staff are least responsible. They come only when we call. Our baby was wrapped and was in deep sleep till morning. As I was also so tired, I slept. My husband was with me. In the morning when we saw, the potty became so hard and stuck to the skin which resulted in rashes. Though I asked them to feed formula milk as I didn’t have as it was first day, the staff told that only I have to feed and formula milk is not recommended. They were so busy in sleep and are least responsible with their duties. Next day when pedeatrician came on rounds, she asked why the formula milk was not fed. In overall experience, I feel the staff has become least responsive.

Moreover, when ever we call the hospital for appointment, even during the working hours mentioned, the call will be very occasionally answered.

I am writing this review to alert the management and help them take all the necessary steps to maintain the hospital reputation.

Most important, my delivery was natural one and Dr Swathi treatment is so good. I am so happy and thankful for my two deliveries here.

It's a very neat and hygienic hospital, staff members, nurse everyone around are very friendly. A very good atmosphere over all. Dr. Swati personally is a gem of a person.

Hi, I m Sujatha, I have a good experience with Parvathi Hospital. I have undergone 2 normal deliveries and had cute little Angels, and 1 laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery in this hospital. My first delivery was done by Dr. Swathi and Dr. Lavanya and second was done by Dr. Swathi and Dr. Manorama. Hospital is very hygienic. Hospital sisters, aayas, and house keeping all are good and patient.

I can say with my experience that Parvathi Hosptal is a superb place for tackling high risk pregnancies and normal deliveries.

Doctors are very friendly and approachable.

Being first time parents 5 yrs ago, like every couple we had mixed emotions and wanted to get everything right for love of our life! First important decision staring at us was choosing the right doctor and hospital. We had ample choice of hospitals, but with family friend's recommendation we went with "Parvathi hospital".

All it took was just one interaction with Dr. C. Hemalatha Devi and Dr. Swathi Apsani. Both the best doctors in the town, whom I will highly regard for rest of my life. Dr. Swathi is known for great sense of humor, wit, knowledge and straight to the point. Dr. Hemalatha is strict, disciplined and rich experience.

Overall, this is a great place for child birth, with a combination of experience and in person care. I will highly recommend for any expecting couple.

They not given any bill of medicine and charged 10 time extra amount from MRP
When I asked for bill or the rapper of medicine that was given me, they didn't agree for this.
I think Parwathi hospital doing cheating of their patients and Robbing them by taking more money than the bill

Visited for a procedure, Dr Swathi explained very patiently the entire process and made me feel very comfortable. She is professional and confident, visited me regularly and monitored my recovery personally.sisters and staff were quite soft spoken and friendly.i was impressed by the hygiene and cleanliness of the hospital.

Seriously disappointed.
Junior doctors are misbehaved. I don't know her name. But we are paying almost double just because of Dr.hemalatha is a very good doctor as well as good person. I lost my baby over there. And while going to discharge time parvathi staff asking tip from me. That was too much. These people are really heartless and cruel. I was not expecting that.

Hi, I have been visiting Parvathi Hospital since the past 8 years - when my sister's had delivered there. After 5 years of my marriage I visited Dr Swathi as I was unable to conceive and she evaluated me and councilled me with some medications after which I conceived and had my delivery under her supervision last month. My son was delivered by a normal delivery and he weighed 3.7 kg.
Dr Swathi is an extraordinary doctor and a very fine human being - she spends time inspite of her busy schedule and makes a patient feel at home - her words of advise are more like words from a close friend. She encouraged me to take epidural for a painless delivery inspite of he wanting to undergo a surgery because of the pain. She was with me throughout the night and saw to it that I had a safe normal delivery. She has many assistant doctors but she was with me throughout monitoring remotely my progress.
The entire facility at Parvathi Hospital is extremely clean and methodical - and most importantly it has the personal touch which makes the birthing experience even more special!

Thanks once again Dr Swathi madam for simply being yourself! And team Parvathi for the excellent care you guys gave me during my delivery.

The worst experience ever seen in my whole life. They are money minded people. The name of scanning they are charging lot. They are making fake or improper bills. In the bills their is no description of medicine and they are charging for that. They never change bedsheets regularly and if u ask them then they will tell you bedsheets are out of stock. We used same bedsheet continuously three days. They are not providing food to the every patient. They not attending patient properly. They make patient condition more critical. My wife crying almost 2-3 hours. No doctors came to attend her when she was suffering from labour pain. Finally my wife herself gave birth to my child in the wash room. This was so horrible for me.l highly not recommended this hospital.for baby dilevery.

The worst experience ever.
I am leaving this review almost one month after I gave birth to my daughter in Parvathi Hospital.
I wanted to discuss my issues with Dr. Swathi, but she didn't reply to my message, so I have to share it here.
I would like to say, I have no intention of defaming the hospital or anybody working there, as other doctors and nurses were good. I am simply sharing what I experienced and went through.

I rushed to the hospital 1st of July, 6 o'clock in the morning. I happened to miss my last ultrasound session and I was not regular on my routine check ups, due to some personal reason, for which I was scolded for putting the child and myself in danger.
As soon as Dr. Swathi arrived to the delivery room, madam started ranting with one of the nurses, exuding negativity around me, making me nervous, completely ignoring the fact that I am there in pain of labour, and I am about to give birth to my child for whom I have waited for nine months. That I am about to split open and a life is going to pop out of my body.
She didn't let my husband in also. I was hoping my husband would be able to record the birth of our child, the way he did when our first daughter was born. It didn't happen.
My labour didn't take long and my child was born quickly and there was no problem. Only later, when I was discharged, did I realized that, almost one inch of skin is left hanging from my body, and none of the doctors, even after multiple times of examination, thought needs stitches.
Now, simply I have to spend lots of time, energy and money, to see other doctors who would do the undone job of doctors in this hospital and go through another recovery period.
After delivery, when I was resting in my room, Dr. Swathi came to my room, without checking me, talking to me, seeing me or anything, started some long conversation with my husband, none of which was related to the pregnancy, delivery, our newborn child or the ignored woman in the bed who was me!
I decided to remain silent during their conversation.
Madam left without seeing me!

Madam, I think the hospital bills were paid, you were not doing a charity work.
Maybe I have difficulty to understand all these unprofessional attitude around myself, but I know for sure, it is not a way to treat a new mother who wants to experience the joy of motherhood.
I was just another patient there like so many others, it was another working day for madam, but for me, it doesn't happen every day! I don't give birth every other day!
Sometimes, small little things matter a lot. Being experienced, being a woman, you should know things beyond what you have studied, so many things don't come in medical books, but they are healing or they can be fatal.

I hope no other women experience anything negative there.
All pregnant women are going to perform miracle of life, giving birth to a human.
It is not just something to be taken for granted.

It's my first visit am new to the location. Had been to Parvathi, for a procedure. I could make out why I had been advised by my relatives and friends to go to Parvathi Hospital.
They say, "seeing is believing". Absolutely true. Quite impressed with the hygiene and cleanliness. Have been abroad recently, visiting my sons family and had access to health care facilities out there, but the ambience, warmth and comfort given by the team of doctors and staff out here is heart warming. Yesterday my sister had Male baby. Normal delivery, Dr. Swathi Madam was excellent very patient during my sister delivery. Excellent skills all the staff helped us and hospital is very clean and hygienic. Premises is super we felt very comfortable during the stay. Once again I thanks madam for giving us bundle of joy. Overall services are super right from food, house keeping, security, nursing.

I recently delivered my twin girls at Parvathi Hospital under the able care of Dr. Swathi Apsani guru. I conceived after IVF and was referred to Dr Swathi for further care. Both me and my husband were very scared and apprehensive as with great difficulty and 3 IVf cycles I had concieved twins.
Dr Swathi was the person who instilled confidence and trust that we would be fine. She meticulously took excellent care of me throughout my journey - from stitching my cervix, explaining the scan findings and monitoring the babies growth. I had developed BP and diabetes for which she took meticulous care. We were always at ease after listening to madam!
I underwent a c section on 2nd July and I cannot express my happiness after seeing my babies

Dr Swathi is a mesmerising person and its purely because of her expert care that I know have 2 baby girls.
Definitely the care given at Parvathi hospital is the best for all pregnancy cases. The entire team of doctors really care about each and every minute detail and especially if its a high risk patient. Parvathi Hospital for me and my husband is a 2nd home -

I was bit late in writing this review. We had delivered a baby boy in this hospital by Dr. Swathi and Dr. Rizwana on june 23rd. We had a normal delivery. It was a pleasure experience as Doctors are extremely helpful in the process of labour. They have allowed me inside along side with my wife for support (except during the time of child birth). We had a complete check up in parvathi hospitals starting from 3rd month till delivery here. They will prescribe only the tests/scans and medicines which are utmost necessary and details of each scan and its requirement would be conveyed during the consultation process. The doctors like Swathi, Mamata and Rizwana are really friendly. Their nursing staff are also so punctual and serves with smiling faces.

But I would like to bring their notice is that, they should have asked us to take my baby to sunlight every morning post delivery. This would have avoided us readmitted for photo therapy sessions to treat Jaundice in the subsequent week. This should be their responsibility. Other than this rest all went very well and we had our love delivered in the best possible way.

Today we went to parvathi hospital to meet with dr swathi
But hospital staff without given any intimation they collected 300 rs consulation fee inside some other doctor is there her name hemalatha she is not senior one.

Very very bad experience.

My wife last month july 22 about problem 15days onwards heavy bleeding they take consultation fee about not meet senior doctor another doctor see and write to do upt on that test told pregnancy test postive but it was not clear positive or negative immediately give 3blood tests and ultrasound scan but not explain anything in the reports simply told it was normal we are go to another senior gynelogist show these all reports doctor do basic scan there is no pregnancy all normal not have problem then we are relax but in paravathi hospital do all blood tests and scanning not have any clarity to doctors that is paravathi hospital doctors experience when we go to normal check always scanning and tests but not tell any clear information to patient totally paravathi hospital fully money minded and not have mimumum experience to doctors waste hospital

Great experience during my pregnancy and delivery! Dr Swathi mam was simply superb, very encouraging, extremely patient, and wonderfully warm. Her entire team is very professional and encouraging. I was at ease with Dr Swathi around during my labour, inspite of my mother asking her to do a C Section as she could not see me suffer - Dr Swathi would reassure us that it wasn't needed and just as she said I went on to have a normal delivery. Swathi madam was with me throughout the night until I delivered. Special thanks to all the nurses and to the entire team. You are living up to the expectations of being the best place for a normal delivery.

I have been visiting Parvathi Hospital for about a decade now having delivered my two children here and recently undergone a complicated hysterectomy, I would really like to recommend and appreciate the services provided by the doctors and nursing staff there.

Dr. Swati and her team of doctors are really dedicated to provide personalized and patient focused care. I had a complicated case for a Hysterectomy and after many deliberations about the procedure abroad i decided to get myself operated by Dr. Swati because i trusted the treatment and care i would get at Parvathi Hospital. And without a doubt i was given the best possible treatment and systematic care at the hospital. The doctors and nurses deligently took care of me knowing that I was an impatient without an attender most of the time.

As a patient i would like to mention that Parvathi hospital has over the years maintained its ethos of personalized care. The facilities are clean and sanitized at all times and all the staff members still maintain the standard of care.

Doctors are good, but they loot people with unnecessary charges, 2% extra on card payment, Rs. 50 token charges for paediatrician as he’s from outside etc

Except for the waiting time everything was good. Specially with 9 months pregnant wife and 4 year old son 3 hours wait thats 6 to 9 PM was really tough. Hope you take it positively. My son was borne in very same hospital with normal vaginal delivery. Good thing is that they prefer normal delivery mostly and i guess that is why delivery charges are more. Dr Swathi is very humble and good doctor.keep it up.
